- Mark (8/5): Good quiet property, well located with excellent views - The property is looked after well, is clean, quiet and has spectacular views over London. The facilities are very good and most things you would need are available. It is very close to a couple of small food shops and the Surrey Quays shopping center is a short walk away. If you want to be in this area you can not really go wrong with this property and I would definitely recommend. Nothing I can really complain about but there a couple of things worth mentioning. It was quite hard to find the property as it is not well signed but that is not really the owners fault. My Sat Nav couldn't find malmo court but you may have better luck. I think there should be a better way of communicating with the owners other than using booking.com messaging given they need to let you into the building the first time. I know they provide the a phone number but they do ask to use the messaging. One last thing. There are two areas with sofas to sit on an relax and enjoy the views but there are no coffee tables so the only place you can sit and relax with a drink or plate without having to hold onto them is the kitchen table. Might be nice to ass a small table in there.
