• Katerina (9/5): - Ωρσια επιλογή, για κάποιον.που θέλει να μείνει στη Μεντινα . Δίπλα στην πλατεία κσι κεντρικά. Δωματισ υπέροχα (μονο σουιτα) , καθαριότητα και ευγένεια. Το πρωινό ηταν συνέχεια το ίδιο κατι που κουράζει σε πολλές ημέρες διαμονής.

• Ruben (10/5): Riad precioso con encanto muy cerca de la plaza Jemma el Fna - El Riad es precioso, ideal para relajarse. Es espacioso y tiene una terraza fantástica donde se sirven desayunos y comidas. Nuestra habitación fue muy bonita en decoración y espacio, y muy limpias. Amal es muy amable y cercana, tienen un servicio excelente a su lado. Nos gustó mucho!. Se localiza a 3 min de la plaza Jemma El Fna. Ninguna sensación peligrosa en este área de la medina, cerca de zocos y restaurantes. En nuestro caso cenamos una noche en el Riad, son muy abundantes los desayunos y comidas en privado. Compramos su jabón ya que nos encantó el olor de la habitación.

La réservation a été très fluide et la communication impeccable. Nous avons réservé nos transferts de et vers la gare avec eux et la ponctualité était irréprochable. L’accueil est extrêmement chaleureux, toute l’équipe est sympathique et un immense merci à Mme Amal qui gère le Riad : elle est très à l’écoute et coopérante. Le point fort a été leur invitation à partager un délicieux couscous marocain avec eux ; un moment authentique et plein d'émotions. On se sent vraiment en famille ! La chambre est charmante avec un décor typique, le petit-déjeuner est riche et délicieux, et l'emplacement dans la Médina est idéal, à quelques pas de la place Jemaa el-Fna. Je reviendrai sûrement et je recommande fortement !

En general una gran estada al Riad. Vem demanar esmorzar sense gluten , ens van dir que si era posible, finalment NO hi havia cap opció de pa o dolç per celiacs . Afortunadament vem portar pa de casa. La resta tot correcta.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione centrale, ideale per visitare tutte le principali attrazioni della medina, ma allo stesso tempo è situato in una via tranquilla, lontana dal caos. Posizione perfetta perché all’interno della Medina, ma appena all’inizio per raggiungere facilmente la piazza principale dove ci si snoda in tutti gli altri quartieri o si prendono facilmente i taxi. De serene sfeer alsof je 100 jaar terug gaat in de tijd. De ligging prima, personeel zo vriendelijk en lief!
• Klaus (10/5): Ein Riad mit super Lage - Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr zentral und trotzdem ganz ruhig. Das Frühstück ist etwas einseitig und olivenlastig. Man muss fragen, wenn man etwas anderes möchte. Die Beleuchtung könnte besser sein. Aber das sind für mich Kleinigkeiten. Ich kann dieses Riad nur empfehlen.

If there is guest dining outside, you can hear the whole conversation. If people are moving stuff upstairs, you can hear the noise too. Bird singing will also wake you up at 5am Manager of the riad is not in this riad. Staff does not speak English. You won’t get help immediately if you have emergency.

Se llega con cierta facilidad y cercano a calle principal y animada. No se nota nada de ruido y da gusto despertarse con el sonido de pajarillos. El patio súper bonito y encantador con buena luz. Riad estilo más clásico, auténtico y con encanto. La habitación muy espaciosa. El desayuno tradicional muy completo. Quizá algo de poca luz en las habitaciones. Algo parsimoniosos con todos los procesos desde check in a desayuno.

Nach einem bunten und ereignisreichen Tag , kann man dort seine Sinne entspannen und taucht ein in die totale Ruhe .Reichhaltiges und sehr leckeres Frühstück. Personal und Management sind sehr freundlich und behilflich beim Organisieren von Serviceleistungen . Transfer am Morgen zum Flughafen hat wunderbar geklappt.

• Christine (9/5): - Das Riad hat eine gute, zentrale udn ruhige Lage. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, das beste der ganzen Reise. Die Außentür kann nur von innen geöffnet werden, man bekommt keinen Schlüssel für die Tür. Man muss klopfen, damit jemand vom Personal öffnet. Das hat immer gut geklappt. Allerdings war mein Zimmer direkt über der Eingangstür und es kam vor, dass Gäste sehr spät zurückkamen und sehr laut und ungeduldig geklopft haben.

• hans-peter (8/5): Ein schönes einfaches Riad mit tollem Personal und Super Frühstück - Das Personal, vor allem Amal, waren super. Tolles Frühstück. Schönes Ambiente im Hauptsaal und eine tolle Lage, man kommt überall schnell zu Fuß hin. Die Räume sind sehr schlicht, was fehlt ist ein Wasserkocher und Tassen. Hatten Immer wiedermal Probleme mit der Warmwasserversorgung. Man sollte den Taxiservice nutzen, da es sonst schwer werden könnte das Riad beim ersten Mal zu finden. Danach ist es leicht.
• Frederique (7/5): - Nous avons aimé le riad dans l'ensemble. le personnel très disponible et agréable. Nous avions la chambre au bout du patio, franchement nous n'avons pas aimé l 'emplacement. Trop proche des gens et beaucoup plus bruyant. Le matin pour aller prendre le petit déjeuné ouvrir la porte et se retrouver face au gens qui déjeune n'était pas très agréable. Finalement heureusement, il y avait des odeurs qui remontaient dans la salle de bain, ils nous ont donc changé de chambre ce qui était parfait. Dans la chambre il a manqué une bouilloire avec un sachet de thé et café. On a demandé a la personne de garde qui l'a fait sans aucun problème. La seule petite chose, il faut juste penser à remplir la bouteille de gel douche. Mais c'était très agréable et confortable avec un personnel accueillant et à l écoute le chauffeur. Le jour d'arrivé nous avons attendu plus d'une heure. Amal a bien gérée. Pour le départ nous avions rendez vous à 15 h avec le chauffeur notre avions était à 18h15 le chauffeur n'est jamais venu. Un autre chauffeur extérieur à votre riad est venu le dépanner vers 15h30

Breakfast each morning was lovely and the perfect way to start our day. The staff at the riad were delightful, so so helpful and kind – we really appreciated everything they did for us to make our stay comfortable. Nothing, everything was perfect!

La posizione nel centro della Medina ma lontano dal caos e dal rumore. Il riad è una piccola gemma, il suo silenzio, la sua pace con il canto degli uccellini e i raggi del sole che arrivano dalle vetrate rendono tutto così magico. Un grazie anche ad Amal che per tutto il soggiorno si è resa disponibile ad aiutarci e darci consigli. Andare via non è stato facile e sicuramente torneremo! Nulla

• Vivienne (10/5): Wunderbar, würden das Riad wieder buchen! - Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden definitiv wiederkommen. Das Frühstück am Morgen war hervorragend und die Lage einfach optimal. Das Riad liegt nur etwa 20 Meter von einer belebten Straße entfernt und sehr zentral – kein langer Weg durch unbeleuchtete Gassen, sondern sicher und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Wir hatten zudem das Glück, die Gastgeber persönlich kennenzulernen. Sie sind Schweizer, unglaublich herzlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich großartig um uns gekümmert und uns viele wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt vor Ort gegeben. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens betreut. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man sich nach einem turbulenten Tag in den Souks wunderbar zurückziehen und in der Sonne entspannen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.

• Lili (8/5): Not what i expected - The riad was impressive from the very first moment. It had all the charm and authentic features of a traditional Moroccan riad. The welcome was lovely, with a glass of traditional Moroccan mint tea offered upon arrival. A friendly staff member who spoke good English then welcomed me and showed me to my room. The breakfast was also very good and provided everything one needs to start the day with energy. It included an omelette, fresh orange juice, crêpes, coffee with milk, yogurt, honey, and jam. Overall, the breakfast was excellent. Upon my arrival in the evening, I discovered that the door of my room could not be properly locked — neither the inner glass door nor the outer door. This meant that the room could be easily opened from the outside. As a woman traveling alone, this made me feel very unsafe, especially since the room was on the ground floor. I called a staff member who was on duty at the time (around 9 p.m.), and although he tried to fix the issue, it could not be resolved. Eventually, the hotel upgraded me to a suite, as I did not feel safe sleeping in that room. However, once I moved to the suite on the first floor, I realized that there was no hot water available to take a shower. There was no one available to inform, nor any switch or instructions to activate the hot water, so I had to shower with cold water.
• JuanAMB (9/5): Un precioso remanso de paz - Es un riad con un patio muy bonito en pleno centro de la medina, a 2 minutos de la plaza Jemna Fna. Un remanso de paz en el epicentro de la vida de Marrakech. Muy limpio, silecioso, super agradable. Atendido por un personal muy amable y dicreto. Además, como tiene pocas habitaciones es como si estuvieras en tu propio riad. Las habitaciones enormes y muy bonitas. Toda la decoración coherente con el estilo árabe del edificio. El desayuno muy bien, también. Nada. Todo bien. Si buscas algo así es perfecto. Por aportar algo que pueda resultar útil si los propietarios están pensando en qué mejorar: creo que a la terraza y al acceso se le podría sacar más partido.

Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati, grazie a un’attenzione ai dettagli davvero rara. La struttura è splendida, curata in ogni particolare, la camera impeccabile e arricchita da piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. La colazione è stata eccezionale, ricca e di altissima qualità. Ma ciò che rende questo luogo davvero speciale è il team: professionale, gentile, sempre disponibile e pronto a offrire consigli preziosi per rendere l’esperienza ancora più autentica e indimenticabile. È grazie a loro se il nostro soggiorno è stato così confortevole, magico e rilassante. Non ho nulla da scrivere.

Colazione soddisfacente (per gli standard marocchini) Abbiamo trovato una porzione di letto infestata da formiche, per cui -dopo aver cercato di pulire- abbiamo trascorso la notte in dormiveglia. Rubinetti di bagno e doccia molto datati/scomodi.

• Matteo (6/5): Mai piu - La struttura bella ma con delle pecche soprattutto quando piove.Comoda se si vuole stare vicino alla medina.Non Non mi sono piiaciute parecchie cose .La prima riguarda il fatto che ci avevano proposto il trasferimento dall aeroporto che abbiamo accettato non conoscendo il Marocco ma il costo di 20€ è eccessivo calcolando che il ritorno arrangiandomi il costo è stato di 11€.La colazione ogni mattina proponeva le stesse cose (olive verdi e nere paté di olive olio marmellate sempre le stesse,miele,burro e yogurt con le noci).Oltre a caffè the marocchino e spremuta che questa può starci. Siamo stati una notte e parte della mattinata senza corrente elettrica e wi- fi.La cosa che mi ha infastidito di piu è stato il saldo finale per via del cambio.
• Sergio (9/5): Calidad precio de 10 en pleno centro de Marrakech - La amabilidad del personal. El desayuno servido en el patio central fenomenal y muy abundante. El patio central espectacular. Zona muy tranquila a pesar de estar paralelo a una de las calles más bulliciosas y en pleno centro para ir andando a todos sitios. Nada. Todo bien. Por decir algo, y no es un problema, debe ser así allí en más sitios, en el baño, el plato de la ducha y el retrete están en el mismo sitio en un espacio pequeño, al menos en nuestra habitación.

• Ashley (8/5): - Duidelijke communicatie vooraf. We hebben een transfer geregeld welke top was geregeld. Prachtige riad op een hele fijne locatie. Mooie kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Er kwam vaak een geur uit het doucheputje. We werden wakker van het vroege ontbijt van andere gasten die naar het vliegveld gingen. Omdat bij een riad alle kamers aan de binnenplaats grenzen hoor je dit.

• Gary (9/5): Beautiful Riad in perfect hideaway location. Peaceful spot away from the hustle of the medina. - Staff helpfulness. Authentic interior and good breakfast. Nice location for main square and souks. Our shower was a bit weak and we found our room cold - but it was during December, so likely ok during warmer months when would have been glad of the coolness. These small issues did not spoil our trip and were easily outweighed by the positives.

• Helena (9/5): Great stay at a very genuine place - The finish of the old house with it’s fantastic mosaic. Very nice and helpful personal and always with a smile. Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds and climate in room was perfect. The toilet smelled a bit (but do understand that it is a very old house). Maybee roof top could be a bit updated.

In the middel of the medina with easy access to the main square. quite easy to find. Nice personal, small hotel , beautiful Riad. Ventilation of the room was not that good as it only has windows to the inner lobby (which is how all riads are basically built)

The floor in our room was not properly cleaned for a very long time and also the tiles on the walls were cracked. The towels had a bad smell and even if I asked them to change them, they simply disregard this request.

• Inesazpeitia (10/5): Exceptional - My husband and I had an amazing stay. The room was big, quiet and clean. Everything in the Riad is beautifully decorated, specially the hall and the terrace. Great location as well and the area is quite safe. One of the best things of our stay was Zakaria, perfect service, always smiling and helping all the guests. We would definitely recommend staying here.

• Alexandru (8/5): Very good - The room (after changing the initial assigned room) was quite good and the riad had its own charm with a typical morrocan style of building and architecture. The staff present at the riad were good people. Initially we received a really bad room that had mold growing in the bathroom and in the room (perhaps due to a leak in the bathroom). The smell was unbearable and we made a complaint. We received another room that didn't have those issues and was quite clean. I'd say it was a mixed experience, if we were to receive the same room from the begining, I would have given a different rating.
• Emily (8/5): Very good - The riad is gorgeous and in a nice location in the Medina with close proximity to Jemma Al Fna. It’s off the main area just enough that it feels quiet and calm, yet still close to the action. We walked everywhere we wanted to go within the Medina, and there was plenty to do and eat nearby. The courtyard is lovely, and we were welcomed with mint tea upon arrival which was a nice way to start the trip. The courtyard also has some lovely fountains, but sadly they were never filled/on during our visit. We loved the decor in our room and throughout the riad. There’s also a lovely rooftop patio where you can take breakfast or just relax. Zach was the host during most of our visit and he was very sweet and attentive. He checked us on, helped with our bags, and served our breakfast both mornings with a smile. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh juices, mint tea, coffee and bottled water. We also got a delicious assortment of breads, tooppings, olives and various other treats (crepes, Moroccan pancakes and omelette). The riad asked us the night before what time we wanted to eat and where for the following morning so breakfast could be served at our desired time. Eating on the rooftop and watching the city wake up was a treat. We booked the airport pickup, and it took a long time (and several WhatsApp communications) with the host to find our ride. Once we found the driver it was great, it just longer than ideal after a LONG travel day. We were there in low season and the riad wasn’t full, so I think we may have had more of a skeleton staff, and we never met the property manager until we had to pay our remaining fees at the end. The staff we did interact with was lovely, it just seemed like the experience was likely adjusted due to it being low season.
