• Theo Galitsios (9/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο και σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Η στάση του Μετρό ήταν πολύ κοντά και από μαγαζιά είχε τα πάντα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Θα ήθελα να ήταν λίγο πιο καθαρό και μια βελτίωση στις λεπτομέρειες. Το μπάνιο ήθελε περισσότερη φροντίδα.
• Eliaspap (7/5): Spacious Apartment with Friendly Host, but Some Practical Drawbacks - The hostess was very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process went smoothly. The apartment is spacious and conveniently located, with minimarkets, coffee shops, and pastry shops just a short walk away. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, there’s quite a bit of street noise, especially if the windows are open (I needed earplugs at night). It also makes it less ideal to open the windows for air, which contributes to a somewhat dark atmosphere inside. While the kitchen is generally well equipped, there is no microwave, and the oven’s fan doesn’t work properly, making it difficult to heat up food quickly.
• Ciprian (9/5): good choice for a family stay - Great quiet location. Very good neighborhood, less than 30 minutes walking to Zeus Temple. Great host - IRENE replied very fast to all our needs.
• Martin (9/5): Perfect for our stay to explore Athens! - The bed was very comfortable and with the AC on, you are able to sleep perfectly even in very hot nights. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, when you want to cook something at home. There are a few grocery stores and convenience stores very close. We were recommended to buy a metro ticket for the days we stayed there, but most of the time we walked everywhere. The Akropolis is only a 20 min walk away and on foot, we were able to come across some sight we didn't know about. This was possible because of the central location of the appartement The host is super nice and answers very quickly to questions. Everything is very clean and tidy. We would love to come back! The studio appartement is a little bit dark, since its on the ground floor.

Close to stores, metro station and about 20-25 mins away from Acropolis (by walking). If there was a washing machine everything would have been more than perfect!

It's clean, spaciouse apartment for 2 people, very well equipped, there was everything you need like coffee machine, toaster, equipements for cooking. The neighbourhood is calm and safe! The hisotrical city center is half an hour walk. The metro line 2 is a 5 minutes walk. Irene was really communicative and helpful! The self check-in and out is easy to handle!

• Sofia (8/5): Decent size apartment in safe and quiet area. - Safe, quiet area, decent size apartment, nice hot shower, very responsive property manager. Small note , as there is no washer/dryer or balcony, it will take 2-3 days for hand washed clothes to dry on the clothing rack provide (upon request).

• Rak-ell (9/5): Superb - Irene was kind and helpful. She responded quickly to our queries. The apartment has a lift, which is a bonus when it comes to luggage 😉. There is a decent size balcony, where we enjoy breakfasts. Spare towels and bedding was provided. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The property is situated in a convenient location, close to few amenities, such as Tube station, cafes, supermarkets. On the table a helping map with that information. It makes a difference, is a holiday but it feels home. Thank you so much. Ah, wifi.....very important too.😁 The only downside is that one of the room didn't have AC. Thankfully it wasn't too hot.
• Alexandru (7/5): Good apartment supporting owner but unfortunately in a noisy area. - The apartment has all necessary facilities except a washing machine. A gift pack was supplied. There was a party on the area that genuinely has shaken the walls of the building. It lasted until 2:30 in the morning, when finally someone went to ask them to stop. There is a low in Greece that establish a quiet time after 23:00, but nobody obeys this law. The street is not designed for large traffic, but there are still enough cars and motorcycles with poorly maintained motors that produce a lot a noise in the early morning.
• Mary (10/5): I was very content in a very comfortable and extraordinarily well equipt apartment. - It was an apartment so the question of breakfast did not arise. However on arrival I found two bottles of chilled water in the fridge, a bottle of wine and a box of treats. It was a real home from home. As an earlier review remarked being on the ground floor it was not bright and the rustic decor would not be my choice but because I knew these in advance I was totally content. I liked the area, full of little auto businesses. I really can't think of anything except maybe managing the lock on the entrance door. I had to call the owner for help on arrival and they came very quickly.
• Salome (10/5): Exceptional - Super cozy and clean apartment with a nice location! Only 5 mins to the subway station and 3 stops to the Acropolis. The host was super helpful and nice and we received a nice welcome gift as well. We have really enjoyed our stay overall. Definitely recommended and hope to come back in the future!

• Oana (6/5): Pleasant - The communication with the host was ok, the bed is comfy, you can self check in and out, there’s a welcome gift. The 1st floor apartment could use some improvement, especially when it comes to bathroom and the floor tiles which are old and used. It is pretty noisy, even if not on the main street, you can still hear some traffic especially from the scooters passing by. Also during our stay we found the above neighbors to be very laud, slamming doors, talking, moving chairs, every night around 1AM they would start making noise, it seamed like they are getting home and start moving stuff around the house, walking, slamming doors, chairs, until around 3Am. On Sunday morning they made construction work (breaking the walls). They seamed laud in general. We did not announce the host, it looked like their regular way of being.
• Woody (10/5): The apartment was everything we wanted and needed. it was modern, clean and in great repair. We had a medical problem wh - it was in excellent condition and had all the amenities we wanted , ie washer, kitchen, great AC. Finding our apartment took a little while. we didn’t realize that the entrance was on the “0” floor, and the first floor was actually one floor Up. Everything else was great
