- Jhon (8/5): My stay for me is amazing, it may sound exagerating but if you are a solo traveller and not looking for fancy location a - Honestly I like how close it is to pyramid entrance 2 minutes away, I even like the partial view of the pyramid in to hotel roof top near to my room, I like how the staff are pleasant and accommodating. The property is not for traveller wants fancy things even they only pay less, this hotel is good for budget traveller who wants a place to stay None

- Piotr (3/5): Best to stay in different area - The location seems great because it is close to Pyramids, but actually the hotel is right in front of where animals are kept and so the smell is really bad. The second you leave the hotel you will get disturbed by a lot of sellers. Best to avoid this area. The cleaning of the hotel rooms was not good, first it had to be requested as they don't clean the rooms as part of the routine. Right after the cleaning the floor was still dirty. and sheets and towels unfresh You will be getting convinced to do their organized tours, I do not recommend. The guide of the trip was super unprofessional, did not want to take me to one of the locations in the agenda and instead just took me around the shops hoping to get some commission.

- Graeme (10/5): Exceptional - I arrived very late at 1am, the man on reception was very helpful and nice , as I was late he took me to thier sister hotel round the corner (same owner). Staff were lovely, room was fantastic, hot shower and towels. Shower gel , shampoo, soap all supplied. Breakfast on the roof was really good (omelet, boiled egg, 2 different cheeses, cucumber, tomato, honey, 2 different types of bread , juice all with a view overlooking the pyramids which was great. Nothing.

The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, at some point I was not feeling well and Yusuf was kind enough to get me some medicine( for free). The hotel staff organised all our excursions and made sure we had a great holiday.

- Benjamin (8/5): Great proximity to the Sphinx and Pyramids, whilst giving you a sense of local life in Giza! - Yousef and the staff were phenomenal. From my late check in to assisting me with currency exchange, the staff truly made me feel welcome. For example: One night as I was walking the streets, some children and a man followed me requesting I buy some papyrus off of them. After repeatedly telling them la, they continued. Fortunately one of the staff saw them and asked them to move on. He then lead me back to the hotel. Just one example of the kindness provided by the staff! Although I was personally satisfied with everything for the price, some may be deterred by the local area. For people who may wish to stay closer to the city, I would encourage them to research the Giza area before booking.

- Dennis (8/5): If you can get a good price from this place, take it! - The rooftop terrace was my favorite place. There is also a public sofa in an inside antechamber, which is nice for working while escaping the heat. I was really not happy that they did not have the room that I reserved. I reserved a queen sized bed, and I was given a single. I did not appreciate the excuses given. Nevertheless, the smaller room given was still adequate although no partial refund was offered.
