En este había una botella de agua, un brick de leche, sobres de azúcar y sacarina, café, y más. Cosas que al final tienes que comprar si no estuvieran. La cuna perfecta y pusieron una trona para el bebé. La zona para aparcar, es un barrio muy cerca de la playa y poco aparcamiento público.

• Rodoljub (7/5): Great location, spacious apartment, poor cleanliness - The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Location is perfect, a few minutes from Las Canteras beach. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but manageable, which beat our expectations, given the central location. It simply wasn’t clean. Bedsheets were clean and floors, too, to some extent. The fridge was dirty, the microwave had food stains, the couch and the armchair were grossly stained (at least they could have covered them with something more easily washable). Windows were dirty, which was quite sad, given the great weather and the sunlight that was only highlighting the dirt. I’m tall, so I found it funny how I could deduce the height (and motivation) of the cleaning staff by looking at thick layers of dirt on the bathroom shelf that had obviously never been cleaned. The balcony door was stuck and, despite the promise it would be fixed after the weekend, it remained stuck for the rest of our stay.

• Jan (10/5): Eine reibungslose Kommunikation, ein sehr angenehme Aufenthalt und ein guter Service zu einem fairen Preis. - Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Sie ist sehr modern und umfangreich ausgestattet. die Nähe zum Strand, zu Restaurants und zu Supermärkten macht die Lage sehr attraktiv. Wir kennen viele andere Ferienwohnungen in dieser Region und diese war definitiv eine der besten. Es gibt nichts, Negatives über die Unterkunft zu sagen.

• SABRINA (8/5): - Posizione vicino al mare e ai servizi ma scomoda per il parcheggio. loft al piano terra molto bello, rifornito di tutto macchinetta del caffè con cialde e zucchero, lavastoviglie con pastiglie, forno a microonde,f orno,lavatrice con detersivo, carta igienica, sapone piatti e spugne, sapone in doccia, phon, stendino con mollette e ferro da stiro con asse. Dolcetti e bottiglia di spumante come kit di benvenuto, confezione di latte, acqua, scottex e tovaglioli. Non mancava proprio nulla, anzi fornita veramente di tutto. Il loft secondo me è adatto per due persone, il divano letto è molto scomodo e il boiler piccolo, non si riescono a fare 4 docce consecutive . La pulizia va migliorata.Non c è riscaldamento ma a Natale a noi non è servito. Aggiungerei un' asciugatrice perché essendo al piano terra e senza balcone la vedo necessaria.

• daniele_orlando (6/5): Accettabile per pochi giorni, non raccomandato per soggiorni più lunghi di qualche giorno - La posizione vicino al mare è senza dubbio il pregio più grande di questo appartamento. Gli unici altri pregi sono la buona dotazione della cucina e la presenza di un pianoforte (seppur non accordato). L'oste è stato gentile e disponibile, e ci è venuto incontro nelle nostre esigenze per quanto possibile. L'unica finestra dell'appartamento è direttamente sulla strada ad altezza passanti con conseguente rumore e mancanza di privacy, i rumori provenienti dalla strada sono fastidiosi specialmente la notte, dalla finestra sono entrate le blatte proveniente dalla strada, il bagno è senza finestra, l'appartamento è caldo (non c'è aria condizionata) ed emana un odore forte e sgradevole di muffa, il boiler della doccia ha un'autonomia dell'acqua calda di soli 3/4 minuti e richiedeva 1 ora circa per ricaricarsi.

• Tim (6/5): - Sehr gute Lage, nicht weit von einem tollen Strand. Übergabe der Schlüssel und Kontakt über Whatsapp funktioniert gut. Antwortet schnell auf Anfragen. Leider war die Wohnung sehr schmutzig und vor allem die Badezimmer waren wirklich eklig. Fremde Haare klebten an der Toilette und in den Ecken sah es teilweise so aus das dort schon Wochen nicht geputzt wurde. Die Wohnung ist schon sehr verwohnt, wobei das größte Manko wirklich die Sauberkeit war. Schade! Kakerlaken haben uns auch regelmäßig besucht. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen.

Además, estaba muy cerca de la playa, a unos 200 metros, así como de supermercados y transporte público. ⸻ La casa era cómoda, pero tuvimos varios problemas durante nuestra estancia. Un par de veces vimos cucarachas en los armarios de la cocina. Además, se escuchaba claramente el ruido de un animal caminando sobre el techo falso y atravesando los perfiles de metal los que sujetan el pladur del techo en uno de los dormitorios, lo que nos obligaba a estar en alerta constantemente. Lamentablemente, estos no fueron todos los inconvenientes. Cuando reservamos a través de Booking, el anuncio indicaba que el alojamiento contaba con una terraza enorme y aire acondicionado. Al llegar, nos dimos cuenta de que no había ni terraza ni aire acondicionado. Intentamos cancelar la reserva, pero Booking nos dijo que no era posible y que igualmente nos cobrarían el total de la reserva. Al contactar con el propietario, nos dio la misma respuesta y, como “solución”, nos proporcionó un ventilador para cinco personas en pleno verano, con temperaturas cercanas a los 30 °C. Teníamos una captura de la página original, donde se indicaba que el piso contaba con aire acondicionado y una terraza enorme con vistas abiertas. Cuando reclamamos esto, al cabo de unos minutos el anuncio fue modificado y la información sobre la terraza y el aire acondicionado desapareció. Un día me encontré con una pareja en la puerta del edificio. Me preguntaban cómo funcionaba todo y me mostraban la misma foto de la terraza bonita que aparecía en el anuncio. Eran franceses y no sabían cómo acceder ni alojarse. Resultó que la foto se utilizaba para atraer más gente, pero en realidad la terraza ni siquiera existía.

• Lorena Barrera Lázaro (6/5): Estuvo bien pero mejorable - Del alojamiento me gustó la ubicación, e instalaciones, tenía amplio ascensor y pasillo, íbamos con un carro gemelar así que era importante. En cuanto al personal, muy amable, nos pusieron incluso una trona para el bebé. Sinceramente, la limpieza, bastante mejorable, como sugerencia podrían ponerle al sillón fundas que se quiten y laven entre cada inquilino porque daba un poco de grima. Y en general la limpieza de la casa y baños. Es una pena porque el sitio es espectacular y la vivienda está genial!

• Alison (7/5): A stylish central well designed apartment close to beach and all facilities. - Clean, well laid out, good design, clean linen and towels, good to have salt, pepper and olive oil plus toilet roll so didn't have to go out shopping straight away. Also good to have dishwasher and laundry tablets. Nice touch of chocolates in the hallway. Host was available and attentive. Close to the beach and all shops and restaurants. no air con so it got hot unless fan was on continuously - when opening the windows it was noisy. The boiler pipe had leaked and dripped onto my belongings - I had to scoop out excess water from a bowl - all next to an electrical cable in cupboard - host was made aware and as it was a weekend, he made sure to organise a plumber asap to sort. The towels were nice and clean, but don't think had been washed before so we all ended up covered in fluff. Also had people knocking at property thinking that the owner was there - once had knock on door late at night - little bit stressful so perhaps let friends know when the property is occupied with holiday guests. A guest pack / folder might be useful in future for guests on how to use appliances, open windows and arrangements when leaving etc.
