• Alberto (9/5): - L'appartamento è veramente molto bello, arredato con gusto e pieno di accessori per ogni esigenza. La zona giorno è ampia ed affaccia su una zona centrale. Ci sono moltissime finestre ed anche un terrazzino. Come dimensioni, distributivo e arredo assolutamente consigliato. Abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà iniaizli nel ritiro chiavi perchè il box elettronico che le conteneva (ma l'abbiamo capito dopo) aveva le batterie scariche e quindi non si apriva. Non segnalando però il problema sembrava stessimo inserendo un codice errato. Abbiamo però contattato la gestrice dell'appartamento che si è velocemente attivata per arrivare a darci una copia delle chiavi. Alla fine nessun problema, personalmente resto dell'idea che lo scambio chiavi sarebbe sempre meglio farlo di persona senza affidarsi a troppi codici ed automatismi. Tuttavia tutto risolto In più l'appartamento affaccia su una strada, non particolarmente trafficata ma nella notte tra sabato e domenica siamo stati un po' disturbati da qualche schiamazzo di troppo. Forse un po' più di insonorizzazione potrebbe ulteriormente migliorare un appartamento già molto bello.

• Nataliia (10/5): - Очень комфортное жилье на уровне прекрасного отеля но с массой дополнительных удобств, с возможностью пить кофе перед большим экраном, завтракать не идя к посторонним, привести в порядок одежду и тд. Прекрасно! Вид из панорамного окна и балкона просто прекрасный!

• Mohammad Shaker (9/5): Sehr schön - ch war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Besonders gut hat mir die Sauberkeit gefallen, und alles, was man gebraucht hat, war vorhanden. Es gab nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Zum Beispiel war es am Abend ein bisschen kalt, und es gab keine Hausschuhe. Wenn man also ohne Schuhe hineingehen wollte, musste man etwas anziehen – aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Ansonsten war alles wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr schnell vor Ort. Noch bevor ich ausgecheckt hatte, kamen sie bereits hoch, um nachzuschauen. Das war ein bisschen unangenehm, aber insgesamt war der Aufenthalt wirklich schön.

• Karen-Anne (9/5): A Very Pleasant Apartment Close to Old Town Villach - A lovely spacious apartment with a very well stocked kitchen and quality appliances. Easy to prepare an evening meal. The bathroom was a generous size and the shower pressure was good. Easy access and a good size secure car park. I noted there had been comments regarding the carpark being too small. We parked our Peugeot SUV 3008 with ease and we could both exit our vehicle. The quality of the bed linen and bathroom towels should be better.
• Henry (10/5): Lovely, modern apartment in the centre of Villach - Spacious and nicely decorated apartment right in the middle of Villach. It seems very new and is well equipped. Useful balcony with wonderful views over the town towards the mountains. We were slightly confused by the instructions for finding and accessing the apartment. It might have been simpler if we’d come by car. We travelled by train and the local taxi driver was as confused as we were!

• Consuelo (9/5): Meraviglioso - Appartamento meraviglioso! Pulito con tutti i comfort. Istruzioni poco chiare per salire dal garage al appartamento. Al telefono mi è stato risposto che potevo andare via se non mi andava bene. Usciamo da un lutto e forse siamo un pochino confusi, ma la cortesia non si nega a nessuno.

• Guerra (10/5): I can guarantee: this is a top stay - The apartment deserves nothing less than 10 out of 10. Everything inside is perfect, very well equipped, appliances of high quality, exquisite decoration, really beautiful. The location is perfect, right in the best part of Villach. Small details, such as an absence of amenities, way too soft mattress (in our opinion) would never cloud the whole picture of this amazing apartment. The parking spot is also perfect. the only detail that bothered me was the softness of the mattress, this type of memory foam mattress deforms and doesn't provide the necessary support

• Triin (9/5): Well equipped central apartment - Very well equipped apartment with amazing view over the mountains. Enough space and nice interior design. Very central. The parking space was super tight and it was really complicated to find the garage and the keys and to open the garage etc. The instructions how to get from garage to the apartment were missing so not very comfortable check-in. One of the hosts (male as the female host was very nice) but the male host was unfriendly and rude. We had asked for a bit later check-out and at 10.55 we were told this is not possible so we finished quickly packing but when with a small kid it was super stress as the male host was being rude and telling us they the check-out was at 11. We left the apartment at 11.15. though but overall the check-out was very stressful and unpleasant.

• Ilir (10/5): Just perfect! - Everything was in order! The owner's instructions were detailed, and the garage was secure in the building! The apartment was lovingly furnished and nothing was missing! Thanks to the owner of the apartment for the bottle of wine he left for us!
• Branislav (10/5): Exceptional. - The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. It is at a very center of the town. Exquisitely furnished, warm and welcoming. It is a place where we could easily move in and live in for longer period of time. Very clean. The host has impeccable taste for details and functionality of the space. We were very sorry to stay for just one day. Even though the apartment is in the heart of the city it is very peaceful at night. We had a private parking spot which is invaluable for short stays. Oh yes, and the welcoming package gave an extra luxury touch to the whole experience ( prosecco and chocolates where mmmm). Nothing to report here :)

• Wiktor (9/5): Great place to stay in Villach - Spacious, nicely arranged and furnished apartment. I stayed only one night but think it would be nice place to stay for longer. Modern and well-maintained furniture and appliances makes the stay really enjoyable. Not much to improve, maybe apart from pretty tight parking slot in underground garage, especially if you drive bigger car.

• Chris (10/5): Absolutely Excellent, Couldn't have been Better - This is a self catering apartment with many cafes restaurants supermarket shops around it. The facilities in the apartment were first class, from a great bathroom/wc/power shower with constant hot water. Towels, bed linen, lounge, bedrooms, kitchen space, balcony all in excellent condition and very clean/hygienic. Full credit and praise to the owner Niklas, who was in contact if needed. We would recommend this 4th floor apartment to anyone, and would certainly consider it again if we came to Villach. Nothing in the apartment it was 100% Only issue during our stay which caused some distress for me in terms of my health, was that the lift was out of order from our arrival until after we left, 6 nights later! I had to climb 96 stone steps up and 96 steps down every time. I did not need this, but accept it was not the owner's fault or responsibility. We felt sorry for a family with a baby on the same floor who had to carry the buggy up and down all the time - though they were much younger than us! I hope the lift is now fixed?
