• Elisabeth (9/5): - Tolle Lage, nettes Personal, gute Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Boden war etwas schmutzig, Klopapier etwas zu wenig.
• Carmela (7/5): Top Lage um Chefchaouen zu entdecken ! - Für uns als Familien haben wir die Lage der Unterkunft sehr geschätzt. Das Auto kann entspannt gegenüber neben der Moschee geparkt werden. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Medina. Besonders hat uns das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse gefallen. Unsere 2 Teenager ( 14 und 15 Jahre mit ca. 155 / 160 cm Größe ) haben im Wohnbereich im Familienzimmer auf dem Ecksofa geschlafen. Das passte soweit für 2 Nächte, könnte aber für 2 größere Personen etwas knapp werden.

• Hicham Rhouhi (7/5): HICHAM SLAOUI - Ce qui m’a plu en premier lieu, c’est l’emplacement, très proche du centre-ville ainsi que l’accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel. Je tiens particulièrement à souligner le travail du gérant, qui a été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Il y a un manque important d’équipements de cuisine, ainsi qu’un certain niveau de bruit, surtout pendant la matinée.

• Natalia (9/5): Bien ubicado, cómodo y limpio - Bien ubicado y limpio. Muebles bastante nuevos y buena decoración. A dos cuadras y media de la subida al centro histórico. También cercano al lugar en que te dejan los minibuses que vienen de Fez o de Tánger. Tiene una muy buena televisión, aunque no la usamos. Tiene refrigerador, cocina y hervidor. La relación calidad precio es adecuada. A la entrada hay un árbol con flores que suelta mucho polvo amarillo (creo que era un aromo, comparto una foto) por lo que personas alérgicas al polen mejor deberían buscar otro lugar. En el desayuno es un solo café, nos sirvieron un segundo café y nos cobraron 3 euros, no es mucho, pero quizá habría sido bueno saber antes que había un costo asociado porque además nos hicieron pagar inmediatamente al dejar la habitación porque el señor que servía el desayuno dijo que luego él se iba por lo que había que pagar en ese mismo momento y no luego al llevarse las maletas, lo que generó después tener que esperar por el cambio.
• Tiago (10/5): - Everything was great. The owner was very nice and helpful. The apartment is well located, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The breakfast was great. We were travelling by motorcycle and we parked the bikes in front of the apartment and pay a few Dirhams to the people that were guarding there, and was safe, we had no problems. Nothing to mention.
• Karima (8/5): - Die Unterkunft lag etwas abseits von der Medina und war somit mehr im einheimischen Stadtteil. Die Aufteilung der Räume war sehr gut und alles war gepflegt und sauber. Das wlan hat meist gut funktioniert sogar fürs streamen. Es war alles gut soweit. Ich hätte mich über proactive Restaurant Tipps gefreut.

• niss (9/5): Excellent séjour - J’ai passé une nuit à Chefchaouen avec mon fils et nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. L’appartement correspondait bien aux photos, il était propre et bien situé, à deux pas du centre et accessible à pied. Le personnel était sympathique et l’endroit était calme, sans dérangement pendant la nuit. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, avec le choix d’être servi dans l’appartement ou sur la terrasse. L’hébergement possède aussi une belle terrasse, bien soignée et bien entretenue. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. rien

• Samira (7/5): Gute Wahl - Das Zimmer war sehr groß und die Lage gut. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal nett. Man kann dort seine Wäsche waschen lassen gegen Aufpreis. Man kann gegenüber auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz parken und bezahlt dort eine Gebühr. Das Personal konnte nicht so gutes Englisch. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Der TV funktioniert nicht immer und das WLAN auch nicht.

• Khadija (8/5): - Hyper bien situé on ne peut pas espérer mieux, parking juste en face de l'hébergement, la maison est très jolie aux couleurs locales, la décoration fait rêver. Petit déjeuner très bon. Nous y avons passé une seule nuit on espérait être accueilli après une longue route avec du thé et des gâteaux comme indiqué mais ça n'a pas été fait...dommage petite déception, de plus c'était en travaux et l'odeur de la peinture pas top pour mon petit qui respire déjà mal, on aurait aimé être prévenu, le sol était plein de poussière certainement dû aux travaux. Le petit déjeuner était prévu à 9h on a été servi qu'à 9h50 on a eu l'impression de déranger et de passer après les autres, la dame en cuisine était très froide, le monsieur au service semblait dépassé.
• Emmanuelle (6/5): Quite address but without any luxuries. - Nice house with two small terraces for breakfast. Parking very close by. 10 minutes walk to the touristic center. We booked a room for 4 people. But the kids slept on the coach, it was not really a bed. This was disappointing and very uncomfortable for them. The fresh orange juice is made the evening before (we heard it). Or even longer before because on our first breakfast we received juice that was completely fermented and turned bad. The rest of the breakfast was OK but basic.

• Alexander (9/5): Der Aufenthalt war schön. - Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals war außergewöhnlich, sogar für marokkanische Verhältnisse. Ganz besonders Zaid (?) der uns jeden Morgen ein sehr gutes Frühstück serviert hat!! Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte eine gut funktionierende Heizung / Klimaanlage. Es könnten mehr Kleiderhaken vorhanden sein. Das scheint aber in Marokko nicht ungewöhnlich zu sein..

• Marie (10/5): Excellent stay in a quaint town - Great location, 5-10 min walk to the Medina. Very clean and hygienic property, we had a small kitchen, fridge, bathroom, and the sleeping area felt spacious enough for a two night stay. Loved having breakfast on the terrace. Nice hosts. The property is across from a mosque so if you are a light sleeper it may be an issue. Breakfast is decent but would be fantastic if the local Chefchaouen goat cheese were added to the menu (we bought our own and added it - it went well with the flatbread and honey).

• TheCompass (1/5): An experience with hundreds of Ants in our bed and room - Nothing.. Türkçesi aşağıda... It was a truly awful experience. When I returned in the evening after leaving my bags in the room, the entire room, including the suitcases, was infested with ants. There was no one in charge at the hotel, and the phone number they provided didn't work. Unable to reach anyone, I quickly left the hotel and paid a new reservation fee to stay at another hotel. The next day, the manager apologized; he was very polite and conciliatory. He agreed to a refund and offered to dry clean the luggage, but it was too late. We wasted time searching for a new place, getting our ant-infested belongings cleaned, and paying the bill. Not being able to find anyone in charge and not being able to reach anyone by phone was really frustrating. Gerçekten rezalet bir deneyimdi. Odaya çantaları bırakıp akşam geri geldiğimde valizler dahil tüm odayı Karıncalar basmıştı. Otelde hiç bir yetkili yoktu ve verdikleri Telefon numarası da çalışmıyordu. Hiç kimseye ulaşamayınca, Tabi ki hızlıca Oteli terk ettim ve yeniden bir rezervasyon ücreti ödeyerek başka bir otelde kaldım.   Ertesi gün işletmecisi özür diledi, gerçekten çok nezaketli ve uzlaşmacı idi. İade yapmayı kabul etti ve valiz için kuru temizleme teklif etti ama artık çok geçti. Vakit kaybedip yeni yer aramak ve karınca istilasına uğramış eşyaları yıkatmak ve faturasını ödemek zorunda kaldık. Herhangi bir yetkili bulamamak ve telefon ile ulaşamamak gerçekten çok rahatsız edici idi.

• Kseniia (9/5): Хорошие апартаменты - Расположение отличное, близко и до центра и до автобусного вокзала, чистые апартаменты, вкусные завтраки (подают или на террасе или прямо в номер), персонал отзывчивый и всегда на связи, в номере есть электрическая батарея, нам не понадобилась, но, когда ночи холодные, это хороший бонус Не было чайника в номере, но когда мы попросили - нам сразу принесли его, было бы здорово чтобы он был сразу. Завтрак приготовили на 20 минут позже чем мы просили, это не критично, но когда приезжаешь всего на один день, каждая минута на счету и немного обидно просто ждать завтрак вместо того чтобы пойти гулять по городу

• Diletta (9/5): A perfect spot for exploring the city - We had a lovely stay at the property, and it was the perfect location for exploring the area. The room was a very generous size and if we wanted to cook, there was everything available for doing so. The terrace of the property is gorgeous and a lovely spot where to relax in the evening after visiting the city or enjoying breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was served at the time we wanted and we had the choice between the terrace and our own room. It was delicious and very abundant, setting us up for the day. The staff was absolutely lovely, and we are very grateful for the lovely welcome. The sewage smell in the bathroom was incredibly strong. We believe it is not necessarily a problem connected to the property, but cities in general in Morocco. Thankfully, we had some incense with us and that helped solve the problem.

• Doreen (10/5): Wir wären gern länger geblieben. - Schönes Appartementhaus mit sehr modernen Zimmern und zwei schönen Dach - bzw. Frühstücksterrassen. Ein netter älterer Herr hat uns das Frühstück zubereitet. Einen Parkplatz fürs Auto gibt’s gleich gegenüber. Oder 6 Gehminuten die Straße weiter. Man erkennt das Haus nicht auf den ersten Blick , da der Name an der Tür fehlt. Das Haus ist nicht groß, aber tief blau. Schräg gegenüber ist eine Moschee.
