Phelan (9/5): 9/10. Overall great stay. Daniel was a very helpful host. - Very comfortable. Great bathrooms and roomy kitchen. Fantastic location. Enjoyed having the little courtyard as well when the weather was nice. Would recommend plastic flooring installed over some of the old wood flooring.
Beltramini (7/5): It was overall a great vacation, but I would not stay here again. - Good location, good value No kitchen or sink outside of bathroom; the owner charged us for entering property early even though we didn’t stay. He also hounded us each day for the fee. Very thin walls - could hear neighbor’s conversations.

Amanda (10/5): Perfect family spot for a visit to KMC - The home is very nice and has a lot of space, especially for the price. We were able to comfortably spend time with our family in the home, cook meals, and rest while also enjoying the surrounding town! No changes required.
Amanda (10/5): Perfect location and comfort close to KMC - We loved the proximity of the house to town, groceries, and other places like Kaiserslautern. It was an easy jump on the road to get to anything we wanted to do. Nothing! It was exceptional.

Would definitely s - There was lots of space for our family; the apartment was very clean. It was extremely convenient to the military post and walking distance to a bakery, grocery store and other shops.
Heinrichs (10/5): - Es sah dort so aus wie auf dem bilder zu sehen ist und auch kein schimmel in den bäder die betten waren sauber und hatten uns dort gefühlt es wären wir zu Hause in der grossen Wohnung. !!!Ein grossen lob geht raus!!!! Würden dort wieder hin fahren Das die Zeit so schnell rum war

Brian (8/5): An excellent place that we would definitely return to for a long term stay. - Plenty of space for our family to spread out, and probably the most outlets I've seen in any residence in Germany. Location is great for military folks in the Ramstein area, close to base and plenty of food and services within easy walking distance. The host was very communicative and responsive. There were very few pillows, and the shower had a slow drain (which the host said he would address). Not an issue for us, as we had already lived in Germany prior to our stay, but there was no explanation for how to do the trash/recycling if there are people unaware of all the cans and bags used.
