- Mohamed (1/5): Really had very bad experience - The staff not welcoming at all and they are very bad in behavior . The villa is very very far and no road access plus it’s really in a place without any shops facilities… we didn’t entered the villa because we had an arge with the representative but it was very bad experience and we embraced front of all the family Bonjour, Je vous contacte concernant ma réservation n° 5322665667. À notre arrivée sur place, nous avons constaté que le logement était extrêmement difficile d’accès, avec des routes impraticables en voiture. Par ailleurs, la zone est très isolée, sans réseau, et nous nous sommes sentis en insécurité. Ces éléments ne correspondent pas à la description de l’annonce, qui ne mentionnait ni ces difficultés d’accès ni les conditions réelles de l’emplacement. Dans ces circonstances, nous n’avons pas été en mesure de séjourner dans ce logement et avons été contraints de quitter les lieux immédiatement. En conséquence, je vous demande le remboursement intégral de cette réservation, au regard du caractère non conforme et trompeur de l’annonce.

- Zain (10/5): Mind blowing! - Property was a hidden Gem with a fantastic view! Spacious, amazing host and staff. Made everything so easy for me and my family! Liked everything about it however a car is required to stay here finding transport will be difficult.
