• Sridhar (10/5): Fun family holiday by the beach - The location was excellent—right on the beach—which was the main reason we chose this apartment, and it did not disappoint. The apartment itself felt modern and well maintained, having been recently rebuilt, as the host informed us. On arrival, Dimitris personally met us, handed over the keys, and showed us around the apartment, which was a very welcoming touch. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary gadgets for cooking, although we didn’t cook during our stay. The views of the beach from the patio were lovely, and walking along the shoreline was extremely relaxing. The sea wasn’t too cold for a swim, even in early April. That said, the nights were still a little chilly, so we did use the bedroom heaters at night. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodation right on the beach. Dimitris also recommended a couple of local restaurants, both of which turned out to be excellent. The taverna Mon Amor Kokkinos offered great Greek food with a cosy atmosphere, while Porto Timor impressed us with its breathtaking bay views and stunning sunsets.

• Jo B (10/5): Beautiful quiet location and lovely accommodation - Great communication from owner, answering all questions promptly. Accommodation very clean and a welcome pack on arrival which was much appreciated after a late flight and most importantly, 6 bottles of water. Thank you ! The location is quiet, but with a few nearby restaurants and two supermarkets close by in either direction if you don't want to venture far. If you do, it's a 10-15 minute walk. Beach is on the doorstep and boat trips easily accessible. No pool, but a lovely outdoor shower. Ideal place to get away from it all ! Uncrowded beach and can take the sunbeds down to the beach if you wanted to. Housekeeping checked in on us twice to see if we needed anything too. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend. It was August and very hot and would have liked two sun umbrellas for shade during the day. Squeezing the three people that wanted shade under the umbrella was tricky, but we managed it ! Being very picky, milk in the fridge would have been nice on arrival for coffee and tea although we were provided with beers and a lovely bottle of wine. A few ants during our stay, but that is expected and nothing to complain about. Just don't leave anything out.
• Ivette (8/5): - Die Lage ist top, 2 min bis zum Strand. Strandabschnitt sehr ruhig und viel Platz. Liegen und Sonnenschirme von der Unterkunft bereit gestellt. Diese konnte man auch zum Strand mitnehmen. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Leider kein Sonnenschutz auf dem oberen Balkon.

• Wolfgang (2/5): Very poor - Location Not much premium in the apartment we stayed in. Ants in the kitchen, no curtains, neck killer pillows, hand shower only and mattresses that make you pay in the morning. We were very disappointed and rarely give feedback, but wanted to share this experience so that others know.
• Anouska (10/5): Exceptional - The location was absolutely perfect! The loft apartment (Iliana) was amazing! A little apprehensive after reading reviews as we are a family of 3 - with our daughter being an 18 year old. However she was extremely happy with the stunning sea view from her sofa bed and accompanying sound of the waves. Truly fabulous apartment with everything you could need. Personally we’d prefer a comfier bed, but definitely not a deal breaker and we’d certainly return, thank you for a wonderful holiday.

• Melinda (1/5): Please do not pay to stay here !!!! - The location The key was rusty to use so very difficult to get in , the place was covered in ants, the remote controls for the aircon and tv were hidden away so we couldn’t find them, the beds were like planks of wood, the aircon would only come on when all doors were closed and when doors they were not opened by us seemed to be open so we had to call the owner to get it sorted. The place WAS COVERED IN ANTS AND THE OWNER CLEARLY LIED AND SAID HE HADNT SEEN THEM BEFORE .. they were all over the floor, the kitchen bench , kitchen appliances , bathroom and crawling on beds as well as patio outside . It was DISGUSTING. The owner turned up in announced to look into it whilst I was sitting on balcony at 9am the morning after we arrived … having also been to the property the afternoon before to leave some sort of pesticide spray . They then had a cleaner who did pretty much nothing ! We hadn’t even eaten in there so it wasn’t as if we had left food around to make ants wanna come in ! The property manager told me I didn’t allow the owner to come and look at the property which was a lie! I had to spend hours trying to get what I paid for …it is a premium price charged . The owner told me I could flip the mattress over and it would be soft on the other side .. really ?!?! He also told me I could leave and find other accomm and he would refund me … really ?!?! Where was I going to go and how was I supposed to find alternative accommodation for 2 nights at that time ?!?! Beyond reproach !!! The neighbours all around felt like they were on top of you .. the patio above had a family staying who were so loud as were the neighbours from the behind property which was so close and they were so loud at 11pm when coming up the path right by our apartment as they were at 8am when having breakfast on their patio !! Was simply awful

• Adel (10/5): Amazing Holiday!! - The moment we walked in we felt like home and the only word we could say it was Wooow!! We loved very much the apartment design!! Fully equipped kitchen!! Newly renovated!! Amazing view for sunset from balcony!! Very quiet area and we fell asleep listening to the sound of the waves!! We appreciated the owner’s hospitality and they did their best to accommodate every single request, always available when we contacted them. It was very kind to pass by the day before we leave to say goodbye !! We can’t wait to go back!! We couldn’t stay longer and I can not rate the place ore than 10!!
• Wendy (10/5): Fabulous - We stayed in the first floor apartment which was fabulous - very modern, very comfortable with a good balcony. We travelled very light so having the washer was great. It very close to good restaurants, our favourite being Delfini (must book), 2 doors away, and supermarkets. We had some bad weather when we arrived and couldn’t get out to eat or shop so the lovely snacks and wine provided were really appreciated. It might be a bit cramped in the living area with more than 3 people. Nothing
• Velta (10/5): Exceptional - Location: A very quiet place, no cars or scooters, only the sound of the waves. A beautiful view of the sea, a wide beach with plenty of space for everyone. The path you see in the pictures near the second room is not a road for cars or people walking by – it’s just a path for apartment guests, closed to others, so it's safe and quiet outside the window. Within a 2-minute walk there are 2-3 shops and a cafés with excellent coffee. Restaurants just around the corner. We recommend reserving a table at the Delfini restaurant a day in advance. We regularly visited restaurants in Afonas (10 minutes by car) with fantastic sunset views – reserve a table with a view in advance. All the restaurants are good. Apartment: Comfortable, very clean, everything well thought out, cozy, and modern. A huge plus: 2 bathrooms, one for each bedroom. A huge terrace. All windows have mosquito nets, but the mosquitoes still bit us :) The apartment is truly of suite-level quality and definitely the best in the village. Inconvenient closet doors in the second bedroom. Tricky road to the Apt from the main road. Good driver will evaluate it as a great test of driving skills:)

• Donatienne (7/5): Sleeping in the living room on this coach is impossible - Very good location on the beach . Everything close by. Appartement modern, very new .clean kitchen well equipped Good AC in the bedroom IT IS A VeRY GOOD PLACE FOR 2 but not possible for 3 or 4 . Air conditioning only in the bedroom ( large bed) and a very noisy fan In The living room. as it was under the roof it was extremely hot at night . The extra bed for the 3 rd person (an adults) is the coach in the living room extremely uncomfortable for a bed . So hard that it is Impossible to sleep . We staid 3 nights each of us tried one night . None of us could sleep . No shutters or curtains on the windows . So very bright in the morning.
