Guest Reviews
- dower (1/5): - Location It wasnt cleaned rubbish in bin and in fridge microwave wasnt clean at all
- darren (7/5): - roomy on a noisy road
no blockout blinds
- Rick (10/5): Comfy. - Very clean and new. The bed was very comfortable. There wasn’t any coffee.
- Don (8/5): Very convenient and comfortable room to wind down at end of day - As no cooking facilities, trip into shops is necessary as site is easily located even on edge of town. Room quite comfortable and private. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. An air conditioner wasn't part as fixed amenities as day was very hot.
- Corey (10/5): -
- Maddy (4/5): This cannot be advertised as a home, it lacks toiletries, kitchen and seating. - The bed was comfortable with electric blankets on it and we appreciated access to onsite parking in the drive way. The water pressure was great. The Wi-Fi password was not readily available, I had to reach out to get it. The stay advertised toiletries however they were limited to hand and body soap (no shampoo or conditioner). This is not a "home", it is a master bedroom posing as a studio apartment - there is a fridge in the walk-in robe and a microwave at the foot of the bed, on the carpet, with a space heater ontop of it and limited dishes, with no where to wash said dishes except in the ensuite - which didn't have dishsoap. The king bed was comfortable and warm, however the blanket was a queen. The space heater was ok but there appears to be central heating, it's just not accessible to guests. This cannot be advertised as a home, it does not include cooking facilities or any sitting spaces except the bed and 1 chair. This is one room - it is a typical master bedroom of a new build not even converted to be self contained.

- Scottprobs (7/5): Pretty handy and comfortable place for two on a cold, rainy night. - Very clean, warm, secure, newish, spacious enough, mostly efficient communication and access (had to call for the key box pin, a slight oversight, but owner friendly and helpful). Wifi good. The little blow heater did the job but a wall heater would improve the place. It might also be worth widening the paving of the driveway from the street for greater ease of backing out in the dark - a minor gripe. Could also do with some hangers for the open wardrobe.
- Lisa (9/5): Esau to access very clean and parking available - Clean and accessible No lock on bedroom door as an added security. One of the heat blankets did not work. And no extra sockets to charge electronics.
- Madan (8/5): Very good - Cleanliness
Location Expecting
Cutlary, plates and mocrowave.
Suggestion to have powerpoint near table .
- Marie (5/5): Pay a little more and go to a motel - Location was good, clean except for the carpet, shower was good Kettle not working, no lock to door, carpets dirty, room freezing cold as there’s only a tiny Kmart fan heater and electric blankets (no blanket on bed and no heating means no morning shower as room and especially bathroom is like a fridge), coffee sachets chewed on by mice or something (before being placed in the room-no rodents in room)
- Sharon (6/5): Pleasant - It was said that toiletries were supplied but there was no shampoo and conditioner Thw bed was comfortable
- Dolman (8/5): Very good - Big bed. New facilities. Noisy trucks nearby.
- Cpageault (8/5): Nice stay - The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location, nearby to the shops and restaurants. The owners were nice. The property is beside a busy road and you could feel trucks passing by at times, however it wasn't too bad during the night.
- Kaylene (7/5): Good - location, bed and bathroom were good. When we arrived, the keycode we'd been given didn't work and when we rang to try and sort it out, we were told we were staying in No.23, not No.25, which was the number given to us on our confirmation. Then we tried to put the code into No. 23, but it still didn't work, then we were told this code was incorrect and they verbally gave us a new one.
Once that was sorted, it went reasonably smoothly, except for the TV. It's pretty poor that you can't even watch live TV. There were only a few things we could watch, without having to log into Samsung (which we don't have) or other streaming services. We weren't comfortable logging into one of our streaming services for a one night stay, but it made for a pertty boring night. Unsure why you don't just have Netflix and some basic streaming services setup for your guests.
Also, the back of the house can be booked by other guests and the door to that section of the house, through the garage is unlocked. As the code for the garage was the same as the front door, I could access it the back section of the house, not great if there had actually been guests in there.
As the garage should therefore only be for the guests of the rear of the house, we shouldn't have parked our car in the driveway as it would block access to the garage. We were told we could park there, as there were no other guests, but if there were, the parking wouldn't have been very convenient for us.
- Robert (8/5): Met my requirements - New & super clean No clothes hangers
- Jane (7/5): Clean, no frills. All I needed for an overnight work trip. Tea bags but no coffee. -
- Renald (9/5): Superb - New house with front bedroom and ensuite separated by locked door. Effectively a great unit to rent. Provided coffee facilities but no coffee though there was tea. thought that was a little strange.
- Shona (7/5): Lovely bit was hot - Location was great. Very modern No A/c quite a small space.
- Jacob (10/5): Great little overnight stay - Convenient location, small and simple room but very well put together.
We stayed just after the building had been built, and everything was excellent. An exceptional overnight stay. The room is actually part of a bigger house (the front is this single room, the rest of the house is a larger AirBNB). This was not a problem for us, but might have been nice to know beforehand.
- Amba (9/5): Exactly what I needed - Clean, great mattress, tea and milk Couldn’t figure out normal tv. Bathroom smelt (maybe water?)
- Paul (6/5): Pleasant stay, good location - was clean, good location, quite / very new, self-contained, had everything I needed is a room in a shared house where other people are living, however you don't know who they are and don't get to meet them, there also wasn't a lock on the bedroom door, only separated by a door to the main part of the house, which whilst locked, could be unlocked, if you had the key, and would then be able to walk into the bedroom where I was staying (female guests may not feel so comfortable). was also not explained how to access / enter the property, key was left under the door mat at the entrance to the property, however this was not explained - no email, comms, SMS, message, instructions. Tried calling the owner, however they did not answer the phone and went to voicemail, which was not clear who you had called / was leaving a message for.
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rahna (8/5): Very good - Was very neat and tidy. Bed was divine to sleep in. No air con unfortunately. Got very stuffy in the room.
- Phillip (8/5): Very good -
- Youssef (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jane (5/5): Shared accomodation - more like rent a room - Big Comfy bed Was unclear what I was booking from information and photos. Master suite at front of townhouse was assigned to the 2 of us. No kitchen facilities.
- Fleur (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, comfortable, good price
- Ed (8/5): Very good - I liked the towels the most. The door latch on the bathroom door(not in working order)
- Björn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andreas (10/5): Spotless and convenient. Highly recommend! - The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Self check-in/out was smooth, and the place was very comfortable, spacious, and spotless. Very close to restaurants and stores in town. It was all really great.
- Grace (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, tidy spacious, good shower owner was lovely !
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Chandu (9/5): Superb -
