Servicio principal: - No se podía cerrar la puerta por dentro por quedar bloqueada - Una sola pastilla de jabón de reducido tamaño en el lavabo para 6 personas y 1 único sobre monodósis de jabón, por persona, para utilizarlo durante 4 días (más o menos 2 ml. Por persona/día). - Había avispas (debe haber un nido cerca) y cucarachas pequeñas en el baño. Salón: - La televisión, pese a venir incluso fotografiada en las reglas del domicilio, no existía - La manilla de apertura de la puerta de la terraza se quedaba en la mano al intentar abrirla Habitación 2: - La correa de la persiana estaba rota y anudada, con lo que no se podía subir ni bajar. Servicio secundario: - La ventana no se podía abrir. Cocina: La cafetera de cápsulas estaba averiada de la que se salía el agua abundantemente y muy cerca de tomas eléctricas. - Resaltar el detalle de la empresa de dejarnos una caja vacía de cápsulas para que supiéramos lo que teníamos que comprar. - Una única bolsa de basura para la basura de 4 días de 6 personas teniendo encuentra las reglas de reciclaje locales, imposibles de seguir en 4 días, y que exigen al menos 4 bolsas por día para los distintos residuos sin que alguna de ellas ni tan siquiera pueda sacarse por no ser el día indicado. - La lavadora parecía funcionar y recibir luz, pero la puerta era imposible abrirla con lo que no se pudo utilizar. Atención de la empresa: Ni personal, ni telefónica. Solo mediante whatsapp y con más mensajes advirtiendo que NO atendían llamadas que dando información. La única persona que vimos, fue la persona que vino a hacer la limpieza quien estaba a las 09:55 (cinco minutos antes) en la puerta de la casa cuando para poder entrar nosotros, tuvimos que esperar hasta las 15:15 (15 minutos después), pese a decirles que estábamos por allí desde las 14:00.

• Pompiliu Constantin (8/5): Good accommodation - Communication with the host was very good, and access was easy. The apartment is very spacious, bright, and clean, equipped with everything you need: a large kitchen, washing machine, iron, and it is located in a quiet area of Salerno, not too far from the center. Overall, we felt good during our stay. When we arrived, we noticed that there was no TV as mentioned in the listing. Also, in our room, part of the ceiling was slightly detached, and one evening we found a small lizard on the wall. The formalities after booking were also rather cumbersome, with a lot of information to upload.
• Stella (7/5): - The location and was okay. The property was overall okay, but did have some problems. The check in process was very difficult and time consuming. I spent about two hours in total to check in to this property, and the check in should not take that long. I had to upload the information three times until the host finally acknowledged receipt. The check in process made check into this property very frustrating. The shower drain did not work. The air conditioning in one bedroom did not work. There was an broken outlet with exposed wires in one room and ceiling tiles were loose and about to fall in the same room. The host fixed the ceiling tiles after we informed them.

• Janan (10/5): Unfassbar schön - Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr groß und sauber, das personal war auch sehr hilfreich und nett. Die betten waren sehr bequem, in der Küche hat man alles was man braucht und es hat ein sehr schönes Balkon. Am Eingang der Wohnung gibt es ein großes Spiegel. Alles hat uns gefallen

• Lyle (5/5): the apartment was good but for the police who came to check up on us - we had clear instructions how to find our keys upon arrival, we had booked 2 baths and 3 bedrooms, we only had 1 full bath and a powder room for 3 adults that was disappointing. Powder room did not have a bidet. before our trip the property management company had sent us a link to upload our passports etc as we needed clearance to stay and this is the rule in Italy etc, which was very strange as we never encountered such in the past. After a day at the property the buzzer rang and they said they are police and they need us to open our door. We called property managers they sent someone as the police did not speak English, they once again saw our passports etc and their excuse was they wanted to see the fire extinguisher. all this was an extremely unpleasant for us and I will never recommend anyone to stay at this property, we felt like criminals staying unauthorized. whatever anyone says this is unacceptable.
