• Petronella (8/5): Excellent self catering property near London. - The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the information provided in advance was more than sufficient. The rooms are modern, and the facilities are excellent. The property is within walking distance of a train station with direct access to London city centre, and it is also conveniently close to Twickenham Stadium, where we went to watch the rugby. The only drawback is that the property is located next to a very busy road, which could be a little disturbing.

• Aldo_uk_na (1/5): - The apartment itself was well laid out and I booked due to parking availability. The communication was very good throughout. The bed was awful. Both my fiancee and I had very little sleep due to the very poor quality of the mattress. The whole weekend was pretty much ruined as we had to check out after the rugby at Twickenham. We couldn't meet friends or go out for a meal in Richmond as a result. The couch also looked cheap and this is an apartment with nowhere to hang coats or wet towels. The reception desk said a full refund but customer services are now only offering one night refund. The inconsistency is very annoying especially considering how much pain we were both in. Over a week later and my back is still terribly sore. There are some good ratings so I assume we were just unlucky with the mattress.

• DS Ramsden (7/5): Large comfortable apartment let down by details - The apartment was spacious & had most facilities we required, including easy parking which was included in the price. 1. There were no hooks in any room in the apartment, so nowhere to hang coats (which could be wet!), towels, dressing gowns, etc. 2. There was no air-conditioning (or, if there was supposed to be, it wasn't working). A fan was provided, but it was very noisy & didn't really cool the bedroom at night. 3. The Nespresso machine failed to work the first 3 times we tried. We found it had soggy paper clogging the outlet. This paper seemed to be from a previously used coffee pod with a paper cover (there were more of these provided). These low quality pods failed to get punctured when we started the coffee cycle & then disintegrated very easily when wet. 4. The bathroom needs a light over the mirror (or a light integral in the mirror) in order to be able to see to apply make-up or to shave. 5. If you leave the apartment even 1 minute after check-out time & then try to re-enter you will find yourself locked out!

Staff on site were fantastic, no faults with them at all Toilet rolls were useless and cheap bed you could feel the springs but they changed the mattress as soon as we complained which was nice. • GEORGIANA (9/5): Overall we enjoyed staying in our apartment, and found the access and staff responsiveness far better than anticipated f - Our apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom lacked a towel rack or even hooks on which to hang up a towel or bath robe. Also a few hooks in the hall, for example to hang up jackets/coats, as hanging space in the wardrobe was limited for two people.

• Wilhelmine (8/5): Gut für einen Zwischenstop - Die Unterkunft war sauber, das Bad gut und neuwertig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Eine Sicherung ging kaputt, sie wurde umgehend ersetzt. Eine Antwort auf Fragen erfolgte sofort. Parken in der Tiefgarage ist gut, leider hatten wir Probleme mit Podpoint und konnten nicht laden. In fünf Minuten Entfernung kann man gut frühstücken (Munchy‘s Café). Das Bett ist für zwei Personen sehr schmal. Es ist zwar ein Kingsize Bett, aber nicht nach amerikanischen Maßen. Wir wussten es vorher, aber die Einflugschneise von Heathrow macht die Wohnung relativ unruhig, trotz der Schallschutzfenster. Zum Schlafen ist ein Gehörschutz hilfreich.

I wasted 3 days in writing to the customer service ...it was very frustrating Apartment was not ready at all, broken doors, no cleanliness, kitchen was not equipped, mattress are sagging , fans were broken and not provided till such time chased, utensils are old, cutlery had spots, entry was dirty, showers were badly scaled, nails coming out of the wardrobe, fused lights bulbs, chocked drains

We only stayed for a night but everything was there for a few nights if needed. Communication from the management was exceptional through the whole process.

We were in apartment #11 Everything was great except the part where the bedroom ensuite bathroom sink got clogged, they were fairly fast to respond however the plumber who came to fix the sink used the butter knife from the kitchen to fix the sink.. :/
