• 智洋 (6/5): Not recommend for family with kids - Downtown very easy to access Noisy, old, and not very clean
• Nic (1/5): Avoid avoid avoid!!! - The noise from the street is unbearable! They need to invest in thicker glass doors because all you hear is rev heads and people yelling and fighting all hours of the night! I paid extra for an early check in the manager “slept in” and left me standing on the street in the cold for an hour straight off a red eye flight! All he did was text me where the lock box was, easily could have been sent the night before and didn’t even have the dignity to answer my calls. Mouldy windows and doors, floors were dirty and dust and dirt everywhere. Needs a proper deep clean. That toilet brush is so mouldy and disgusting it made me gag. Apartment is tiny, much smaller than it looks in the photos and it needs a lot of love for the price they are asking. Would NEVER stay again or recommend to anyone

• Marlene (7/5): Stay was good just disappointed that apartment wasn’t spotless. - Location was great. Easy walk to Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. Disappointed that the apartment wasn’t clean. Shower was mouldy.

• Melissa (2/5): Great location, but the apartment has a cockroach infestation. We couldn’t use the kitchen at all, and although the host - The location of the apartment is excellent and very convenient. The host’s communication was good and he always replied quickly. Our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the apartment has a serious cockroach infestation. We killed several in the kitchen on the first night, and later found them in the bathroom and even in the bedroom. Because of this, we were unable to use the kitchen at all — which was one of the main reasons we booked this place. To be fair, the host’s communication was good and he always replied quickly. However, although he said he would come to deal with the cockroaches himself, he never showed up on the proposed times (managing the situation without sense of urgency). No professional was sent either, so we had to manage the situation ourselves during the entire stay (4 nights). The apartment also needs a deep cleaning: the bedroom fan, bathroom vents, and bed frame are covered in dust. With proper hygiene and real pest control, the location could make this a good place to stay — but unfortunately, our experience was very uncomfortable and far below what was advertised.

Les chambres elles étaient ultra exposés à la rue car juste au premier étage (bruit des voitures et lumière de la ville).

• Keith (6/5): Great location, needs work, overpriced. - Fantastic location, nice big bathroom, well equipped kitchen, lots of storage spaces. Seriously needs a deep cleaning and extermination. Tiny bedrooms, very noisy, pool water was slimy, not good value for the price.

• Sarah (9/5): A great little last minute find! - The apartment was small but extremely well appointed! A variety of appliances, plus several types of basic tea and coffee and cleaning products were there. We were also given plenty of instructions and photos about how to get in to the unit. The only thing I would say is that it was a bit hard to find the lock box initially. It's in a driveway a couple of doors away.

• chris (6/5): Great location but that's all it has going for it - The location was excellent, greta for all attractions and transport network. Very small for more than 2 people, advised it was small once we arrived by text from the owner. (At least he was honest), we had to clean all crockery prior to use as had food stains on it, not the best start to the week. Advertised as recently modernised, but probably in need of a revamp as very dated. Dark inside as extra bedroom meant no natural light as windows blocked by storage unit (which was useful). Oven was very dirty, wanted to use facilities to cook and save money, but this made us eat out every night as couldn't cook with such dirty oven. Carton of milk left in fridge had expired jul 25 TV poor not Much to watch, no streaming service as advertised. Hole in wall behind TV from previous fixture with cables hanging out. No sound proofing, night club just over the road at the Slip Inn, noise didn't stop until gone 00.30. Difficult to get to sleep. Not good if running a marathon and need your sleep.

• Ivy (9/5): Great location - Accessible to all the places we wanted to see and experience. Just a few minutes walk to the tram and train station. Matt was easy to contact and talk to.

After numerous messages to the owner he came to clean , it took 4 hours. Said he would recompense us financially but didn’t . We wasted our money , very wary to book on booking.com ever again . I would give minus stars if I could, very upsetting experience.

The host is very welcoming and available for any concerns or queries The apartment was very clean and supplied everything we needed for a week long stay The property is very cosy and a little dated but good value for money

• Armando (8/5): GreT location, comfortable rooms and very easy arrival and departure. You can’t ask for much more - Great location and very comfortable rooms. The host was very accommodating with our delayed flight, met us at the property with keys and gave us some great tips for travelling around the city. A couple of minor maintenance issues with air con and tv. They didn’t worry us on this trips and the host was aware of then and ready to fix them as we left.
