• Vesna (9/5): - Смештај је веома простран, лепо уређен и чист. Локација је супер. Однос цене и квалитета је одличан. Све је било како треба, немамо замерке. Евентуално је креветац могао да се намести за бебу, али није нам то представљало проблем јер је спавала са нама на великом кревету.

• Lacramioara (9/5): Vintage Italian Homey Stay - The bed was very comfortable and the apartment over all very stylish and close to the old town and train station. Everything was a mare 5 minutes of walking away. The host was also very accommodating and responds very quickly, even late at night if we needed more information about the stay - also very friendly-. The shower was dirty in between the tiles and we were so glad that we only stayed for 2 days and didn’t need to use it often. The hair blower seemed unsafe and should be changed. The area also seemed unsafe at night as we were followed by insistent beggars trying to get back to the apartment, not their fault though, just something to keep in mind when staying in this area. Otherwise, very good experience, very homey.

• Andrea (5/5): Ottima posizione, un po' meno la casa - La struttura ha molto potenziale e una posizione davvero comoda perché si trova a 15 minuti dalla stazione e altrettanti dal centro storico. Il prezzo è vantaggioso ma... C'è chiaramente bisogno di rivedere alcune cose fondamentali come il bagno vecchio e poco funzionale, gli interruttori malfunzionanti e un generale odore di umiditá, pulizia da rivedere.

• Angela (10/5): Excellent place to stay - Great value for money, close both to the central station and the centar of the city. Great location, property have everything you may need during stay, it felt like home
• Ilona (7/5): Dobra lokalizacja, ale zdecydowanie za zimno - Mieszkanie jest przestronne, w świetnej lokalizacji, dobrze wyposażone, nie korzystałam, ale była pralka, zmywarka, naczynia, przyprawy, oliwy, zapas papieru toaletowego oraz kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy i saszetki herbaty, czujnik. Było też duże lustro, szafeczki przy łóżku, półki na bagaż, ubrania itp. W kranach była ciepła, nawet gorąca woda. Było mydło, żel pod prysznic, nowa suszarka, bidet, na osobę komplet 3 ręczników, w tym jeden bardzo duży. Łatwo się zameldować i wymeldować, bezobsługowo. Przede wszystkim w mieszkaniu było okropnie zimno (pobyt w połowie grudnia; mieszkanie jest na parterze; wysokie sufity). Wg mnie to mogło być maks. 17-16 stopni Celsjusza, naprawdę niewiele więcej niż na zewnątrz. Pójście do toalety w środku nocy wymagało kilku minut motywowania się przed opuszczeniem łóżka. Nagrzewanie klimatyzacją kompletnie nic nie dawało, zresztą pilot był tylko do klimatyzacji w salonie, w sypialni nie można było jej włączyć. W mieszkaniu brzydko pachniało stęchlizną, w łazience były czarne plamy pleśni, a prysznic był malutki i tylko z deszczownicą. Kołdra w sypialni bez poszwy, jedynie przełożona od spodu prześcieradłem, ale nie pachniała, niestety raczej nie była prana….

Много влага,тъй като в апартамента няма достъп на пряка слънчева светлина.Мухъл по плочките в банята.Запушен канал на мивката.Напълно запушен канал на душ кабината.Водата преливаше от душ кабината,наложи се ние да отпушваме канала.Дошли сме на почивка,а не да правим профилактика на канализацията.Това не е много сложно и е задължение на собственика.Пералнята също се нуждае от ремонт,когато се опитахме да я пуснем,цялата кухня се напълни с вода.Сега видях ,че още през април 2025 г.други посетители са писали,че пералнята тече,но явно собствениците не са си направили труда да я ремонтират.Може поне да предупредят,че не работи,да не се ползва.Пак ще кажа,че сме дошли на почивка,а не да отпушваме канали и да се справяме с потоп.И още нещо,което не мога да пропусна за двете вечери,които прекарахме в апартамента бяхме жестоко нахапани от комари и други насекоми.Сдобихме се с десетки пъпки в началото на почивката си.Моля собствениците да вземат мерки да поддържат имота си добре,а не само да искат максимална оценка,за съжаление няма как да дам 10.

• Resasco (9/5): - La posizione vicino alla stazione è un grande vantaggio. Nonostante lo stabile sia lungo un grande viale l'appartamento risulta molto silenzioso perché è all'interno. Appartamento accogliente e spazioso davvero completo di tutto, molto carino il "cortiletto" interno privato arredato. L'arredamento è davvero tutto vintage, quindi se non ti piace il genere non è l'appartamento adatto a te. Io pur non amando il genere in modo particolare (indifferente ), ho apprezzato la cura dei particolari.

• Anna (8/5): Polecam gorąco, super miejsce i właściciele. - Lokalizacja, klimatyzacja, super wi-fi, przestronne mieszkanie, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Mały prysznic, słabo spływająca woda pod prysznicem i w umywalce.

• Dawid (2/5): Humidity and fungus - It is sad to say, but the only good thing about that place was the location. Really near to the Central Station and Old Town. Maybe 10-15 minutes walking distance. It's my first bad review on booking. Humidity, mold and really bad smell. We started our 2 day stay with bathroom cleaning. Everywhere was fungus. The smell was very difficult to handle. Even with opened windows we didn't manage to get rid of it. We made everything not to be in that appartment all day long.

Broken toilet seat Between the tiles in the shower there is black "dirt"; my wife didn't let the kids use the shower due to this. Funky moldy smell in the bedroom Shower drainage is a bit clogged
• Petrov (5/5): Nice size and location, but could be maintained much better - Location is perfect -close to everything. Easy to check-in and check-out. Really spacious and comfortable apartment. The place is not maintained properly. The toilet seat was broken and the bathroom could be cleaner. As the apartment is on the ground floor, in winter period the place is not that warm, although it has 3 air conditioners. There were not enough blankets for all of us. And the most unpleasant thing - the chandelier in the living room was on all the time and could not be turned-off. So you have to sleep with lights on -whether you want or not.

• Martina (2/5): Never again! - Location in the city centre, close to the main attractions The place was dirty and not properly maintained —> dust everywhere (on the floor, on the surfaces); the cutleries drawer was greasy; Shower full of limestone; toilet lid and seat completely broken hence you couldn’t sit properly; the duvet looked old and dirty. Plugs were broken/damaged and not up to standard!!! As soon as you entered, you are “welcomed” by an intense musty smell!
• Robert (8/5): Solid apartment with no fancy features. - This is a basic apartment that has all that is required for a short stay. It is walking distance from the train station and the old city.

• Cristina (1/5): Bad - It was a bad experience for us. Everything smells like very old stuff. There is mold on the walls in every room. At the end of the holiday all of us left with cough, most probably because of it. In the bedroom we didn't have functional lights and the batteries of AC remote control were over. We establish with the owner to meet her employee one day at 08 am to solve the problems, but he didn't show up. The doors are extremely noisy and can't be closed by the first time, so if you want to go at the kitchen or bathroom in the middle of the night everyone will be up because of the noise. Honestly, I don't recommend.

• Alexandra (8/5): Very good - I liked the location and is very close to the centre, to the train station. It has a patio and an equipped kitchen. There is conditional air in all rooms. You can get in with a cod and is very simple and convenient. I didn't like that it had mold in the bathroom. Also, I asked via booking and via WhatsApp if we can leave the luggage in the apartment for a few hours on the day that we were leaving, but the owner didn't replay me at all.
• Anita (8/5): Bari trip to the center - The location is perfect. In the center close to all the stores and restaurant. Everything you want to do and see in Bari itself is in walking distance. Very spacious for a family stay for a week. Air-conditioning, kitchen, and bathroom facilities mostly in perfect condition. WiFi with very good coverage. Very comfortable beds! Not all facilities were operational. It seemed that the apartment was undergoing some redo work, and when we were there, the washing machine was not yet connected, nor were there pipes to do so... the drainage of the kitchen and the shower were not good, but this was not a major problem. The apartment building itself is not well sound isolated.

Not applicable. We liked everything about this location so I cannot mention what we didn't like because we liked everything.

Very small bathroom with tiny shower stall. Unresponsive management; had to email three times and call Booking.com twice to find out how to get keys; had to call upon arrival to find out WiFi password. Noise from other apartments. Terrace not really a pleasant space.

• Virgil-edmond (9/5): Superb - Everything was great, the location is situated 10 minutes walking from the train station, and also from the old town. The apartment is big, clean, beautiful, well-designed, with all the facilities (including kitchen, terrace). Around, you can find markets, bars, restaurants. Easy self check-in. The way from one room to the kitchen and bathroom goes thru the other room. Wi-fi wasn't working. But we were a family, and we had mobile internet, so for us wasn't a problem.
