• Marloes (6/5): - De locatie! Heerlijke wijk om te verblijven. Er was op veel punten wel echt onderhoud nodig aan het appartement. Denk aan doorlopende toiletten, ramen die slecht sluiten. Er is maar 1 badkamer, wel een tweede toilet

• Darius (9/5): Great place to stay with perfect location! - It was quite cold at first night and the bathroom had some bad smell but we did figure out with the heating later on and overall experience was really good for us. The location for us was perfect, the communication with the owners was perfect, the place had eveything we needed, so overall I do consider this a great stay!
• Vladimir (4/5): Disappointing - Good location. Just 5 minutes from Trayan's forum and 7 minutes from Colosseum. Couple nice cafe for breakfast in 30-50 feet from door. I didn't like everything except the location. Firstly, check-in is possible from 3pm, we arrived at 4:30 and the apartment was being cleaned. We were unable to use the toilet or even just wash our hands. We just left our luggage and went for a walk. Secondly, I specifically looked for accommodation with two bathrooms, since we were traveling as two couples. One bathroom had no shower at all, the sink was leaking and was so small that it was simply impossible to use. In addition, the bathroom door was broken. We slightly fixed it, but it never closed completely. The apartment was frankly dirty. The second bathroom was covered in hair and we found a clump of hair in the nightstand in the bedroom! The second shower is very narrow, you constantly bump your elbows while washing. The rooms are very small and it is simply impossible to place suitcases. Naturally, there are no closets or shelves. And the whole apartment turns out to be much smaller than it looks in the photos. Interestingly, in a two-bedroom apartment there were only two cups. We couldn't even have tea together. Our stay in Rome was frankly ruined by this accommodation. We tried to come as late as possible. I don't recommend this apartment at all.

• William (2/5): Very poor - Location Everything but the location. One of the worst places we have ever booked and I am Level 3 Genius. Late or unresponsive landlord who left us standing in the rain for over a half hour. Bathrooms were tiny, in need of repair (faucet spun around loose in bathroom) or redoing. Furniture that looked like it came from a salvage yard. Lack of cookware, 2 bedroom with 4 adults and we had two small glasses, etc. Noise from the street, needs sound proofing windows. Beds were horrible, the place was tiny and damp even with a/c and it had the aroma of sewage. Never again !!! I would advise Booking to require timestamped photos from those who wish to list/show their properties. definitely not what we expected for what we paid for 4 nts. over 1214 Euros. We cannot imagine this property getting an HONEST good review.
• Panayiotis (5/5): The apartment needs to be better maintained. The advertised 2 bathrooms is a bit misleading. - Location is good as you are within walking distance of main attractions. In general, it is a cosy apartment with one shared main bathroom with shower and an extra toilet in one of the rooms. Living room and dining areas were comfortable. The people/staff were extremely helpful and quick in responding when we needed assistance. It is advertised as having 2 bathrooms, but it only has a common/shared bathroom with shower and an extra tiny toilet in the main bedroom (with a sliding door with louvers which is not very convenient). Having 3 or 4 people sharing one shower is not very convenient. The main bedroom has no dresser / drawers for storing clothes, just a rack with hangers. As a result we had most of our clothes in the suitcase which was not convenient (I had to have mine in a small suitcase in the dining area. The bedside lamps where not charged and there were no cables to charge them, hence useless. The kitchen was well equipped but we could only find two mugs for coffee. The toilet in the main bathroom had water constantly running and despite my efforts I could not make it stop, and at night it was a bit noisy (also toilet seat was loose). The second bedroom had a dresser for clothes, but it had a lot of noise from the street below (we may have been unlucky due to road works). Wifi modem was at the front end of the apartment and the signal was very weak in the main bedroom at the back.

• Liza (9/5): Cozy apartment perfect to explore Rome - The apartment is in a super convenient location, easy to walk to main tourist spots. The staff was very friendly. The apartment is complete and is looking as the pictures. The shower can improve.

• Darshini (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great. Very small bathroom where everything gets wet. One AC was not working at all. Chair was broken, the side table in bedroom was broken, there were only 2 tissue rolls for 4 people and 4 days. Upon asking for help with AC to check in staff they gave owners number to complaint rather than coordinating themselves and helping us out. However, Asking about city and tours check in person guided us very well.

• Ivana (9/5): Good - Nice apartment, location was good, clean, we had everything we need, hair dryer, towels, slippers, kitchen is very well equipped. wifi doesn’t work in other bedroom. I was really unsatisfied because they didn’t provide us coffee capsules. There is Nespresso machine but no capsules, so bad. We really needed coffee in the morning to have in the apartment so we don’t need to rush to go out for coffee.
• Filip (8/5): Very good - Very good location, size is ideal for group of 4 people One of the bedrooms (street oriented) was very noisy, most probably because there was a hole around the whole window frame, therefore not only the cold air was getting inside since you practically have window open all the time, but also noise is getting inside..
