- LAURA (2/5): Deludente - La posizione vicino al mare e il supermercato vicino L'appartamento ha un doppio civico, visibile su maps con il numero 98 di Viale Nave Petrarca e non con il civico 7 come indicato nell’annuncio. Vedendolo sicuramente non l’avrei prenotato vista la fatiscenza del palazzo che sembra “bombardato” con frontalini completamente distrutti. Inoltre l’interno dello stabile si presenta sporco ( ci sono escrementi di uccelli e altra sporcizia). Anche la strada davanti penso da anni non venga pulita, quindi la nostra prima impressione all’inizio era di andare via peccato avessimo già pagato per l’immobile un prezzo altissimo vista la location. L’appartamento in questione era in discrete condizioni, all’interno pulito almeno quello vista la cifra pagata. Una delle due camere da letto ha la finestra che da sul ballatoio pertanto non si poteva aprire la sera, perché di passaggio agli altri appartamenti. L’aria condizionata non è in tutto l’appartamento, ma solo in salone nelle camere hanno messo due ventilatori. L’unica nota positiva il supermercato vicino e il mare, ma pessimo il rapporto qualità / prezzo.
