• Helen (6/5): Could be better. - Close to the train station, has full kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Wide kitchen table. Shower drainage was clogged, host was not accommodating and not really responsive. There were 3 flights of narrow stairs that were hard to navigate if you have a large luggage. There was a weed-like smell in the room but maybe that is from outside although windows were not open.

• Bertrand (5/5): Pas très agréable ! - J’aime particulièrement sa proximité avec la Gare de Bruxelles-Midi, idéale pour faciliter les déplacements. J’ai l’impression qu’il s’agit d’un établissement nouvellement créé donc j’invite seulement le propriétaire à combler les points suivants : - manque de place assise à table (juste 4 chaises) - pas de table basse et le canapé est trop petit ( 3 places) - au niveau des chambres : les parures de lit sentent l’humidité et c’est très désagréable. Le gros bémol est le BRUIT ! L’établissement est à proximité d’une ligne de Tram et l’appartement ne comporte pas de double vitrage et c’est très bruyant jusqu’à l’arrêt des trams vers minuit. Enfin, le personnel ne parle que le néerlandais et nous sommes francophones donc impossible d’avoir plus d’échanges.

• Jean-Jacques (1/5): - Emplacement mais pas pratique ca Pas d’ascenseur donc difficile avec des enfants. Appartement Bruyant en face de la gare.
• Martyna (6/5): Dobre miejsce na nocleg, ma też swoje minusy. - Obiekt był dobrze wyposażony, piekarnik, mikrofalówka, zestaw garnków. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne, niektóre trochę skrzypiały ale generalnie materac 10/10. Właściciel to bardzo miły Pan, od razu po napisaniu o papier, doniósł nam do pokoju. Pomimo, że rozmawialiśmy w dwóch różnych językach to potrafiliśmy dojść do porozumienia. Komunikacja miejska w pobliżu to duży plus, dało radę dojechać z pobliskiej stacji do Paryża, a kawałek dalej odjeżdżały autobusy do Amsterdamu. Super sprawa. Niestety czystość mieszkania mało zadowalająca. Pleśń pod prysznicem i papier toaletowy na ziemi (podejrzewam że to przez to że gdy przejeżdżały tramwaje lub pociągi na stacji obok to stojak się przewracał). Okna nieszczelne, dla mnie osobiście nie był to problem, ponieważ miło się zasypiało przy odgłosach miasta, ale dla podróżujących z dziećmi byłoby to uciążliwe. Okolica lekko przerażająca, ale w ciągu dnia nie było żadnych problemów.

• Foulématou (8/5): Bon - L’emplacement avec tous les modes de transports et la gare à proximité Le fait qu’il n’y a aucun contact avec le prioritaire avant le voyage, qu’il ne réponde à aucun message donc on reste dans le fou jusqu’à l’arrivée sur place

• Asif (8/5): Centrally located and ideal for big family (can easily accommodate 6 people) - Location is just opposite the Brussels - Midi station building complex (like 70-100 metres from the entrance gates to Rail station and Underground -Metro) ...additionally Tram and Bus services on the same street: stop is only 50 metres away .... closer to nearby markets/groceries/coffee/pizza shops (within 5-10 mins walk) Scope of improvement: Washing Machine, Ironing Machine, Dust Pan, Spoons-Fork-Kitchen Knives No lifts - so challenging for elderly people (apartment on 2nd floor)

• Ravi (9/5): It was short stay and a good memorable one. Good facilities in the property and very convenient. - Everything and facilities in the property were good. The property was good and quick in resolving requirements. The main door key wasn't functioning well and it troubled a bit, but then the property owner was kind to resolve it immediately.
