• Dustin (6/5): Decent budget stay with some quirks. - The location is close to the Orange County Convention Center. It's decent for a budget stay. Waymo doesn't pick up here. It's an older unit and there's no cleaning services. We had to go buy our own towels since there was only 2 in the unit. That was annoying. There is no washer/dryer in the apartment, but there is a coin laundry mat several buildings down. It's not well marked. Pillows weren't comfortable so bring your own. There's only 1 bathroom and it is upstairs. Something to consider if you have a disability.

• mel (1/5): Terrible place - Nothing.. Code to get in wasn’t sent until 30mins before. Got in & it hadn’t been cleaned. All rubbish in bin , stuff all over lounge. Beds used , bathroom had rubbish & towels all over. Had to contact owner who apologised & asked us to move to another apartment. Felt very unsafe even if moved to another apartment.Got it for a cheap price but ended up costing a fortune for having to contact owner by phone then having 2 move to another hotel. Owner gave money back straight away but I think that was because we paid a cheap price & they could sell for more ?Out of pocket £15 for phonecalls. Even if cleaned it isn’t like the pictures Everything as described above
• Nick (8/5): Excellent place to explore Orlando - Accommodation is nice and spacious with a wonderful view. Good price/quality mix. Apartment is close to Seaworld (5 minutes drive or 20 mins walk) and Orlando Eye (10 mins drive) Could be cleaner

I've ever stayed in thanks The only thing I've seen was there was roaches, not a fan of roaches, but once my partner killed them. It was over. We had such a good time. I still would definitely rent here again.

• Yetho (7/5): Accurate Listing with Partial Lake View, Roach Activity Addressed During Stay - The unit matched the photos and had a nice partial lake view. Kitchen equipment was good. Bed was comfortable. Check-in and overall setup were straightforward. On the first day morning, several small german cockroach nymphs in the living room/kitchen area while my kids were playing. There was a bigger one under the sofa. The daytime sightings made us uncomfortable. We contacted the host via the platform but did not receive a response. We did reach to host later via phone call directly. The host informed us that pest control is done regularly. And to the host credit, a handyman was dispatched the same day in the evening. A few small nymphs were still noted after the treatment, although no further activity was seen the next day.

Only thing I’d say to do different was add a curtain to the windows above the sliders and to paint the bathroom ceiling with semi gloss or satin, so it does not mold more Just needs better curtains for the windows above the sliding glass doors.

• Marcia (8/5): I would recommend the place. Price is good & in a good location. - The location is great. The place is nice & clean. View is great, too. It was kind of " thin walls". Can hear neighbors talking outside & most noises. They usually occur middle of the night, too. There's a lot of plugs in the room but hard to use it. Charging electronics even with a fast charger takes forever( even faster to charge in the car).

• Donyale1677 (9/5): Quiet, affordable Condo in a great location! - The condo was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Since it was a residential area, it was very quiet. The condo had a view of the lake, two queen beds upstairs in the loft area with a bathroom, a living room, small kitchen, and reserved parking at no cost. I would definitely stay here again. There were only two bath towels and wash cloths for the bathroom. I went out and bought a few more while we were there. There was no swimming pool at the facility, but we knew that ahead of time.

• Mag (1/5): Penész, fanszőr és haj az ágyban, gusztustalan - Tv Látszatra ki volt takarítva, de a takaró alatt nem kevés fanszőr és haj volt… az ágynemű a lepedő a párna a takaró gusztustalan foltos volt. Fürdőben szintén sok helyen haj volt. Zuhanyzó csap és a zuhanyzó környéke pusztulat, székletfoltok voltak a csempén, látszik, hogy 40 éve nem lett költve az apartmanra. Az egész apartmanban penész szag van a légkondit nem akarom tudni mikor pucolták utoljára. A lakóparknak van mosodája, de ahhoz nem adott kártyát a szállásadó. Érdemes az értékeléseket máshol is megnézni..

The location was perfect—just a short drive to Universal and other attractions. The host was super responsive and flexible, which made everything so easy. I’d definitely stay here again!

• Robert (10/5): Peaceful sunsets over the lake - Orlando is a busy and hectic place with a lot of crazy traffic, and this place is like a calm oasis. The lake view is really good, sunsets drop right over the lake. The kitchenette is small but has everything needed. Very nice stay! The traffic in Orlando is annoying, especially at rush hour. It's sometimes hard to get onto Turkey Lake road. Just be patient.

The Carmel Pecan Kurig cups provided by the host. Downstairs TV remote is overly complex, sadly, as it appeared myriad viewing choices were available. Plus, we have had tankless water heaters in all our homes since 2002, and don't think about it anymore, so when my wife exhausted the small tank's supply...oops...

The apartment had the smell of cigarettes. The toilet seat looked like 30 years old, it was not looking good at all…

• Ian (9/5): A clean and well located property for a comfortable stay - Perfect location, clean, comfortable, dedicated parking and quiet. I was initially concerned with the outside view of the upstairs bedroom as the blinds were only half way down with no cord. But after contacting the owner we discovered that you just had your pull it down manually which provided the screen needed. We have visited this holiday location for 20+ years and usually stay around the highway 27 area, but this was an ideal property in the right area to avoid the I4. We got everywhere without going on it which saved valuable time. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing major, but if I was a little picky, as a UK visitor, I would have liked to have an electric kettle instead of a traditional hob kettle which takes ages to boil.

• Shana (9/5): Excelent cost x benefit - The apartment is cozy, super comfortable and we felt like we were at home! Easy access and easy check in! The bed sheets were so comfortable we checked to see what brand it was. If the next door neighbor is too loud it can be a little uncomfortable.
• Gigi (9/5): A well-located, charming, quiet condo with peaceful views of Big Sand Lake and Sandhill Cranes! - The condo is perfectly located to access all of the Disney parks and the Convention Center but very quiet. The only noise was the nightly fireworks show from the Disney Park, but I had a beautiful view of them from the back patio. The Sandhill Cranes joined me every night on the lawn! I had every amenity I needed and felt completely safe.

• Tonya (9/5): Comfy Stay - The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was scenic. There is patio furniture but it was too cool to sit outside. There is a lot of windows so there is an open view of outside (back). The water is instantly hot and the pressure was sufficient. There are 2 televisions in the condo which is great. The area is quiet and I felt safe. The location is accessible to food, shopping and the parks. I would stay here again. I wish that there was a way to open, lift up and let down the blinds in the bedroom that overlooks the common area below. It felt like people can also see you from outside although they may not have been, it's just how I felt.

I liked it a lot, but first I wanted to tell you that next door there was a black man who was always inside and outside smoking marijuana and you could smell it on the walls and closets throughout the apartment. We had to get candles and sprays while there. I hope it was another guest and not a resident. All of our belongings brought the strong smell. It's my only complaint. It was nice and cozy despite the rest. 👍🏼 Thank you and happy new year. 😊 10/10
• Jote (10/5): Great place with amazing lake view - Bright and cozy unit. Great view with lake access. Watching the sunset by the lake was an experience. Customer service was prompt and fantastic. Everything we needed was within 10mins drive.
