• Anita (5/5): - Proximity to many facilities. Helpful stuff very keen to fast Repairs (Mr Hany) The apartment has old furniture and the kitchen needs deep cleaning and better equipping dishes and cutlery. Also despite being on the 7th floor the noise level is still high from the main street.

• Citizen_of_the_world (1/5): I do not recommend it, unless they proceed with a renovation. - The mattress on the bed in the room where I slept was exceptional. I have never slept better anywhere else, ever. In their listing on booking.com, they included the name of the shopping mall along with photos of it. This combination is a misleading tactic that confuses the customer and makes them believe they will be in an environment that has nothing to do with reality. The accommodation is an apartment located about 100 meters away from the mall. Inside, it is in a terrible state, and when I arrived, I had to wait for them to clean what I pointed out. There was hair in the bathtub, the trash bin had used toilet paper, and the bed sheets were dirty and clearly used. It's not enough to advertise a product; it must also live up to what is being promoted. Check the photos to see the actual condition of the place. Additionally, there is no access to the balcony because the bed blocks the door from opening. So, the apartment DOES NOT provide a balcony, as you can also see in the photos.

• Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is nice. I spent a month with my family and was able to reach out to almost every service around. Its air conditioned and fully equipped with what anybody could need. The staff were amazing and supportive. I thank you all for you kindness and hospitality and I wish you more success and see you at some point again in the future.
