• Marta (9/5): Świetna lokalizacja Komfortowe warunki pobytu - Świetna lokalizacja Instrukcja check-in czytelna. Mieszkanie czyste,łóżka wygodne pościel czysta. W łazience komplet kosmetyków -szampon,mydło oraz żel pod prysznic.Klimatyzacja działała i ustawiona na odpowiednim poziomie nie hałasowała .Jedyne czego brakuje to tabletek do zmywarki. Brakuje środków do zmywarki oraz jak na 3 dni i 7 osób było za mało papieru toaletowego
• Jusztina (9/5): Perfect - Perfect location, walking distance from trainstation, tram or subway. Carrefour express just next to the building. We could check in early. Just a liitle maintenance would help to have a better functioning place, cleaning could be more detailed.

• Karnadi (9/5): - We did not meet the host in person , but he was very responsive when we texted him & the information provided was clear. The unit seems new, it was clean, spacious & comfortable. It's a walking distance to Milan Central station. There were Carrefour express & some restaurants nearby. The washing machine was available for use, incl. the detergent. There was coffee machine too & the capsules were provided. The size of shower rooms were too small, esp. the one in the main bedroom. There are no container/dedicated area to put the soap & shampoo. The kettle and some pans were dirty/oily, we needed to wash them before using. Other utensils were clean.
• Brigitte (7/5): Overall happy, a few improvements would make it great. - Close to Milan Central Station and Metro train station. Grocery store below apartment. Quiet. Small, but slept 6 comfortably in two bedrooms. 5th floor with small lift. While there are some things that could be improved, overall was fine for what we needed. It was obvious that a couple of things hadn't been cleaned in a while (washing basket, dish sponge holder below sink). Dish sponge looked old. No tea towel to dry dishes. The gap between the door and fold out bed in second bedroom is narrow...had to lift cases over bed to get into room. Would be better if: instructions for how to manage waste (contract states that you are required to follow waste separation requirements); instructions for oven/microwave, washing machine. Second set of keys should be available considering no of people accommodation provides for.
• Grace (7/5): Excellent location but service can be improved - The location was great, near shops, restaurants and grocery stores, most of all, walking distance to Milano Centrale. The shower stalls were too small and no place to put shampoo and shower gel.

• Adnan (8/5): Overall we had a good stay. - Safe building, comfortable and clean well equipped apartment for short stay. Mini market is next door which is very convenient. Very small elevator. Kettle is contaminated not suitable for use to heat water. Location is somehow close to central station but the area is on the boring side of town.

• Amy (9/5): Gorgeous apartment in a great location - Great location, really accommodating hosts, comfortable, there was 7 of us and it didn’t feel like we were short on space. The property hadn’t actually been cleaned from the previous tenants when we first checked in at 4pm however the accommodation owners reacted super quickly to this and rectified it and the property was perfect after this. The main shower does flood when used due to drain issues so might be worth using the smaller shower more

• Ελένη (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was great. Everything was new, very clean and it had everyting you need from an apartment. The location was perfect. The metro station is 8 minutes walk and Milano Centrale Train station the same.
• Helen (10/5): Clean, comfy, spacious and perfect location - 10 min walk from Milano centrale which made day trips from Milan super easy. Apartment was comfy and spacious for a family of four. Easy to find and also right next to a shop which was great for food. Easy walking distance to two metro stations. Host replied quickly to any questions

The windows are noise-absorbing, which is very good, since the windows of the bedrooms overlook the road. Very convenient location, near the central station, bus stops. Shops and cafes are within walking distance. The landlord was quick to respond to messages. When asked to provide additional keys for our convenience, since there were four of us, the owner replied that you can use the code on the front doors and leave the keys in the drawer next to the front door to the apartment, but in practice the code did not work if no one was there. in the apartment. Which was a bit inconvenient for us.

• Chee (8/5): Great experience and enjoyable - Location, walking distance to Milano Central Station. Market and restaurants just right under the apartment. The lift or elevator capability, only can fit 2 pax with 1 or 2 luggage.
