I am extremely disappointed with the behavior and handling of the situation at your property. My booking was made for 2 guests. The additional person accompanying me was not staying overnight and was only visiting briefly, yet entry was denied in a rude and unprofessional manner without any proper explanation or assistance from your staff.
Due to the conduct of the hotel staff, I was forced to cancel the booking immediately without using the room at all. Despite the room remaining completely unused, the entire booking amount of ₹3,024 was charged as cancellation fees.
This is completely unfair and unacceptable. Since the room was never used, I request a full refund of the booking amount immediately.
I also request clarification as to why the hotel’s visitor policy was not clearly communicated at the time of booking on Booking.com. Situations like this create unnecessary inconvenience and distress for guests.
Please treat this matter seriously and process the full refund at the earliest.
- Sheeraz (1/5): - Nothing The staff was rude. No free water bottle it is chargeable . No handwash in bathroom. Light is too dim and room is stinky and smells very bad. Bed sheet was torn . Jet spray in washroom throws water out very slowly. When I entered in the washroom to bath, water was this much hot that my leg was burnt initially, then I applies the ointment for relief. The staff replied they didn't know when the geyser turned on.
Please don't recommend.

It is in the center of the city, close to many tourist places and provides easy access to the market and other nearby areas. The maintenance is very poor and needs significant improvement. The bathroom was not properly maintained, and both the shower and fan controller were not working. No water was provided in the room, not even basic drinking water (bottled or normal). Towels were also not provided. The management should seriously look into these issues and improve the facilities for guests.

After I checked in I immediately wanted to move out but I had no option. Cleanliness was disappointing. There were cockroaches in the room bed sheet and room was super dirty, bedsheets were torn. Bathroom was very dirty. No toiletries were provided. Too much mosquitoes all around.

- Sridhar (1/5): Worst hotel ever! Avoid going there at all costs. - Nothing. I repeat NOTHING. The worst hotel you can choose to stay at. We had booked the hotels just to put our luggage and freshen up before catching our train, but the moment we walked into the room, we couldn't stay there for a minute too. The bathroom was way worse than public toilets.
- Jessica (1/5): Cancelled on arrival after pre booking in advance - Nothing I arrived after being overcharged hugely in a taxi from the airport. I was flustered and tired with my luggage and they cancelled my booking as soon as I arrived telling me it is Indian ID only. This is not stated on booking.com anywhere which I showed the staff. They told me nowhere in the area would accept me and I should go 4km away to a hotel at 5/6 times the price even though there were numerous properties advertised on booking.com! I asked what they wanted me to do and they were not concerned. Luckily I have faith so spoke to a few people outside and was able to walk to a place and get a room ( not the best but kind and helpful staff) . Alledgedly not possible for foreigners. It should be clear on booking that they will not accept foreigners. Being left in a foreign country with such a different culture with your luggage and no help is not ok. We pre book to avoid these situations. Fine to not accept foreigners but make it clear. Cancelling on arrival not ok.
