- Mark (6/5): - Photos are MISLEADING. Some of the photos lower down are of the actual unit. All those big beautiful photos are probably (?) of some common area I never saw. Entry lobby is like a subway station. Actual unit is like a 500sqft cube in the sky that faces directly into neighboring building. The lake view is very, very difficult to see. See picture. Unit is scruffy and looks like a long time rental. Walls peeling. Difficult to get around the queen bed because there's a wall at the foot. It's not a penthouse. It's a small unit on the top level. Hilariously misleading photos and description. AVOID
- erin (6/5): - The area around the property was not very safe and we woke to people in the complex screaming and fighting for hours. We did not realize it was an Airbnb, as it is not advertised as such. There were only 2 small towels, no face, hand or kitchen towels. Would not book here again.

- Andrew (2/5): Not a hotel!!!! - This is not a hotel… It is an Airbnb in disguise. We had to go to a convenience store to get the key. The place was not overly clean and in a sketchy part of Toronto. I do not know why there are good reviews for the staff as there are no staff on site. There is also no ice and no cable TV so be prepared not to be able to watch anything that is not on Netflix/Disney on your own account. The pictures are stock photos and not the actual room. The towel is something out of dollar store quality. Extremely disappointed in hotels.com for not being more transparent.
- Wally (8/5): - They had some technical issues getting my damage deposit but they finally figured that out a few hours before i arrived so a little stressful not having check in information 24 hours prior to check in. Condo was fine, area a little rough but what city isn't having homeless issues. About a half hour walk to rogers center.....
- Sherry (8/5): - The apartment is very clean and well equipped with a full stove & oven and washer/dryer. It's also very quiet. Centrally located on a streetcar line. Walking distance to lots of restaurants & shops. The neighbourhood is kind of sketchy, so be careful at night. I did have a loud sound that would cut and out from the A/C which made it very hard to sleep. The owner was quick to offer help and eventually the sound stopped. I'd stay there again.

- Tara (8/5): - Was exactly what we needed, just a place to crash at the end of our busy days. Location is quite convenient for food and walking to most things in the downtown area. Bonus short uber's are under $5 in this area! Only thing is that it’s not the best area of town and there is a large homeless presence but if that doesn’t bother you then it’s a perfect stay!! It’s not attached to the eaton center but it’s only 3 blocks down the street.

- Simon Pierre (2/5): AVOID. SCAM. NOT A HOTEL AND NOT AT EATON CENTER. - This is not a hotel, and not in the eaton center. The bathroom door will literally not close because of misalignment. Washer is moldy. We had blood on the curtains. The balcony was so dirty we couldn’t use it. Airbnb complex disguised as a hotel. Lots of noise and partying.

Many high quality restaurants and bars just steps away There are also grocery stores, shoppers, coffee shops just down the street. The kitchen and laundry facilities made my trip much easier and comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

The location is absolutely perfect for walking or taking the streetcars to a wide variety of attractions through the city. - Martin (8/5): - We liked the full kitchen and fridge. We also liked the parking garage immediately underneath the building ($25 a day). We found the amenities very marginal. Specifically, only two bath towels, no face towels, no kitchen towels, no cooking spatula and very low quality furniture (mostly Ikea). The bed was also uncomfortable. The place served our needs as a basic place to crash but don't choose this if you're looking for luxury or to be pampered. Overall it felt like the owner wanted to spend as little as possible furnishing the apartment and make maximum profit without being bothered by the guests (he stopped responding to us after the first few text messages)..

So spacious and a truly remarkable view. As a Torontonian, I can safely say it's one of the best views in the city to wake up to. Property was very clean, and the staff were all so courteous and welcoming. Overall a true 5-star experience. Will be staying again!

Emergency siren went off in the middle of the night on 9/3 and I had to go outside by the fire escape. Security just sat there.I didn't know it was A&B, so I spent about 90 minutes to pickUP the door key.

- Daniel (2/5): Would not recommend - Note that this company advertises the same rooms under a variety of different "hotel" names. Attempted to check-in and was asked to visit a convenience store with a lockbox, which turned out to be empty! Eventually given the code for a different one (which turned out to be a different suite altogether). Got in and settled. Next day they messaged saying they'd have to move me!

- Julio (10/5): - I stayed at INFIVILLA Harbour Suites a week ago for 3 nights. I highly recommend this apart hotel. The apart hotel is very well located, less than 10 minutes walk from Union Station platforms (so subway, streetcar terminal, bus terminal and VIA, UP Express and GO trains), CN Tower and Harbour Square Park. There is also connected to PATH, which makes getting around very easy even in bad weather. Inside the complex, in addition to the hotel, you'll find Longo's supermarket, a Starbucks, and even an LCBO. The rooms are modern and up to date, and also impeccably clean. The standard room has a very large (and very comfortable) bed, a sofa and a desk area. The bathroom has a very large rain shower. I would recommend this place to both traveller or business trip in Toronto

The apart hotel itself is stunning—elegant, intimate, and impeccably designed. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious. It was, without a doubt, one of the most memorable apart hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

We were just there for a weekend and we didn't need any extras (never called down to the desk or anything) but the minimum we got was pretty amazing :D The bed was ridiculously comfortable too! We will plan on returning whenever we are in town!

The shower/bathrooms are very roomy, and having the shampoo/soap in large bottles is so much better than the hotels that give you trial size containers. The beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in a hotel. The view outside my window was right on the Toronto city Skyline and it was gorgeous especially at night.

From the balcony you can see a beautiful sunrise over the lake. Thanks to the great location we did a lot of shopping! Very nice!!

The location is amazing....it is in the middle of so many great eating establishments and entertainment venues. The rooms are a good size and very very clean. It is within easy distance from the Billy Bishop Airport.

- Steven (10/5): - My stay at Infivilla was nothing short of spectacular. One of the BEST hotels among all the hotels I have stayed! The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Especially the furniture design and decorations, very trendy and elegance. The hotel's convenient location is outstanding that all of the attractions are in walking distance. It’s very close to Eaton Centre and Dundas square. Lots of shops and restaurants. Overall I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall the stay was nice. The host was responsive and helpful. We were also able to have early check in and the check in / check out process was simple. Only downside is the location, it is not located in Eaton Center as advertised. It is located on Jarvis Street which is 5-10 walks from it, Jarvis Street is infamous for being sketchy with homeless people and we did encounter some characters during the check in process in a convenience store further down the road.
