• Mary (10/5): Exceptional Stay - highly recommend - I absolutely loved everything about this villa. The host, Ki, was exceptional, always attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and readily available whenever we had a question or request. I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing; the villa exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it without hesitation. The only minor drawback was the road leading to the villa, which was quite narrow. However, this is beyond the host’s control and didn’t take away from the overall experience. Aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t fault a thing.

• Thando (9/5): - everything. it was a beautiful stay and one thing we really appreciated was the air conditioning in every room as it was extremely hot. Our host Ki was exceptional and the most friendly person. nothing really, just the power went out in a few rooms twice but this was fixed within minutes.

From day one, our host Ki went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His effort and attentiveness were truly spectacular whether it was arranging last-minute massages, organizing an extra cleaning, or even booking a huge car at the last minute to fit our group of 11 people with all our luggage. The villa itself is stunning spacious, beautifully designed, and ideal for families or big groups. It really felt like the perfect home away from home in Ubud. The setting is peaceful, the interiors are so pretty, and everything was well maintained. Ki’s hospitality made all the difference. He was always just a message away and happy to help with anything we needed. Thanks to him, our trip was smooth, stress-free, and extra special. We highly recommend Villa Cinnal for anyone visiting Bali especially families or larger groups looking for both comfort and beauty. We would love to come back again! Just the narrow road but it’s accessible even with 14 pax huge vans just need to communicate to the host so they can call the drivers for safety purposes.

• Monique (10/5): De gastvrije service van Ki heeft ons verblijf onvergetelijk gemaakt, een prachtige villa! - De villa ligt in een prachtige omgeving net even buiten het bruisende Ubud. Het is een veilige, rustige omgeving, waar je tot rust komt komen, als je een dagje de mooie omgeving van Ubud verkent hebt. Met behulp van een scooter kun je je goed verplaatsen en genieten van de locale markten, watervallen, quad rijden of gaan raften of een kookles volgen. De villa is hygiënisch schoon en wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt door Ki en zijn crew. We waren van alle gemakken voorzien en ook met regen kun je toch gezellig bij elkaar zijn. Ki staat altijd voor je klaar en is goed bereikbaar voor al jouw vragen. Deze villa is zeker een aanrader als je met een grotere groep familie of vrienden op vakantie wil gaan. Alles was perfect 😍

We were on a group trip and it was so nice that all of the rooms were lovely and had separate bathrooms & showers, so no one drew a short straw. Everything was perfect - pick up, check in, arrival drinks - our FANTASTIC host, Chi, who looked after us so incredibly well. He helped us to organise food, meals, massages and day trips. We really were spoilt during our stay. The location of the villa in the rice fields is just beautiful. The pool and garden area was great to relax in after our days out and the villa was the perfect size for our large family group. Thank you again so much for such a special end to our holiday.

It will add more additional transport costs every time in-out if big group drive mini bus to live there
• Elisa (10/5): Incredible experience! - This Villa is absolutely outstanding. It’s peaceful and tranquil. I would highly recommend this Villa. Very clean and very comfortable. All amenities work really well, wifi is great. The pool is beautiful and peaceful. Ki was a wonderful host. We had 6 adults and 2 children and it was perfect. It’s exactly what the photos are. We didn’t use the in house chef service, we used Grab app instead. The property does have very tight access, smaller cars are ok but large hiace vans will not fit. We ordered grab cars to get us into ubud (approx $5 AUD). It takes 15mins to walk to the Main Street. Blue bird taxis do not operate in ubud.

All was wonderful. clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. a few more pots and pans needed for cooking for 12 people. particularly a large pan. also an ice bucket would be a great addition!
