• Kristine (5/5): Nice apartment for short stay. - Spaciousness, comfort of beds, nice furnishing. Great location. Kitchenette was ok. Shower was awful, leaked into the hallway, hand nozzle was broken. No curtains in the room with a window above the bed looking into kitchen/hallway. Loose tiles in the hallway outside the apt. No lift.

• Oliver (2/5): Smell ruined it. Staff didn’t attempt to resolve it during our stay. - Spacious. The kitchen, bathroom areas and third bedroom all smelled strongly of sewage. The shower and toilet rooms are in severe need of refurbishment.

• Jahangir (8/5): Good stay - Location was amazing. Central to everything The Heigh ceilings also made the place look very grand Considering how big the place is the bathroom and shower room should have been bigger. The bathroom didn’t have any hooks to put clothes on. Very small and tiny.

Taloyhtiössä ISO, meluinen remontti meneillään Ei kerrottu etukäteen! TV ei toiminut, ei ohjeistusta kolme kaukosäädintä!

• Paul (1/5): Bloqués dans la rue à 1h du matin après mon mariage - L'emplacement, la décoration La porte dont le code ne fonctionne plus la nuit! J'ai réservé cet appartement pour 2 nuits pour toute ma famille qui venait pour mon mariage. On est arrivés vendredi après-midi dans cet appartement, tout était ok, le samedi soir à 1h du matin après mon mariage, impossible pour eux de rentrer chez eux. Ils se sont retrouvés bloqués dans la rue, mon père, ma mère, mes soeurs dont une de 13ans, de 1h à 5h du matin, à attendre une solution. L'hôte a finalement réussi a trouver une solution, mais je garde une frustration que ma famille ait passée une si mauvaise nuit le soir de mon mariage.

Minus för att det inte finns hiss samt att det endast finns en toalett oc - Vacker och rymlig lägenhet med fantastiskt läge på Östermalm. Rymliga sovrum, fräscht. Lägenheten ligger på fjärde våning utan hiss. Endast en toalett och en dusch trots att lägenheten är för sex personer.
• Livia (9/5): Bright, modern apartment at great location - Amazing apartment. We stayed a weekend with friends. Great location, quiet, beautiful Scandinavian minimalistic. A good quality hair dryer (with diffuser!) was available and a steamer - we were very happy! Clean, easy check-in and out. Recommended! There are 4 floors to climb. No elevator. and a big minus for us was that there was only 1 pair of keys and no way to open the door from the apartment. An 8 person apartment should have at least 2 pairs of keys, preferably 3. The apartment downstairs must have had the same issue because they left the main door to the street open in order to let people in during the evening. Not very safe. We did not use the kitchen but it was very minimal. Plus there is only 1 toilet and 1 shower to share with 8 people. Shower overflowed to the beautiful wooden floors... Bring a sleeping mask as the curtains are white and don't do a lot with Swedish short summer nights.

The bathroom is the worst we ever had: there is no place for towel /cloth hanging (one of the two wall hooks had fallen off. Another one was half broken). Whoever remodeled it seems not realizing that people don’t get in or out the bathroom naked: they need ways to change in the bathroom. Also, the door and the threshold was so poorly done that each time of showing, if extra care was not taken, the hallway got flooded. The fix could be very simple… 2. For a three bedroom apartment, there is only one tiny bathroom: our group has 6 people. 3. No elevator: if we knew ahead of time, we definitely would look for something else (it was my fault, I should ask first).
• Abidemi (5/5): Passable - Great location, very lovely apartment, Josephine was a lovely host Patrik the second host was very rude and disrespectful towards us, tried to cancel our booking saying the noise was too much and kick us out and even changed the booking confirmation to try and kick us out, very bad experience with him but Josephine was wonderful and wish nothing but the best for her
