- Steven (10/5): - Everything Loved to have a small coffee table by the chairs while watching tv.

- Smangele (7/5): -
- Vathiswa (7/5): - I liked the location .
Setting of the unit. The water pressure, was frustrating .
Double bed noisy when turning.
The security door needs attention, difficult to lock or unlock

- Perrie (5/5): The place was safe and had everything we needed for self catering. - Secure and safe to stay, even parking area.
Directions and instructions received via whatsapp and well communicated. Location near winelands, shopping malls and hospitals. Although this is a self catering unit, once place is booked and paid, you receive all the overwealming rules..would suggest they give this through beforehand.
The lightning from outside buildings lighten the place inside while sleeping... I suggest hanging blind on front glass door.
- Thembisa (10/5): -
- Scharne (5/5): - That it was close to all the shops and basics It was very low budget and the towels even though fresh was smelly , the bath shower was a struggle.
- Mildred (7/5): -
- Robyn (5/5): - The location of the accommodation is wonderful. You are close to the mall and close to the highways for travelling to other malls and other locations for activities etc. The caretaker and the cleaners are very friendly. The beds are hard as rocks. Its very uncomfortable. The WIFI kept on tripping. When the cleaners come for cleaning day, they clean up the appartments half. The towels that are given for use are also old.
Serengetti overall is well located, but with the amount that the owners charge they can really put in money to upgrade the beds, the bedding and the towels.
- Nompumelelo (10/5): - Spacious, peaceful and very neat Information on how to check in wasn't clear at first..it was a bit confusing on arrival
- Bezuidenhoudt (7/5): - Bed was old and hard
- Athi (7/5): -
- Sheldon (7/5): It was an acceptable place that suited our needs but it would have been nice to choose an upstairs place or one facing t - It was a great location for our needs. The bathroom window had one burglar bar missing as if someone had broken in and the air circulation was poor as opening the curtains meant everyone in the public parking and vehicle access could look inside.
- Ilse (2/5): UNPROFESSIONAL- Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN - Safe area The only reason I booked this property was because it was the only self catering with a pool available for my dates(keeping in mind I booked nearly a month in advance)
* I was moved to a different unit 84 the day before my arrival
•The agent Charmain wasn’t helpful at all and I explained that I received a confirmation message three weeks prior and I was happy with unit 49 because it’s next to the pool and convenient for my 5 year old daughter daughter. She said there’s nothing she can do I’ve been moved to unit 84 (very far from pool NOT 20 FEET LIKE SHE EXCPLAINED )
•The unit were full of ants
• The unit needs TLC
• Some lights didn’t work
•The shower were blocked - the water reached above my ankles each time I took a shower
•The beds were uncomfortable
• The stove is dated it doesn’t have an extractor fan so you can just imagine the smoke in the unit
•Unit 84 bedroom windows are above the public barbecue area so all the smoke of the fire and barbecue stayed in the room
•The tiles needs a GOOD SCRUB
•No tea bags or white sugar
•No key lockers, the keys were left under a doormat
•I phoned Charmain probably 5/6 times around 16:50 when I was checking in she NEVER ANSWERED I then called Natasha and she picked up from the first time but explained I needed to contact CHARMAIN because she was the booking agent…
Well if you’re looking for luxury this is not the place and like I said I took it because of the pool but in the end the lack of professional and inconvenience I will NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
- Sharon (6/5): - The blinds were broken @ kitchen door, we booked a shower, got a tub with shower. 3 chairs in kitchen - family of 5, kitchen sink was leaking - had to fix, oven not working, stove was burning into the sides of the wood. We saw an apartment on booking with a gas stove and a big fridge, apartment not the same as pics

- Siza sarah Mashigo (10/5): - Outside appearance was nice Beds are uncomfortable, and we were 5,we didn't have enough beds in a room
- Morgan (7/5): Beautiful stay, Value for money - Beautiful, peaceful, safe and elegant neighborhood.
Good value for money - was affordable on a tight budget. The room sizes would be a better fit for a family with younger children.. For our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) the space was rather constricted.

You spend more time trying to set the temp correct.. The water is super hot one minute the nxt ice cold.. And my child was almost burned by the hot water.. That was not pleasant at all...so we used the handwash basin.. As we didnt want to waste water
- Lynn (5/5): - Comfortable stay adn central location Need to provide electrical appliance like a toaster, we had ants in kitchen and lounge area this need to be attended too even though we requested the cleaner to spray cud not use the wifi some network problem.

- Christina (1/5): AWFUL - covered in ants while sleeping! - Location It was very difficult to contact someone to get in. We were covered in ANTS in the middle of the night in bed coming through
The walls. When I contacted the staff they said they might be able to call an exterminator
- Mark (7/5): Good generally comfortable stay - The property was clean and safe The bathroom taps and shower head were a major struggle. I brought this up with the management and they have indicated that an upgrade is due shortly to sort out the problem.
- Shuvonn (10/5): Exceptional - The nice lake at the waterfront and the quietness
- Mantombi (10/5): Exceptional - I was the to company my daughter to uwc so won't tel much about my experience about the place Accommodation it self
- Elmar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Johannes (5/5): Passable - The location was good. Affordable family unit. Noisy neighbors. Untidy blinds - broken blinds at the main door. Struggling to open blinds in the living room. The bed in the living room made the place untidy and cramped. We experienced loadshedding, and the emergency light was not charged. The fire lighter for the gas stove did not work.
- Corin (8/5): Very good - Great location. Friendly booking staff. Nice quiet area.
- Thandoxolo (9/5): good place - n/a wifi was weak. the connection is poor
- Joy (3/5): Disappointed - Convenience to offices I attended It’s old and badly maintained. Mold in bathroom keys that didn’t work and a tv that had no channels . Pillows weee in a bad state, shower was broken and one had to use it as a hand shower. Bedroom with water damage and peeling paint. Toaster old and damaged.
- Amanda (4/5): Dissatisfied - The location of the complex is close to various amenities, and access control provides added safety. The unit was not what was advertised on Booking.com. we selected the advertised unit specifically because it had a walk-in shower as my husband had a recent knee replacement and my sister a hip replacement. This unit had a shower in the bath making it difficult for them to use and the shower head was damaged my husband had to tie it up with a plastic bag as you can see in the photo we took in order for us to use it. I phoned Charmaine, to discuss this, as it was unacceptable she did not answer her phone and I left a voice message, explaining the situation and I am still waiting to be graced with a call back. The unit is old with mildew in the bathroom and ants in the kitchen. There is no remote for the aircon, so you can't use it, and the TV adjusts its own sound, so you have to constantly adjust it with the DSTV remote that has no back plate as the TV remote does not work. No bedside tables, lounge suite had seen better days, and the braai was not cleaned in a long time. The stove is rusty, and the noise from the pool was something to behold.
- Mandilakhe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thulisile (8/5): Nice stay, vehicle park under shaded net and very safe. - Best location, nearby shopping Center the Tiger Valley have all Shops for ones needs and the car wash. - Shuvonn (6/5): Pleasant - Only the lakeside an the quietness but cannot sleep well Hi didn't like it there at tyger waterfront for me it's better at serengeti the security wasn't nice. There were other people parking on my parking
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional -
- Faurie (9/5): Lekker. God willing, we will do it again!! - We normally just sleep at Serengeti, but we ve been using Serengeti mainly when visiting Cape Province. It just beats all other stays.
