Pavol (10/5): Určite by som odporučil a ak by sme znovu išli do Banskej Štiavnice, ubytovali by sme sa tu. - Lokalita bola skvelá. Ako východiskové miesto pre podnikanie rodinných výletov super. V blízkosti obchody. Z desiateho poschodia krásny výhľad (najmä večer). Byt bol čistý, upravený, útulný. K dispozícii nadštandardné vybavenie. Trochu boli spočiatku obavy z vlastného check in a check out, ale nakoniec to bolo dobré. Mohli sme si aj určiť, prípadne zmeniť čas príchodu podľa potreby. Len jedna vec nám trochu chýbala, a to bol priestor, kde by mohli deti načas vybehnúť. Pár metrov od ubytovania sa ale nachádza dostatočne veľké detské ihrisko, ktoré je ohradené.

Slavomíra (9/5): - Čistý, útulný bytík, veľmi blízko centra. Primerané vybavenie na párdňový pobyt. Výťah na 10. poschodie išiel veľmi pomaly a je malý 😉.

Ronald (1/5): absolutne neseriozny ubytovatel, velmi neodporucam - nic Pobyt sa neuskutocnil, nakolko ubytovatel nenechal v schranke kluce ( napriek sprave cez booking ) a az na mieste, na zaklade telefonatu oznamil, ze on tam je pocas tohto terminu ubytovany. Napriek prislubu vratenia prenazi, ani po 18 dnoch peniaze nevratil

Welcome to the neighborhood! - Travel is an adventure, and if you ever wanted to experience the absolutely cleanest penthouse apartment in a traditional socialist block housing unit, then this is the place for you! Instructions on how to operate the washing machine would have been helpful.

Erika (3/5): Poor communication from owner - The apartment has plenty of room for the three of us friends traveling together. The owner’s communication was so bad that I’m still irritated by it several weeks later. He didn’t provide the WiFi and my clothes were locked in the washer. I used my friend’s hotspot to send him a message. The NEXT DAY he responded asking if I still needed the password. No mention of how to get my clothes out of the locked washer. Why even send a message asking if I still need the password - is it possible that I guessed it overnight? I can’t remember if he ever even provided it because we left that day - wet but unwashed clothes and no internet service. Was glad to leave.
