• Srimoyee (10/5): Perfect family hotel for a short getaway - Excellent hotel, conveniently located with every part of the town not more than 10 mins away. Ample parking, cute rooftop pool, good spread at breakfast. The room was quiet with excellent air conditioning a great bed with super comfy bedding and linen. Fast service to the room and attentive staff ready to help at all times of the day. Special mention for the excellent Chakra spa. MInor crib..the switch to power backup wasnt seamless whenever there was a powercut so the power in the room kept going on and off multiple times

• Dharmalingam (4/5): Not Happy - Feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. While the ambience and overall environment were good and appreciated unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay due to unforeseen circumstances. What has been disappointing, however, is the lack of flexibility and transparency regarding the refund. If this were a truly guest-focused and honest hotel, we believe a partial refund for the unused stay would have been a fair gesture. Additionally, I had specifically requested a GST invoice, which I have not received so far. Kindly share the invoice at the earliest, as this is essential for our records and compliance.

• SanSwam (6/5): Good place to stay but avoid Mini bar items and stay in lower floors to have better sleep - The location is good. Check in process was smooth. Room was spacious. I had 3 bitter experience 1 - While checkin i had requested for a room in the lower floor as i read in previous rooms that the music from rooftop can be disturbing. I was assured by the person during checkin that noise will not reach 4th floor and the music would be turned off at 10.30pm however the music went on till 12pm in the night which was annoying. When i complained , they mentioned that there was an event and they cant lower the volume. 2 - I understand the mini bar items are not be used and they have a charge but my 4yr little one, took a chocolate without our notice. MRP in the chocolate stated Rs.10 however they charged Rs.100 which I felt as a loot. Paying for the item consumed is not a problem but paying 10x is not acceptable. 3 - AC stopped working at 2am and i had to call the room service to fix it which took about an hour. overall the night experience was bad for which I paid Rs.4k I spoke to the floor manager about it during checkout but all he said was a sorry (which he didnt mean) and started avoiding the discussion. Would have appreciated better Hospitality

Het ontbijtbuffet met voldoende lokale en intercontinentale keuzes Het gebrek aan relaxstoelen of ligbedden aan het zwembad, alsook geen schaduw tijdens de warme middagzon of kleedruimte aan het zwembad. De ligging is een eindje van de bezienswaardigheden van deze mooie stad.

• Viktor (5/5): Feels and looks like a 4-star hotel but the experience itself was closer to 3 stars. - The rooms are clean, the hotel looks nice, and in theory it has everything that makes a good hotel. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and the same goes for the restaurant staff and housekeeping. e.g. even though it was not official opening times for coffee, staff still made me feel comfortable and provided coffee, after noticing I had the timing wrong. However, in practice you notice at almost every corner that it looks like a 4-star hotel from the outside, but the experience itself is closer to 3 stars and not at the level you would expect. Rooms are poorly insulated. I could hear the neighbor’s TV very clearly even through a closed door – which, unfortunately, is also where my own TV is located, so the issue works both ways. There was no written information provided in the room or at the reception to explain the basics: how to reach room service and until what time they are available (apparently nothing after 23:20, but how should a guest know?), reception details, meal times, coffee times, or which restaurant is open when and with what menu. Menus are only available via QR codes once you are inside the restaurant, but nowhere else. The pool is technically open, but not very practical to use – guests are asked to shower and change beforehand, yet there is no changing room near the pool, only a toilet. Massage experience: The first half was actually very good, but then it went downhill. Too much pressure was put directly on the spine, oil was not refreshed often enough, the therapist’s phone wasn’t on silent, and towards the end she was even typing on it in between. At the end, I was asked for a tip while still not dressed, which felt like emotional blackmail. Then I was asked to leave positive feedback in the guestbook while the therapist stood right next to me, even mentioning her name to make sure I wrote it down. This felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.

The staff were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Everything was amazing, and I would definitely love to visit again! PlayStation at lobby was bonus for my kids to have good time.
