La limpieza era excepcional, todo estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado, lo que hizo la estancia muy agradable desde el primer momento. Además, estaba completamente equipado, con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La ubicación es otro gran punto a favor, ya que está muy cerca de la playa, ideal para ir caminando y disfrutar del mar sin complicaciones. También destacaría lo cómodo y bien organizado que está todo, además de la tranquilidad y seguridad que transmite el lugar. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable si buscas un alojamiento limpio, bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades. Nada

• Mini (8/5): Heel fijn appartement, mooi uitzicht, rustig en netjes met enkele verbeterpunten.7 - De locatie met leuk uitzicht op zee en toch ook een rustige ligging. Goed onderhouden tuin mooi zwembad (voor in de zomer) ook de overdekte parkeerplaats op afgesloten terrein heel keurig. Eigenlijk alleen de keuken die is niet voor overwinteraars ingericht en dat zou beter kunnen, kleine dingen ontbreken zoals een scherp mesje om aardappelen of groente en fruit te schillen, vergiet of zeef voor afgieten na het wassen. deksel op alle pannetjes etc Verder een goed wasdroogrek. Wat er was aan rekje kun je met veel wind niet buiten hangen, maar binnen ook niet. Ik heb geïmproviseerd met het rekje op en tussen 2 strandstoelen te leggen. Vervelend was dat ik geen opbergruimte had om de meegebrachte keuken spullen en maaltijd inkopen op te bergen. De eettafel was er half mee bedekt. Dit is niet negatief bedoeld maar als opbouwende kritiek bedoeld.

We had a great time, got to rest very well as the block only had a few inhabitants (we visited in February). Benicassim is very beautiful, the beach, the sea, everything is very well taken care of, we totally recommend this apartment and Benicassim.

• Serhii (10/5): A perfect place to stay with a family. The second half of October is very silent but a little cold for swimming in the s - Stephanie the host was very polite and so helpful. Actually there were everything we needed. When we told that we need a kettle, she brought a new one next morning. The views of dawns were amazing and of course the charming sound of surf that makes your sleep perfect. The territory of the Compaund is clean and fresh. Pitty to say it was to cold outside to swim in the swimming pool. Parkin lot with a car port doesn’t allow sun to hit your car To small saucepan.

The host was very responsive and helpful. Another plus was the car parking. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would be happy to come back one day.
