Abdulmajeed (10/5): مريحة جداً وامنه - موقع الفندق جداً مميز في بداية شارع عثمان بيه وتصل الى نيشان تشي بكل يسر مع وجود كل الخدمات حول الفندق،اضافة الى وجود محطة مترو. بالنسبة للغرف كبيرة ونظيفة جداً والعزل فيها عالي. والموظفون ودودون جداً ومتعاونون ولطفاء. كانت اقامتنا لمدة 6 ليال ونعتمده للزيارات القادمة بإذن الله. لا شيء

Betul (9/5): Looking forward to my next visit! - Istanbul is home for me, but after living abroad for the past 15 years, I’ve stayed in a range of hotels whenever I visit, including Divan Istanbul and The Georges Hotel Galata. I can say without hesitation that Western Nisantasi Hotel surpassed them. First, the hotel is new, and it shows. Everything feels fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. But what truly sets it apart is the location (and the gym!). Nişantaşı strikes the right balance, central without being overwhelmed by heavy tourist traffic. It’s ideal for first-time visitors who want access to the city without being stuck in the busiest areas. From here, getting around both the European and Asian sides is surprisingly easy, and many key spots are within walking distance. The service made a real difference. Ikram and Devrim at reception were attentive, warm, and efficient throughout my stay. Erdoğan and Ugur, the bell staff, were equally helpful and welcoming. There’s a level of care here that stands out, especially compared to more established hotels that can sometimes feel transactional. N/A

Neosupreme (8/5): Great hotel in not so great location - The hotel is really nice. The staff is professional and super friendly, the facilities are great, the room was excellent. The breakfast is rich with everything you can expect both from a hotel of this class and the local cuisine. The location was the main issue, especially that the room was facing the boulevard. It was super noisy with non-stop traffic until 2-3 am. Sirens during the night every 5 to 10 minutes. We could hardly sleep. Honestly, if you get a room not facing the main boulevard this would drastically change the experience.

Merve Deniz (10/5): Séjour parfait ! - Je suis absolument ravie de mon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait : l’emplacement est idéal, la literie est extrêmement confortable, ce qui permet de vraiment bien se reposer. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est le personnel. Toute l’équipe est tout simplement incroyable, accueillante, chaleureuse et toujours aux petits soins. Un grand merci tout particulier à Zafer bey pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, qui ont rendu ce séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Alena (10/5): Very pleasant experience at Westin. Very helpful and welcoming staff - they help you with any request you have! Hotel is - Stylish and comfortable hotel. Clean and big rooms. Nothing. Except that I found pillows are too high but staff is helpful in changing it.

Tressa (8/5): Nice location. - In a great location with lots of nearby restaurants, shops and the metro. Difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Restaurant menu had limited options at very expensive prices. They advertise parking but it is in a public parking garage for a fee.

Moimois (9/5): Highly recommended - The location is good and there is shopping mall beside the hotel with a metro stop at this mall. The room is quite well designed and spacious. Amenities in the room are provided as well. The toilet could be better designed..
