• Iván Barreno Barranco (10/5): Una casa cómoda, limpia, con una casera increíblemente gentil y hospitalaria. Localización increíble - La comodidad de las camas y la limpieza del apartamento. Además, una anfitriona súper atenta, gentil y amable. La localización también es genuina, y permite vivir una experiencia diferente y muy rica, en comparación a lo que se acostumbra cuando se visita Venecia. Es una moda en países de la zona el disponer de cuartos de baño con cortinas de ducha para ducharse en el mismo w.c. Sin embargo, en este caso no hubo ni suciedad ni inconveniente, más allá del hecho de tener que acostumbrarnos, ya que como españoles solemos bañarnos en platos de ducha con mamparas. Pero no es algo ni difícil ni malo en sí.

Everthing is close like 5 mint walking restaurants and supermarket and ferries and owner her name Diana.She did help us a lot like how to come arrived appartment from airport Venice and anything like she is good guide. • Mary (3/5): Would never stay again - Nice quieter location. Initially directions to property were good but that was where our good experience ended. Host texted several times asking when we would arrive. I had initially told them we would arrive about 19:00 but had several texts from 17:00. Bad smell as we came into building entrance. Probably from commode and wheelchair stored under stairs. Lock for flat door quite stiff. I had specifically booked this apartment as it had washing machine but it didn't work! After telling host about this, several communications and a visit by host and then Technician it still did not work and the communication about this was rude and condescending. As long as there are no problems this flat would be ok but quite old fashioned with shower in really weird place.

• Lukas (9/5): Quiet stay close to the center and yet away from the masses - The apartment has an excellent location if you are looking for an island of quietness without tourists. The neighbourhood has a wonderful atmosphere. The host is very responsive and the place was perfectly clean. We would stay again.
• Garin (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic property in a great location with an exceptional host! Cannot fault this property, although it was on Giudecca and required a boat ride across to Venice it was worth it to escape the hustle and bustle of Venice in the evenings
• Andris (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and large apartment in Giudecca, close to the vaporetto, but far from the crowds of Venice. As other guests have written in their reviews, the shower is small and not isolated from the bathroom, but it works well and for a short, few night stay it does its job. Considering that most of the apartments offered are old and usually are in need for a renovation, this was one of those where everything was working and nothing was falling apart. There was no salt or cooking oil in the kitchen (albeit coffee was provided), so if you plan to cook breakfast/dinner, make sure you have everything with you (kettles, pan, dishes and glasses are available in large quantity)!

• Hilary (10/5): Greatest Gem in Venice! - We had some issues with our phones, so it was hard to communicate on our end with our hosts. They were extremely gracious and helpful with our needs. The location is fantastic. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be so peaceful. But still close enough, just a few stops on the waterbus. The little apartment was incredibly well stocked, very thoughtfully done. The bed was very comfortable. Would LOVE to come back!

• Valerie (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect to just hop on the water taxi to anywhere in Venice. The location allows you to be close to everything but away from the crowds and in a local community which we loved! Groceries close by and lovely cafes along the water front that were far less expensive but right on the water. Just lovely. Will definitely stay here again on future visits. Host was also wonderful and so helpful and attentive with lots of suggestions for activities. Highly recommend this stay!

• Lori (10/5): This was an adorable apartment that we found for a great price at the last minute. - It was clean, comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen, large living room, and comfortable bed with a little enclosed veranda off the bedroom. It was difficult utilizing the shower in the small bathroom, as there was no true dedicated shower, but instead a space on the floor with a drain that you pulled a curtain around.

• Amanda (10/5): Absolutely amazing! Ideal location in a beautiful area. - The host was fantastic for communication and helping us find our way to the property with ease! The property itself was beautiful and the full place was fully equipped and very comfortable. Mosquitoes are rife, that’s nothing the owner could do but just a good idea to bring spray.
• Filip (9/5): Superb - Hosts are very kind and helpful people who treat their guests with respect. Guests are greeted with little gifts like shampoo, coffee or cookies. The apartment is clean and well equipped. It's placed in a quiet area with boat port and shops nearby. Door to the apartment might be tough to open at first, but it's easy once you learn to do it. Our bedsheet was fresh but had stains on it.
