• M (9/5): - I like ambiance and neet clean Bedsheet not have and every room heater not have and pillow not have .. it was very upeset and uncomfortable to my family and me
• Pravin (2/5): Very poor - The overall stay was okay, but we faced a serious inconvenience with drinking water. Although there was an RO system installed, it was not functioning. When we raised the issue, the night staff said it would slowly fill up, but by morning, barely a few millilitres had collected. It was disappointing to find no proper arrangement for such a basic necessity. Other aspects of the stay, like the rooms and ambiance, were decent. This issue needs urgent attention from the management.

• Nagendiran (2/5): Totally Disappointed - Toilets were worst, no hot water in few bathrooms
• Mussiab (8/5): Worth it - A spacious villa, clean,can easily accommodate 18 people. hot water was not available. We tried calling the caretaker, they did not pick our call...we took a cold shower in the early morning at 5:30 so that we could leave.

• Hashim (2/5): Not Recommended - The staff was very nice. The facilities were bad. The location was also not good as it was 10km away from mysore town (no shop to even buy basic things).According to booking.com, we have to pay after seeing the place but they asked for the payment by phone call after booking repeatedly asking for 50% payment in advance, first itself because they knew that after seeing the place, people would be reluctant to pay as the place was not good enough, and its not worth the money.

• Milton (8/5): Very good - Calm and quite area. Internal door locks are making problems, balance all well.
• Athira (6/5): Pleasant - Very comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and was available whenever I had some queries. Thanks There were some kind of construction works going on which was not Informed earlier. Water was not available initially.
• Nithesh (1/5): No maintenance - 5 families can stay together. This is true for all service apartments. Not recommend.. Booked 4 rooms in the facility. We checked in around 22:00 hrs but only 3 rooms was ready by that time. Another room was provided at 00:30 hrs. In one of the bathroom WC seat was missing..... disgusting. At 03:00 hrs water exhausted...Only to return after deliberately waking up the care taker......
• Akhil (9/5): Superb - Care taker was very helpful and he has explained everything on arrival. Rooms are good, clean and spacious. Good common hall area to spend.tike.with family Water issue faced for few hours, but get resolved with the help of caretaker. Geyser in two bathrooms were not working
