В апартаментах было очень жарко. Разобраться самим как понизить температуру не получилось. Открытые окна спасли . Во второй спальне кровать 1.50м . Для двоих взрослых не комфортно, детям отлично( это только для информации)).

L'appartement était très grand, une belle vue. moderne. propre. prestations haut de gamme. l'emplacement est idéal. la réception H24 est très appréciable ainsi que la possibilité de garer gratuitement son véhicule. la literie un peu dure. la luminosité du matin malgré les rideaux occultants.

Amazing view, all amenities, 24/7 desk to answer everything. Fast team communication. All said, 7 star living ! See you again, no doubt about that!
• Ioanna (8/5): Awesome views but just an okay stay - Amazing view in great location. Huge apartment with awesome facilities. Really dirty windows and balcony (so dirty that a previous resident drew a happy face on the balcony window and nobody cleaned it). The bedsheets of one of the beds were stained. Left a special request which was confirmed by the stuff but wasn’t done. We also needed a manual on how to operate lights, curtains and air conditions.

• Aaria2022 (8/5): Superb location with stunning views! - WealthyStays is in a superb location in Nicosia - walking distance from the main sites - including Ledras - and very close to some superb restaurants Barrio and Sentio to name a couple... a lovely cafe called Nom and some great places for drinks, including Henry's and Scale. Ingrid Bakes serves patisserie, the best ice cream, coffee and drinks. The location of the apartment is high enough to be away from the evening noise of the City, with breathtaking views. - There is a sundeck and pool further down, along with a gym with a view. After a long day, returning to a clean and safe apartment, is great. The managers of the property are also very responsive. A few enhancements could be made. The managers have already started looking into these.

The staff were not helpful, they would only say this is not a hotel! Although the rate is a hotel rate.

Only one key was provided which is needed every time to get upstairs. We managed through that)) and did not request the second though.

• Nikki (9/5): Superb - The views were amazing and it was great to have an underground parking facility. The apartment is very close to cafes and bakeries, with a short walk to Ledra street and the Venetian walls.
• Emer (7/5): Lots of potential, would only take some small things to really make it really nice - Great building with a 24 concierge. Fantastic gym which is very well equipped and has a pool, sauna and steam room available for use. Very spacious apartment with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms and a nice balcony. Curtains were falling off rails, dirty cleaning buckets left behind, (but these were sorted when I called) no coffee machine but did eventually find a french press, no cutlery to speak of.
• Aaria2022 (9/5): Escape to Nicosia - Fabulous apartment in the tallest tower in Nicosia (I didn't know that until I got there!) Stunning vistas of the City... A pool and sun lounging deck (quite windy), which I often had to myself... Gym and concierge. Modern (automated curtains and lighting) and spacious, the apartment has a balcony area with a table and chairs. The old town is within walking distance and has a lovely cafe/bar called Gym and the cafe owners are all welcoming. The checkpoint is on Ledra Street but I didn't venture across the border. 'Barrio' restaurant, which is a stone's throw from the building is excellent and 'Scale' is a great place for a glass of wine or a cocktail. 10 - 12 minutes walk from the apartment is an excellent gelateria called 'Ingrid Bakes'. I didn't use any of the food delivery apps (Foody and Wolt), as I did a grocery shop at Nicosia mall (not much in the mall itself but beautiful views from the coffee shop). There wasn't anything I didn't like about the property apart from not knowing how to turn the AC off! - It would be helpful to have a manual of how key features work. Vicinity-wise, it was very quiet when I visited (off-peak due to local school holidays). There don't seem to be any local newsagents or grocery shops. Plenty of cafés.

Could use a bit more hospitality but really just as it is - We really liked the cleanliness, and the view, flat is also near the old town, so we moved by foot. And also it have a coffee spot right down near the building, so it was really cool It seems that flat is used only for rentals, so it’s brand new, but also some things are looked as nobody ever used them even if it is common, and also I would like to see a bit more hospitality, like we spend some time to find blankets, I would recommend to fix the check in instructions and it will be 10/10

• Johannes (7/5): Nice apartment in principle, but but self-evidence issues and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. - Very nice apartment, great view, well equiped in principle. Unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and even things that are taken for granted, such as dishwasher tabs or adapter plugs, cannot be found in the apartment. This should be a matter of course in this price range. We also had to ask how to switch on the hot water - this would also have been easy to explain with advance information.
• Joseph (10/5): Wonderful stay! We really enjoyed our time here. - Everything was perfect. Rooms were clean and spacious. Wonderful location to access the busy area of the city- including shopping and cafes and relatively close distance to old town.
