Gute Aussicht Parkplätze vor der Haustür Das Objekt ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Früher war es bestimmt top. Auf Grund der Nähe zum Meer ist der Wohnraum immer etwas feucht. Hohe Geräuschkulisse in der Nacht durch Lüfter + Ventilator und Luftzug an der Tür.

• honey_bee (8/5): クジラのジャンプに大興奮 - 海の見える屋上が素敵です。 午前中に海を眺めていると、クジラがジャンプするのが見えて大興奮しました。 その後、美ら海水族館の展示で見たのですが、今帰仁周辺では冬場にザトウクジラが子育てにきているそう。 ①お風呂の電気が切れていたこと。このため夜間は入り辛かったです。メンテナンスの甘さを感じました。 ②屋上に露天風呂があったので期待していたのですが、お湯が溜まるスピードが異常に遅く利用することができませんでした。残念です。 ③土足で部屋を使う方がいるのかと思うレベルで絨毯が汚かった。(海外のお客様も多そうなので実際そうかも。) 部屋は綺麗だったのでちょっと残念です。 むしろ絨毯をひいてないほうがきれいに見えたかもしれない。 また、床に「これを見落とすか？」と思うサイズの消しゴムが落ちていました。＝掃除がちょっと甘い？と思いました。 ④食事をする場所が近くに少ない。(隣接のレストランがあると案内にはありましたが、２日中１日は締まっていた。１日は貸し切りでした。事前連絡もつかず。) 周辺の店は割と早く締まるので、部屋にせめてレンジがあると良いなと思いました。 いろいろい書きましたが、概ね良かったです。これらが改善されると10点なのにもったいないな、と思っています。 B&Bタイプなので、個人的にはお掃除もそこまで期待はしていませんが、感じたこととして残しておきます。

• Lena (9/5): Ruhige Entspannung am Meer - Sehr ruhige Strandunterkunft. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und man hatte einen tollen Blick auf das Strand und Meer. Vom Balkon aus konnte man einen tollen Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Man ist hier komplett für sich und hat seine Ruhe. Es ist kein Personal vor Ort und es läuft über eine Schlüsselbox. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer direkt vor dem Haus bekommen. Außerdem gab es Waschmaschine und Trockner, welche gut funktioniert haben. Zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant direkt nebenan und ein Restaurant 5min fußläufig. Außerdem gibt es in der Seitenstraße ein Café mit frischen Mangosaft!

• Whitney (10/5): It was a wonderful stay. For some reason I had zero clue it was an Airbnb and not an actual hotel.. so that was a surpri - Absolutely beautiful view! The sitting area was wonderful. The shower was such a fun perk! Loved having all of the blinds open and still having so much privacy. Getting to the property was difficult to navigate. I’m so thankful I wasn’t driving!!!

• Maki (7/5): 海好きの自分達にとっては最高！ - ・ホテルの庭からそのままビーチに繋がら道があり、アクセス抜群！！ ・庭には無料のシャワーがあり砂を落とせたりできる ・今回は三階の部屋だったため上にオーシャンビューの湯船があった ・ベットは自分的にふかふかで好みだった ・ソファーも海外使用で大きくて座りやすい ・部屋からも写真通りビーチが見えて◎ ・すぐ隣にご飯屋さんがあり雰囲気も素敵だった ・少し室内のお風呂場の角に白いカビ？みたいなのがあった。 ・屋上、部屋の湯船は大きいからたまるのが遅い。 ・レンジがあれば最高でした！

• kiminho (9/5): - The location of the accommodation is hard to beat. Right on the beach, which is just a few steps away, and at the same time in a very quiet area. Supermarkets are easily accessible by car, which you really need to access the area and reach the bnb style accommodation.The beds are very comfortable and the balcony with the rooftop terrace is perfect for breakfast or enjoying the sunrise or sunset. The accommodation is in urgent need of a thorough cleaning! It was basically clean, but only superficially. Some items could also be replaced (shower curtain, towel rack, blinds, etc.).

• Marie (9/5): Beautiful, quiet and lovely place. - The view from the third floor and private rooftop is stunning. Right by the beach. The bath tub on the roof is great, unfortunately takes quite long to fill up. Felt really cozy. We enjoyed it a lot. The host was very supporting and helpful at finding a car rental and was really quick in responding - thank you a lot :)

Die Bezahlmodalitäten, die Belehrungen, die schmutzige Bettwäsche, das Fehlen sämtlichen Geschirrs und Besteck, keinerlei Hinweis auf fehlende Restaurant oder dem beworbenen Café Insana , kein Frühstück.......

• FEDERICA (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay at Casa Dumai. The beach front location and sea view from the room is top. Nice feature is also the bathtub on the terrace. Laundry room very comvenient too! Highly recommended is the Imadomare restaurant next door, a real gem! The neighbourhood is also very quiet and relaxing. The bus stop is 10 mins walk, with runs to reach other parts/beaches of Okinawa as well as Nara airport. The room is not 'brand new' , it would need some repainting of the walls :)

• Natalie (10/5): Luxurious local beach stay that exceeded expectations - Wow, what a place!!! A true peaceful escape; you can just sit and listen to the waves and the birds and not much disturbs that! The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable, with both an internal bath and an external bath on the roof!! It has direct access to the beach, which has a reef worth snorkeling. Plenty of local food venues within walking distance or a short drive. What a heavenly way to spend a few days relaxing - thank you!
• きすけ (2/5): 残念。 - 眺望はよかったです。 シャワートイレが壊れていました。シャワーが出ません。 夕方に風呂場のシャワーを利用しましたが、ほとんどお湯が出ませんでした。ほぼ水浴びになりました。朝はお湯が出ました。 屋上へのアクセスが許されていたと思ったのですが、あいにく屋上へ通じる階段のカギの番号が見つかりませんでした。私の探し方がまずかったのかもしれません マップコードをカーナビに入力して宿に向かったのですが、微妙に違った場所が示されて集落の中をぐるぐる回らされてしまい、たどり着くのに時間がかかりました。

• Marina (10/5): Мне понравилось проживание на вилле, персонал тоже очень вежливый и отзывчивый! - Чудесное расположение и вид на море, также есть выход на крышу на которой тоже есть ванна. Рядом с виллой тоже прекрасные виды и природа. У нас в номере была маленькая ящерка, она очень милая 😊 Можно было бы добавить одноразовые палочки для еды. В остальном все отлично!

• 条慈 (9/5): 部屋風呂の水廻り以外は最高です。お部屋のサイズ感、絶景、ロケーション、大好きです!! - 隣のお部屋と離れていて、個室感を感じられて凄くのんびりと過ごせました。3階部分に泊まりましたが、屋上のバルコニーまで上がれて、サンセットなどロケーションも素晴らしく、絶景をひとり占めできてる感が嬉しいです。目の前のビーチも歩いてすぐに行けるので、とても便利です。１階にはランドリーもあるので洗濯も困りません！駐車場も敷地内、目の前なので安心です。観光スポットの、今帰仁城跡も近くて最高ですし、バモノス沖縄という、レンタルバギー屋さんも近いです。 唯一、ひとつだけ！ 言わせてください。リスペクトを込めた上でコメントさせて頂きます。部屋風呂のお湯の蛇口からのお湯が、チョロチョロと出るので、湯船が溜まるまでに30分くらい時間が掛かります！もう少し、湯量がたくさん出るように水廻りのメンテナンスを希望します。屋上バルコニーのバスタブは、すぐにお湯が溜まりますので、問題なしです！お部屋の中のバスタブが、遅いです。そこだけです。

• Rainer (1/5): unsafe, unsanitary, and completely misrepresented - The view towards the ocean We had a terrible experience at this accommodation and cannot recommend it to anyone. The hygiene conditions were absolutely unacceptable: The bathroom was covered in mold, which caused serious allergic reactions. We urgently had to seek medical treatment during our stay. Moreover, the presence of surveillance cameras, even in private areas, created an unbearable atmosphere of constant observation. The owner’s communication made us feel clearly monitored, further intensifying the feeling of insecurity. Despite multiple requests, we only received a partial refund. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a property listed on Booking.com. In addition, the property and its surroundings look nothing like the photos shown online. The beach is neglected and covered with driftwood and waste, not at all as advertised. We expect Booking.com to review the listing carefully, as this accommodation does not meet the platform’s standards for hygiene, safety, or honest representation.

Good size room with nice bathroom and huge bathtub. 2 out of 3 lights was not working.. Not enough water pressure to fill up the bathtub, Takes about 2 hours and the water is not hot anymore.
• Melissa (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet in Nov/Dec. Perfect location & view and sound of the ocean while in bed. Close to aquarium and Fuguki Tree Road. Greenery around property. Close, inconspicuous restaurant close by. Great food. Not a dislike - it was remote so keep in mind uber does not work in the area. You can coordinate with local taxi service for transportation. I didn’t know as this was my first time in the area. I had not rented a vehicle.

• Melissa (10/5): Incredible stay! - This was my second stay at Casa Dumai and it is still one of my favorite places to stay in Okinawa! The accommodations are even better than pictured, the amenities are exactly what you would need (including coffee), and the giant tubs (both outdoor and indoor) are so nice! And you cannot beat the location; right on a gorgeous beach, and driving distance to everything you would want to see in Northern Okinawa. An awesome bonus is the Imadomare restaurant nextdoor. The food is incredible and the owner/chef is wonderful as well. I will definitely be staying at Casa Dumai again! As an aside, the hosts of Casa Dumai are very kind and accommodating. Our first night booked at Casa Dumai was unfortunately over-booked so they offered to put my friend and I up in another one of their condos. It was actually an upgrade on Yagaji Island (Lala Court Seaside). The condo was gorgeous and would be ideal for a long-stay with a family. The only downside was no coffee, and the location is quite remote so we walked to near-ish vending machine. We had stopped at a convenience store prior to coming for food but had assumed there would be coffee. Not the end of the world though!
• Simone (10/5): The perfect get away! 💙🌊🐠🩵 - We've spent 3 nights - 4days in Casa Dumai Ocean Villa in Nakijn and we've loved it! The room was very clean, the self-check in very easy and the communication with the host fast and easy going. The best things about the apartment were the café downstairs and the two big bathtubs (inside and outside on the balcony). The beach in front of Casa Dumai is very lovely for sunrise- or sunset- walks. I loved sitting on the porch and listen to the waves. The Nakijin castle ruins are very close, you can reach them on foot. For other excursions you need a car - there is a free parking spot in front of Casa Dumai. We would have loved to stay longer. It was the perfect get away for my birthday. So if you go there: Make sure you have enough time! It's a magical place. Thank you for having us! 🫶🏽🤍🕊️
• W (6/5): Beautiful views but lacking in security - The hotel boost of superb views from the balcony, living room and to the bathroom. The views were impressive with a super huge bathtub in the toilet The self check-in was hassle free and easy. We booked a room with an open bath tub at a 2nd level which has a back stair-way that lead directly to outside our room door. There was no security, no lock except a low gate that anyone can open and come through. While I know that Japan is safe, I didnt like the idea of being exposed to an area which anyone can come up and eventually free access to my room. There is no security at the hotel, except the door to your room. You need to carry your own luggages up the stairs. Just be mindful if you have heavy ones. Room is tired and worn out, in need of a fresh coat of paint.

Felt very private. Washer and dryer - fab! Huge bathtub would waste too much water to fill! We just jumped in the ocean and showered with the lovely hot shower. Need a car to get to grocery store and dinner spots. Restaurants local are incredibly expensive, I would suggest venturing out for local well-priced dining.
