Zwar gab es ein paar Tage zuvor ein Angebot zur Storno (was ich als Absage hätte interpretieren müssen). Allerdings kam danach die übliche Mail über Booking über die bevorstehende Reise, so dass wir keinen Verdacht geschöpft haben, dass die Wohnung nicht verfügbar sei. In der Nach vor der Anreise kamm dann eine Nachricht über Booking sowie - erstmals - eine direkte Kontaktaufnahme per SMS mit der Aufforderung, nicht anzureisen, da die Wohnung nicht verfügbar ist. Sehr ärgerlich...
