• pravina (7/5): It was average the whole hotel stay - Clean and spacious It was confusing to figure out where the reception was as it’s combined with Rocafellas hotel I arrived at 1pm and was exhausted and the staff refused to let us check in, eventually I waited u til 2 pm and then waited for another 30 minutes to check in The process is ridiculously long The staff should be more accommodating

Vicino al quartiere Waterfront e a pochi passi da Bo-Kaap. In mezz'ora di camminata massimo si raggiungono tutti i punti salienti della città. Parcheggio custodito nella struttura. Nulla di particolare.

• Till (1/5): very poor customer service! - Very disappointing experience. We specifically chose this accommodation because of the swimming pool, especially for our children who were excited to swim during the holiday. Upon arrival, we discovered that the pool had already been closed for days. This information was never communicated before the booking, even though the property was clearly aware of the issue at that time. What makes this even worse is the way the situation was handled afterwards. We only received a response after involving Booking.com, and instead of taking responsibility, the hotel provided inaccurate statements and refused any form of compensation. The overall service was also very poor. Towels were not changed during our stay, and overall attention to guests and customer care was clearly lacking. This is not acceptable customer service and feels very dishonest. Important facilities advertised during booking should be available or at least transparently communicated in advance. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this accommodation and would advise future guests to be careful when booking.
• Godlove Lughano (9/5): Excellent Facilities - Location is superb - close to CBD, supermarkets and restaurants available in the same vicinity. The blankets - were not warm blankets - I literally had to go and buy 2 more blankets for me to keep warm. Also the room do not have any heaters even the small portable ones for temporary warmth. It becomes uncomfortable during cold days like the ones we stayed.
• Jagminder (5/5): Great location but wouldn’t not stay there again. - Location was amazing and nice views The apartment itself looked nice, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor management and incompetent staff. The entry system operated with a key fob, which regularly failed to work. On one occasion, we were locked out for 4 hours waiting for someone to fix the issue. There was little communication or urgency from staff, who seemed completely clueless throughout our stay. When we arrived, the rooms were not properly prepared at all. Some beds were missing sheets, and unbelievably it took 2 full days for one of the beds to finally have bedding provided. Basic housekeeping standards were clearly not being met. The checkout process was equally frustrating. Reception insists on checking the room before you can leave, which can take 15–20 minutes, yet they fail to warn guests about this in advance. If you book a taxi for checkout time, expect problems because the delays are entirely on them. Overall, while the apartment itself had potential, the disorganised service, lack of professionalism, and completely unhelpful staff ruined the experience.

• francesca (9/5): Come a casa - Appartamento molto funzionale, comodo e pulito in un bel contesto. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage sottostante. Nel palazzo e nei dintorni ci sono una palestra, e alcuni caffè/ristoranti. Il centro si raggiunge a piedi in 15 minuti, così come il waterfront. Il quartiere di Bokap è molto vicino. La zona è tranquilla. Lo staff molto collaborativo. Le indicazioni GPS portano a un altro palazzo nei dintorni, dove abbiamo trovato alcune persone che millantavano che dovessimo usare la carta di credito per aprire una porta e fare il checkin. Per arrivare nel posto giusto bisogna impostare nel GPS The Rockwell. Le procedure d'ingresso sono piuttosto complicate, con procedura di registrazione facciale e di registrazione della targa dell'automobile, ma certamente si tratta di pratiche effettuate per ragioni di sicurezza, quindi va bene.
• Auriel (9/5): Pros and Cons - I like the fact that almost the entire apartment is at a standard of above average. They bed is very comfortable, as well as the pillows and the duvet is of good quality and the smell of the bed linen is lovely and fresh. That most evening's it was quite noisy outside of the Xenia Apart building, especially near unit no 408 with a 24/7 express pick n pay and a Vasco de Gama Tavern right next to the Xenia building and the noise of cars with extremely loud engines. The cupboards in the kitchen could do with a makeover. The bathroom could of had holders for the toothbrush and toothpaste. The bathroom railings could've been longer or a second one installed.

Parcheggio disponibile in ampio garage Abbiamo chiesto alcune volte del supporto alla reception ma hanno dato seguito solo alcune volte. Non eravamo stati informati che la piscina non funzionava, e avevamo prenotato questo posto anche per la piscina al chiuso. Per due giorni di seguito non hanno messo la carta igienica nel bagno. E siamo dovuti andarla a chiedere. La porta dell'appartamento era molto o dura da spingere e tirare. La porta della doccia non si chiudeva bene. Una camera affaccia sul corridoio. Dunque per gli stessi soldi si possono trovare alloggi migliori

• Bukho (3/5): Fabulous location, a working progress with customer service. - We loved everything about the place itself. From the prime location which is very accessible to amenities and the CBD. The apartment was also very beautiful and comfortable. There a few a few things that were very distasteful and borderline very shady. The first thing was what when you pay for the booking you pay for the cleaning fee for all the days of stay however we were later told they do not clean on Sundays (why were we made to pay for it?). Secondly the apartment has all the big things you need like your pots, microwave and so forth but does not have the small things e.g extra blankets or throws. When we asked for extra throws it took asking people from 2 different shifts to actually get some. And boy when we got them we got these torn brown blankets that were honestly not appetizing to use ( I have attached a picture).Thirdly when we were leaving we were told that they would be taking R500 from the deposit money because of dirty towels. I don't understand how we are meant to shower and not get the towels dirty. This is also comes after they did not clean on the Sunday that they do not clean so of course towels that are used over 2 days are dirty. Which also begs the question of if they cleaned they would have changed our towels naturally so why are we getting charged for it now, it just seems like the deposit thing is a scam to me, we were never going to get that full deposit money back. Lastly and we believe the most important, the receptionist lady with the short hair is just plain unpleasant. We watched her scold another guest because the guest used the wrong lift. THEY ARE A GUEST, HOW WERE THEY SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT ITS THE WRONG LIFT! Kindly letting him know which correct lift to use would have sufficed. Other that all this the actual place was beautiful.
• Elysia (7/5): nice apartment in a fabulous location - the location was brilliant, we were on the main road side of the hotel though and it was a bit noisy, but didn't bother us very clean and well kept which had everything we needed pool was off limits which we weren't advised about, so the kids were a bit annoyed, staff were not friendly or welcoming

• Lesley (7/5): - I loved how clean it was, the location and overal it was a beautiful apartment From 7am loud music playing which woke me up. Felt like an ibiza pool party. When I phoned reception. they explained it was due to an exercise class next door. Would not have booked this if I knew this. Left the apartment early to get away from it that morning. I asked could I move room. Sadly never heard from them until 5pm. they did offer a room change. Sadly I missed this message as it was late on and I heard nothing I gave up and didnt think to check my message at that time until the following morning. But on my 2nd morning i had a flight to catch and needed to be up early so the loud music the next day helped me by being my alarm clock and made sure I woke up.

• Mark (6/5): Pleasant but concerning how dirty the unit was. - Location was amazing, staff were incredible Very disappointing, not very clean, bath tube was dirty and had pubic hair in it - missing cabinet door in the 2nd bathroom, curtain in the 2nd room was off the rail and broom was left on the patio.
• Esther (5/5): It certainly beat hotel stays - I'm not a breakfast buffet fan - Food not part of the package. The coffee machine sucked even after I knew how to operate it. We moved to a different apartment as the noise from an adjacent yoga club and skinny pilatus exercisers polluted the air for hours making it uncomfortable to sleep in (from 6:00 am!). The second aptmnt's shower was adequate but due to size of bathroom unit using the toilet was problematic for one with long legs. Other than that the look and feel of the place was amazing and the staff were wonderful. Parking was great
• Jean (3/5): Noisy, hot box - Location Reception was poor, security had a loud meeting @ reception! Made it impossible to hear the reception’s! After a polite indication by my that I am unable to hear her, did the security manager make a rude and uncalled for remark! A Glass full of white wine was left in the bathroom cupboard by previous guests! The fridge was broken/not working! This was reported to reception without any ratification or assistance during our stay!

Le niveau de sécurité pour accéder à l'entrée aux appartements est optimale et l'accueil chaleureux. Le hall d'entrée et les parties communes sont sympa. Les appartements sont vieillissants et mal entretenus. - tiroirs ds la cuisine ont du mal à s'ouvrir - dans la salle de bain avec baignoire, la douchette était trop courte, - l'éclairage derrière le lit trop haut - l'eau s'écoule dans la salle de bain équipée d'une douche, - mobilier et parquet abîmés, - qu'un seul badge d'accès alors que l'on etait deux couples... - nettoyage de l'appartement sommaire...y

Oubli de la femme de menage de déposer les serviettes de toilette et de tapis de sol... Mobilier de cuisine et de salle de bain vieillissants . lit qui grince appartement 409 et interrupteurs trop haut au niveau du lit

• Hans (9/5): Lovely stay in nice apartment - Nice apartment with good beds, kitchen and all cutlery provided, washer & dryer was a plus, very friendly staff at reception. Nice, big SPAR supermarket just 2 mins away. Took us about 18 minutes to walk to the Waterfront. Smaller pool and training facilities inside the building. Would stay again.

• Nicolas (2/5): - I experienced a severe security breach and a complete lack of accountability from the hotel management. I left $250 USD securely zipped inside an internal pocket of my carry-on bag in my room, but before checking out, I discovered someone had gone through my luggage, opened the internal zipper, and taken the cash. When I immediately reported this, the front desk staff was incredibly dismissive and offered zero help, simply stating they are 'not responsible for lost items,' even though my closed luggage was clearly tampered with inside my private room. The absolute lack of security, respect for guest privacy, and basic customer service is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against staying here if you value the safety of your personal belongings.

• Paulo (10/5): Recomendo a hospedagem no Xênia Aparthotel - Optima Localização, no meio entre CDB o Waterfront, por isso, optimo para lazer e questões formais. O bairro de Waterkant é realmente um dos mais seguros de CT. O hotel não fica muito distante da praia e, pela caminhada nos permite apreciar a beleza de Green Point. O hotel tem dois bons restaurantes no rés do chão, o que facilita a vida de quem nele se hospeda. Nada a Assinalar

• Howard (8/5): Great property and facilities, and nice staff. - Great 2 bedroom apartment in a central location, with Uber able to pick-up outside, and view of Table Mountain form the spacious balcony. Secure parking for the car. Room Safe didn't work - reception did send someone to look at tit, but they could not fix it. Instructions for access to parking not clear, and then access to the apartment form the parking took some exploring - could have been made clearer.
• Yulia (5/5): Disappointing stay - Good location. One bedroom looks inside the building, so you can’t open the window and curtains. Overall almost everything in the apartment is cheap and shabby. No detergent for washing mashing. There was a leakage under the kitchen sink which hasn’t been fixed for quite a while - there was water standing all the time inside the cabinet. The kitchen hood doesn’t work, so when you cook it gets smoky.

• Lynda (8/5): Good choice for practical stay - Safe and secure. Helpful staff. Walkable area near major attractions. Restaurants, shopping mall v close by. Washer / dryer in unit. Toiletries and toilet paper available. Wi-Fi, desk, lounge area in room. Could have been cleaner — it wasn’t dirty or unsanitary, but bedroom, bathroom and kitchen surfaces, and kitchen items needed to be wiped before use. Missing a couple of basics for self-catering.

• Eva (7/5): Un apartamento familiar y práctico cerca de Bo-Kaap y el Waterfront - Las vistas a la montaña desde las plantas superiores, la distribución y amplitud del apartamento, la limpieza, y, sobre todo, el personal que nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo. El apartamento está muy cerca del barrio Bo-Kaap, hay varios restaurantes alrededor y además hay un súper Spar a dos pasos, muy practico. Las vistas a la calle que da al puerto y el ruido que puede hacer el gimnasio de la entrada en las plantas inferiores. Además, deberían renovar algunos colchones, muy incómodos, revisar el aire acondicionado que hacía bastante ruido y arreglar las secadoras o poner tendederos.

• Sibylle (7/5): Well located city apartment - The building is well located and there are restaurants on the ground floor. There was a balcony with a view to the table mountain. The living room was nice and spacious. The underground parking is very secure and accessable by elevator. The kitchen was not well equipped. We were four persons in a two bedroom apartment. We only had three water glasses and spoons. The table in the kitchen did not have space enough for four persons sitting around it. The traffic from Somerset Rd was very noisy and for some people that might be a problem.
