Frances (9/5): - Gorgeous spacious apartment (102) lovely sea view Beautiful balcony. Clean. Great cooking facilities. Great communication with staff. Lovely clean and quiet pool on rooftop. The second bedroom had no window so was very stuffy (without the air on which my son only told me on second last day that they weren’t using it because it was leaking) and dark. Very very noisy road straight outside. I know this is not owners fault but good to be aware of. Constant cars motorbikes reviling and beeping horns morning day and night.

Dawid (9/5): Wygodny apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze - Elegancko przygotowany film ilustrujący jak się zameldować. Gospodarz podał wszystkie potrzebne wskazówki. Na dachu był świetny, spory basen. Na każde piętro można było dojechać windą z samego parteru. Apartament był naprawdę przestronny, a widok z okna na morze każdego ranka i wieczora sprawiał przyjemność dla oczu. Duży balkon z krzesłami i stołem. Wzdłuż głównej ulicy, przy której stoi budynek, przez całą noc jeżdżą motocykliści nieznający przepisów dotyczących emisji hałasu obowiązujących na Cyprze.

Tina Winther (10/5): Perfekt beliggenhed. Storby med charme, der har alt - shopping, restauranter, sightseeing, havet - Det ligger helt perfekt. Tæt ved Old town og ved flot strandpromenade lige ude for døren . Der er rigtig flotte restauranter i Marinaen, men foretrækker du Old town restauranter, er det 5 min fra Marinaen. Der er gode shopping muligheder, og også nemt at tage en bus til et større indkøbscenter “ My mall.” Marinaen ved Old Town er flot og stemningsfuld og meget at se i Old town, med masser af restauranter og caféer til fair pris.

Sophia (2/5): Great Location, but Constant Maintenance & Cleanliness Issues - The location of this apartment is its strongest selling point. It’s situated right on the main front, offering easy access to the beach and a lovely walk into town and the Marina. The host was also very responsive and quick to reply to messages, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of constant maintenance issues that made it hard to relax, especially while attending a family funeral. Host Refusal & Booking.com: Due to the conditions (specifically the nauseating bathroom smell and the flooding), we requested to move to alternative accommodation. However, the host refused our request, which meant Booking.com could not provide a refund for us to find another hotel. We felt stuck in a property that was not up to standard. Parking & Logistics: Parking is a nightmare. There is no dedicated parking for the block, and the nearby public lots are almost always full. We spent a lot of time circling the area; I can’t imagine how difficult this would be during peak season. Initial Setup: Despite booking for two people (my father and I), only one bed was made up. We were told "two people" is assumed to be a couple, which was a very odd assumption for a professional rental. Cleanliness & Odors: There was a severe, sickening smell from the bathroom. The suggested "fix" was to keep the plug in the bath, which did nothing. We had to buy our own bleach and air fresheners just to make the space bearable. Additionally, the balcony was covered in pigeon droppings, making it unusable. Maintenance Failures: The dishwasher was blocked and flooded the kitchen. When a cleaner finally came, they simply took a mop from the balcony and left me to clean the mess myself. Furthermore, the air conditioning remotes were not working and had to be reported, and the balcony doors were extremely difficult to lock. Missing Essentials: No cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, or coffee sachets were provided. While small, these items are essential for a long-term stay. While the location is excellent, the apartment felt neglected. My father noted that the hairdryer was actually very good, but that was the highlight of the stay.

Very loud, hard to sleep at night due to street noise , as windows are not insulated. The Accommodation is overpriced and is positioned as a 4 star and kind of high quality. In reality very basic inside, with lots of defects all over on ceiling, floor etc. Not refurbished for a long time… Near entrance lots of rubbish outside on the backstreet If it was a cheaper version without positioning as a high level accommodation, that would be completely ok, as generally clean inside

Even for kids pillows are not comfy . The mattress of the double bed is also not comfy. The big bedroom has a big balcony view to the beach,the sun start to hit strongly the room early morning so we cannot sleep with these kind of fabric curtains they have.

Sofia (7/5): Spacious, clean but dated apartment, complex, close to beach, - The apartment was very spacious, had a large balcony, and amenities in kitchen, and tv and streaming ready. The parking options were good even though no dedicated spots. Flat was clean and we did have answers questioned. Good breakfast places within walking distance away from beach. We were expecting a little more updated flat based on pictures. They were testing a virtual assistant and it was not completely useful. Apartment is near beach, though a bit far walk from center so need to walk a bit in slightly sketchy beach neighborhood.

Xrisostomou (10/5): - The location is very good and the whole setting is very easy to have access to your room. . You have to explore the area a bit and understand which block you're. Very clean air-conditioning was working good hot water clean bathroom. That is a bit "poor" on the pillows. I would like it if i had two more pillows but harder than the two soft ones that are now on the bed .

Martin (8/5): Great hosts and location, could reach easy 10 rating if the small gaps are addressed. - Perfect location and spotless interior. No basic toiletries were provided. Also the noise insulation is very poor; sounds from the neighbors and the street were loud enough to be disruptive.

נגה (10/5): - מקום מעולה דירה מרווחת. היו קצת ריג'קטים שנגרמו כנראה על ידי שהוים קודמים אבל אלו לא הפריעו לשהות שלנו חסר כריות ושמיכות היה רצוי שיהיו יותר. כשביקשנו שיוסיפו אמרו שהם לא ערוכים לכך. חסרה הדרכה להפעלת הטלביזיה היה רצוי שיהיו יותר מוצרים במקלחת אבל זה לא גרע מההנאה

Wolfgang (8/5): - Sehr grosser Balkon. 2 Bäder im Apartment . Balkon geschützt durch Netz gegen die Tauben sehr hilfreich. Pool auf dem Dach sehr schön. Kommunikation mit der Vermieteragentur per WhatsApp ist sehr gut. Immer hilfreich und Lösungen parat. Es fehlte ein Toaster Schlafcouch zu wenig im Wohnzimmer. Es fehlte ein Couchtisch bzw. eine bequeme Couch. Leider ist die Hauptstraße, bedingt durch Poserangeber durch laute Motorräder und Autos manchmal nervig vorallem Nachts.
Laura (9/5): Gorgeous balcony view of the ocean! - I would absolutely recommend this apartment. It's right on the beach, the balcony is gorgeous. In Limassol, the beach is near a main road, so of course you can hear traffic. It would be true for any beach front property - and the view more than makes up for it (you can't hear traffic when the door is closed). The hosts were so responsive and helpful, and they made it extremely clear on where to find the lock box/ car park/ etc. The stay exceeded my exepctations - I would bring an eye-mask for the room facing the balcony, as it of course lighter than the room which is enclosed.

ivan (8/5): Нужно поставить окна в спальню шумозащитные . Спать нереально - Местонахождение- море прямо через дорогу . Прямо рядом вкусный грузинский ресторан . И два магазинчика с продуктами. Очень очень шумно. Мы отвыкли от дороги. Ночью начинают ездить мотоциклисты - это прямо сильно мешает .
MMäesalu (8/5): - Location is perfect. It was very roomy. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Big balcony also (with city view and sunset view). If you want apartment next to the beach and very near the old town then thats it. Some mold in the bathroom, some tiles are loose from wall. Nothing big.
