As we mentioned to Sylvia, written instructions for the use of the heater and oven would be an advantage. Otherwise, perfect accommodation!
- Lukas (9/5): - A cozy little appartment just south of the town centre, perfect to explore Ravenna by foot. It's in a historic building but modern and comfortable. The support of Silvia was very friendly and fast whenever we needed anything. Given the apartment is brand new, there are some small things that still can be improved, but these are really details.

- Richard (9/5): Excellent accommodation in perfect location - Lovely little apartment with all required facilities in a great location just outside the old town pedestrian precinct. The host Silvia is fantastic and goes out of her way to help. It is probably the quietest flat we have ever stayed in which was great for us light sleepers. Ps there are no Ubers and taxis are few. We ended up walking to the station which is actually an easy flat 20 minutes walk away. As it’s a small older property the bed is against one wall making access on one side a bit awkward.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Silvia, die altijd bereikbaar was en zorgde dat het ons aan niets ontbrak. De entree van het appartementen complex is al prachtig en heeft zelfs een lift. De kamers zijn comfortabel en zeer stijlvol. De airco werkt perfect, is op nachtstand erg stil. Straatgeluiden dringen niet door in het appartement. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Wij komen graag terug! Alles was perfect

- Sylvain (9/5): Coquet studio idéalement situé pour visiter le centre de Ravenne. - Le studio est très bien situé, proche du centre de Ravenne à pied (10 minutes environ pour accéder à la place principale). Appartement propre, coquet, bien aménagé et confortable pour une petite surface (nous étions 3 adultes). Le petit immeuble où se trouvent les appartements est de beau style. Le parking gratuit situé à 150 mètres environ, est souvent complet. Possibilité de se stationner facilement dans la rue du studio, mais c’est payant en journée.

- Penelope (10/5): Exceptional - Noua Luxury Studio Apartments is a fantastic place to stay in Ravenna. My studio was a generous size, spotlessly clean, contemporary and chic. There was everything I needed for a great stay - a comfortable bed, a great shower and a handy kitchen area with stove, microwave and espresso machine. The apartment is in a wonderful location and all of the major attractions are within easy walking distance. The owner, Silvia, is a fabulous host. She was kind, extremely helpful, a great communicator and an all round lovely person. Exceptional accommodation which I highly recommend ✨️

The bed was comfortable and the storage facilities well arranged and adequate. Good use had been made of the available space to provide a pleasant, clean and relaxing environment . A lovingly renovated house, very tastefully furnished. We received a very warm welcome and were given an introduction to the city and its people, with an extensive list of recommendations. We just had the time to visit some of them (osteria, ristorante, lido a.s.o.) but we very pleased. A big “gracie mille” to the landlady Silvia! We would love to come back. We spent only few days.
