• Sanne (6/5): Ok if you plan to only use the apartment for sleeping - Good location. Easy to walk to the city centre within a decent time, though there are also bus stops available nearby. Close to grocery stores in case neccesary. Plenty of opportunities to get dinner nearby. Keys were easy to pick up and drop off. All facilities mentioned in the listing were available at the accomedation. Space wise it's fine if you just use this as a place to sleep and spend most of your time exploring the city. Appartment is very noisy. Drainage wasn't the best in the bathroom sink and bathtub. Water pressure in the kitchen was too much, though this could also be because of it being an older building. One of the matresses had a spring sticking out too much in the exact middle which made the bed difficult to sleep on. We had to buy our own washing liquid and sponges because they were not provided in order to wash our dishes. Toilet paper too. The gate and front door were very hard to open even with the keys provided. Hosts could be a little hard to get hold of sometimes but were friendly otherwise.
• Laura (7/5): Good! - Great value for money. Would definitely stay again if on a budget. Really good location and a comfortable stay. Nothing fancy but it’s great if you just need somewhere for a base. There wasn’t any duvet sheets but thankfully I had taken my own blanket. It was very basic decor but again, good value for money. It was a bit out of the way to get the keys but I was with a family member who isn’t that mobile so this was a little tricky. It’s about a 15 min walk out to collect and drop off. Also could have done with an extra loo roll as we only had the one and had to buy some! Some nice extras would be teabags, coffee etc.
• Thomas (2/5): Tolle Lage im nicht tollen Apartment - Lage Beim reinkommen hat das Zimmer stark nach Holzkohlerauch gerochen. Das lag am Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Lüften konnten wir also auch nicht. Generell hatte das Zimmer nicht viel mit der Beschreibung und den Fotos auf Booking zu tun. Keine Geschirrspülmaschine, keine Kaffeemaschine und undichte Fenster. Das Laminat war an mehreren Stellen aufgeplatzt. Der Couchbezug hatte Löcher, war dreckig und hatte Bettwanzen. Unsere Kinder waren komplett zerstochen. Trotz Meldung an den Vermieter haben wir keine Rückmeldung bekommen.

• Esther (9/5): Fantasticas vacaciones en família - Muy comodo y bien equipado. Ubicacion excelente Tiene una terraza muy grande que no està nada cuidada y es una pena. Una mañana nos vino a saludar un pequeño zorro
• Mylène- Benoît (5/5): bon emplacement - suffisant si vous ne restez pas trop dans l'appartement - L appartement n°2 est assez spacieux et il y a de la pression aux robinets et eau chaude. Il faut aller chercher la clé dans un magasin (+20 min à pied de la Gare de St Pancras) puis aller à l'appartement (15 min à pied) équipement cuisine suffisant. 1 lave linge - four plaque de cuisson - four micro onde, 1 grand frigo etc ..... placards bon état Fenêtre cuisine double vitrage côté cours Emplacement très proche de Camden Consignes Claires mais non traduites dans la langue du client. Pour 4 personnes 4 nuits : draps de matelas et 4 couettes une personne pour avec housse + 4 serviettes de bain + 1une petite + 1 tapis de bain +1 torchon en cuisine 1 rouleau de papier toilette et sac poubelle en arrivant beaucoup de rangement avec des grands miroirs Propreté limite - mobilier vétuste lampadaire cassé - télécommande tv sans piles - wifi ne fonctionnait pas Canapé petit usé et sale servant de lit d'appoint 2 personnes ; le lit de la chambre peu confortable à cause des ressorts Rue bruyante très tôt le matin / simple vitrage et cadres de fenêtres vétustes côté rue Manque isolation phonique et thermique.
• Amit (1/5): Not recommended at all. Dirty and waste of money - This property is waste of money. The property is worn off and should be repaired. 1 of the two showers didn't work. Toilets are sinks are dirty. The manager told us that we have to buy our won basic toiletries like toilet paper. Bedcovers had hairs from last stay and sofabed in the living room is really dirty. Pots in the kitchen are not clean, scratched. There was a pot in the oven full of dirty oil. Find another place to book your stay.
• Micheleine (1/5): Horrific waiting your response still BOOKING.COM - Nothing looked nothing like in pictures , left 5 mins after we went in were bitten by insects and had to go get emergency antihistamine . NO REFUND told by shop we were 3rd people to directly hand back keys No help from booking . Com ! Lost £500 did not get deposit back for 9 days yet we never stayed there . Couch was manky uncomfortable and needed fumigation we couldn’t stop scratching Was needing fumigated , one fan which was broken only faced the ceiling widow was open and in courtyard there was rubbish pilled up in 32 degrees heatwave . Booking.com advisor hung up !! Didn’t return call if we had no money we’d have been stranded with nowhere to go a vulnerable family ! Had to oay ££600 to stay at holiday inn

• Ahmed (6/5): Nice but can be better - Good location, well connected. Spaceous apartment. Good WiFi. It's mentioned in the description that luggage storage is available, without prior notice, it was not the case! Kitchen is not well equipped. Bit noisy neighborhood.
• Melissa (2/5): would not recommend - Not a lot I have found it hard to write such a bad review as I have never written a bad review before about a property we have stayed at. We arrived at the property and the boiler was not working with no hot water. We contacted the property who said someone would be around the following morning to look at this. The arrived at 3:30pm the following day. We had travelled a long distance to get to London and were not able to shower as there was no hot water. We went without hot water for 24 hours. I have contacted the property directly about this to discuss partial refund to which they have not responded to date nor escalated to their management as stated they would. Customer service is shocking. The kitchen plugs were taped over and extension cord on the floor. We could not make tea or toast as the plugs in the kitchen were not to be used. We were not informed of this and poses health and safety hazard. Very disappointing stay and property management have still not responded to my query.

• Lucalnd (7/5): Nice and comfortable but the apartment wasn't the one shown on the advert. - The space of the apartments and the furnitures. The apartment wasn't the one shown in the pics. When booked here on the app, the address shown and sent automatically to the cab connected with Booking wasn't the right one.
• Lucy (1/5): Disgusting. - Absolute horrendous property. Do NOT stay here. Metal springs through the mattress in several places. Lights hanging by wires from ceiling. Curtains too small. Cant be shut. Blinds all broken and faulty. Bulbs missing all over. Smoke alarms missing and patched over. Property filthy. Freezer frozen over. Bathroom has serious drain issues. Absolutely stinks of sewerage. Customer service shocking! The property also admitted the pictures they use for advertising the property aren’t the actual property. We checked out within half an hour of arriving due to the state of the place and the property would not issue a refund and said that’s our problem.
