- Gary (1/5): Oven like temperatures inside - Location, interior finishes, laundry, balcony, lots of room, Air conditioning did not work. The staff knew it had not worked for 3 weeks. I called many times that night and was ignored. I was not told this prior to renting. I had many choices of rooms w AC and definitely would not have rented if it had been disclosed.
