• Soloh (8/5): - Ce que j'apprécie particulièrement dans cet appartement, c'est son emplacement idéal ainsi que l'amabilité du personnel d'accueil. Ce qui me dérange, c'est le supplément de 50 DH par jour imposé pour l'utilisation d'un simple climatiseur dans le hall.

• Salim (4/5): - حجزنا من يوم 6 مايو وجاء السائق للمطار والتقينا به وقمنا بالاتصال على صاحبت الشقة ولم ترد علينا واتصل السائق الذي يعمل بوكن بصاحب الشقه ولم ترد وبعد ان بقينا في الشارع واتصلنا مرات ومرات لم ترد على الاتصال وبعد ساعتين ونصف جاوبت وقالت غدا ساتي إليكم مع الساعة 11 صباحا واستاجرنا غرفة في فندق وفي الصباح اخذتنا على الشقه وتبين انها مستأجرة وبقينا ننتظر رحيل المستأجرين وتنضيفها . تبين انها غرفتين فقط . فسالناها لماذا غرفتين مكتوب بالحجز ثلاث غرف . قالت ان بوكن يكتب معلومات خاطئة انا شقتي غرفتين . وقالت سوف استبدلها لكم بعد غد يعني يوم 8 مايو ولما اتصلنا بها قالت ان جدتي توفت وانا في مراسيم العزاء وفي يوم 12 مايو جائت إلينا واخذتنا الى شقه بعيده عن الأولى مع ثلاثة غرفة . بالنتيجة نحمل السيده معانات السكن والاختلاف في عدد الغرف وان تعيد إلينا جزء من المبلغ لأنها غدرت بنا . ناهيك على ان بقينا في البرد وفي الشوارع الى 12 بعد منتصف الليل . اسوء تجربة مرت بحياتنا . شكرا لبوكن لم يعجبني اي شي مما فعلته هذه السيده صاحبت الشقة

• fatiha (4/5): الشقة لا تستحق ثمن كرائها - مساحة الشقة جيدة.......المكان ايضا......نظافة المكان التواصل كان غير جيد بحيث توقف عند الاستقبال فقط....لم يوفرو لنا ما كنا نحتاج من لوازم النظافة الخاصة بالحمام مثل غسول اليدين....ورق الحمام لم يكن كافيا...ايضا ادوات المطبخ غير متوفرة ....و رغم اننا طلبنا منهم ذلك لم يستجب احد طلبنا

Souvent réveillé par les bruits du voisin au dessus. Manque d'ustensiles mais si besoin,il suffit de demander ils vous l'amènent dessuite.

Sécurité au max. Appartement propre et spacieux Bruit d'ascenseur et volets qui font un peu de bruit sinon ras. Pas de serviettes dans la sdb.

Appartement indisponible - Réservation faites , l'hôte m'envoie un message via booking la veille pour confirmer ma présence , je confirme , le lendemain je suis en route il m'appelle pour me demander a quelle heure j'arrive , je lui annonce 18h environ , vers 15h il me rappelle pour me dire que l'appartement n'est plus disponible !! Il me propose de m'envoyer un contacte a lui qui aurait des appartement a louer près de la corniche , je lui dit ok , je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelle ... Heureusement que j'ai pu trouver un hôtel en dernière minute !! Ce n' est pas la première expérience que j'ai comme celle si a Tanger , et l'autre appartement était aussi sur booking dailleur. Un conseil pour partir tranquille et être sûre d'avoir un logement à votre arrivé, prenez un hôtel . Le reste ce n' est pas sérieux . Il suffit qu une personne vienne en direct pour louer l'appartement soit plus cher soit plus longtemps que vous et vous n'avez plus d'appartements !!!

• Wespi (3/5): Hide and seek instead of residence - We stayed here for one night. The apartment is large, looks quite nice at first glance, and the price is reasonable. Unfortunately, that’s where most of the positives end. The adventure already started upon arrival: the address listed on the booking seems to belong to a workshop selling electrical equipment rather than the apartment. After some improvised detective work around the large residential block, we eventually managed to find the correct entrance. Inside, several things were either broken or missing. Two of the five chairs have broken backrests, the WiFi router doesn’t work because the cable has been cut, there is no remote control for the air conditioning, and the TV remote is also missing. Some windows don’t close properly, which is great if you enjoy a refreshing exchange with the outside temperature during the night. The kitchen looks like it may have hosted a minor Viking raid at some point, with several cabinet surfaces damaged. A drying rack had been explicitly confirmed beforehand but was nowhere to be found. The apartment is advertised for up to 4-6 people, yet there was exactly one towel available. A bold interpretation of shared resources. In the end, we couldn’t wash our clothes, couldn’t use the internet, couldn’t watch TV, and climate control remained a theoretical feature. So the main comforts one might expect from staying in an apartment were largely unavailable. Overall, the place has potential in terms of size and price, but the number of broken or missing essentials makes the stay unnecessarily frustrating. With proper maintenance and basic equipment this could be a decent place, but in its current condition we would not book this apartment again.
