• Robert (10/5): - A szállás kiváló helyen van, de pár kellemetlenség miatt javítani kell a dolgokon. A mosdóban a wc nincs rögzítve így folyton billegett. A mozgásérzékelő nagyon zavaró volt mind a kettő alkalomkor. A törölközők első itt tartózkodáskor koszosak voltak, kértünk cserét Rubentől aki igéretet tett a cserére de semmilyen változás nem történt másnap sem, nem Igazán foglalkozott az esettel! Első alkalommal 16 óra után tudtunk bejelentkezni mert a takarító még javában takarított.

Good aircon and shower. The unit had plenty of space and easy access. shops and food close by. Good general location and accessible to most of the attractions. The light in the hallway had sensor and stayed on for 10 secs at a time so it would continue to go on and off with little movement 24/7, Including the middle of the night. There was no way to turn it off and it was a really bright downlight. The curtains are very worn and need replacing. Very noisy area and yelling and issues happening in the street outside all night long. They have a coffee maker and you'd think they'd supply at least one pack of coffee.

• Matteo (10/5): Soggiornare a Malaga in una posizione ottima - Appartamento nuovissimo in pieno centro quindi con posizione ottima sia per visitare il centro che per i trasporti. L’appartamento è provvisto di tutti gli elettrodomestici e i letti sono molto comodi. Non esiste reception. Abbiamo effettuato il check-in online il giorno prima della partenza e prima dell’arrivo ci sono stati dati i codici per accedere al portone del palazzo ed alla porta dell’appartamento. Avevamo comunque un numero di contatto Whatsapp per ogni necessità (di cui per fortuna non abbiamo avuto bisogno). Può spaventare la cosa ma alla fine è stato semplicissimo e veloce.
• enrico (9/5): - Casa molto bella, in centro a Málaga, organizzata bene , pulitissima, check in semplice e chiaro.Non ho avuto a che fare con l’host che non ho né visto né sentito per telefono. Sulla struttura niente da dire, unico problema per chi ha la macchina è il parcheggio. Essendo in centro non ci sono parcheggi liberi e gratuiti in zona. Ci sono parcheggi sotterranei ma costano circa 40 euro per 24 ore.

Acces via code, ce qui était déterminant pour nous car nous avions une arrivée tardive par avion. Les fenetres de l appartement que nous avions donnent sur une entrée de parking. Meme si on est tres proche du centre, le quartier n est pas exceptionnel et on entend la circulation des quais meme avec les fenetres fermées, et c était bruyant le samedi soir. L accueil est entierement via mail, pas de contact humain.

The apartment is on the top floor so very quiet and we didn't hear any noise from the street or neighbours. It is modern, clean, well equipped and safe. We will definitely try and book this apartment again on our return to Malaga. It is one of the best we have booked through Booking.com and deserving of a 4 star rating. Nothing.

• Ravsan (10/5): - Die Wohnung von Rubén in Málaga ist wirklich traumhaft. Sie ist ideal für zwei Personen, bietet aber auch genug Platz für eine kleine Familie. Alles ist sehr bequem eingerichtet: ein schöner Bereich zum Frühstücken, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer und eine Ausstattung, die wirklich alles Notwendige abdeckt. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist die Lage. Man erreicht alles fußläufig: Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Tapasbars und auch die typischen spanischen „bodegas“ – also die Lokale, in denen man Wein trinkt und kleine Tapas genießt. Auch der berühmte zentrale Markt von Málaga, der „Mercado Central de Atarazanas“, ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und absolut empfehlenswert. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Bettwäsche war picobello sauber. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Handtücher hatten einen leichten Muffgeruch. Das ist nichts Dramatisches, aber ein Punkt, der sich leicht verbessern lässt, damit wirklich alles perfekt ist. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz direkt unter der Wohnung, den man in wenigen Schritten erreicht. Insgesamt ist es ein wunderschönes Apartment mit perfekter Lage, toller Ausstattung und hohem Komfort. Wir werden zu 100 % wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Rubén, für diese großartige Unterkunft.

• marloes (10/5): - Dit is echt een perfect appartement – absoluut een aanrader als je in Málaga verblijft! De ligging is fantastisch: je zit net aan de rand van het centrum, waardoor het heerlijk rustig is, maar je staat binnen vijf minuten midden in het bruisende hart van de stad. Het appartement zelf is licht, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden zijn erg comfortabel en alles voelt gewoon heel prettig aan. Ook de service was top. Toen we even problemen hadden met de deurcode, werd dit direct opgelost na contact met de eigenaar. Hij was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij zouden dit appartement zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken en raden het iedereen aan! Eigenlijk niets! Als we echt iets moeten noemen: een handdoekje in de keuken zou handig zijn. Maar dat valt totaal in het niet bij alle positieve punten. Het ontbreken van bagageopslag in het appartement zelf was voor ons geen probleem, omdat er op een paar minuten lopen een goede luggage storage zit.

• Jovita (9/5): Estancia céntrica y agradable - Es un apartamento cómodo y céntrico, tiene un parking cerca, aunque de pago. Nos gustó mucho nuestra estancia y los detalles de bienvenida. El alojamiento no está identificado con un nombre y nos costó un poco localizarlo. Llamamos y nos ayudaron dándonos indicaciones.
• Diana (9/5): - We had a great stay at this apartment. It was super clean and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The apartment fully met our expectations and had everything we might have needed during our stay. It was well equipped and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Overall, we really enjoyed time here and would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

• Silke (9/5): - Lage, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, Kommunikation mit Vermieter waren bestens. Jederzeit wieder! Uns hat gestört, dass es keine dünnen Gardinen als Sichtschutz gab, obwohl die Wohnung von zwei Seiten einsehbar ist. Der Bewegungsmelder im Eingang ist wenig sinnvoll, da er bei den kleinsten Bewegungen in Küche oder Wohnzimmer mit einem Klicken anspringt se.

• E.J. Krupe (9/5): Een hele fijne plek om Malaga te ontdekken - Het nieuwe en moderne appartement lag zeer centraal in Malaga, op loopafstand van alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden. Een prima douche, keuken met alles erop en eraan en een heerlijk bed.
