• Mamadou cire (10/5): Rien à ajouter si ce n'ai que j'ai passer un excellent séjour - Le propriétaire était vraiment adorable et actif tout en répondant à mes besoins H 24, franchement je vous le recommande avec des places de parking sécurisé et très proche des commerces, c'est vraiment top J'ai rien de mauvais à signaler, j'ai passer un bon sejour avec ma famille

• Manuela (7/5): - Schön groß und gut eingerichtet mit Couch und Fernseher. Großer Supermarkt in der Nähe und kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Die Gegend ist nicht sehr schön und es hätte alles sauberer sein dürfen, vor allem das Bad und die Küche.

• Abderrahim (9/5): Bon potentiel a développer... - Ayoub est très réceptif et l'accueil c'est fait a distance et c'est très facile pour rentrer dans l'appartement, le quartier est populaire idéal pour faire des courses ou manger , et a dix minutes en taxi de la gare et du centre ville, l'appartement est vaste et confortable...je n'ai pas utilisé la cuisine car jai manger dehors,le lit est confortable et la douche bien chaude et le quartier est calme la nuit et vivant la journée..une grande tv avec des applications tv .....bref j'ai passé un très bon séjour... Merci Ayoub,a une prochaine fois inch'Allah... Si il améliore l'endroit dans tout les sens du terme ca pourrait être encore plus top ...ont n'en n'a parlé donc c'est a lui de faire ce qui est nécessaire pour que ce nid reste douillet....

• Bibbic (8/5): Good stay - A beautiful living room with a large TV. The kitchen has everything you need, but there could also be a kettle. Everything you need in the bathroom, the only thing missing was a shower curtain. If it's windy outside, lower the outer metal rib curtains all the way when you sleep so that they don't make any noise. When coming by car, the location is good, but the car had to be parked a few houses away.

• mostapha (1/5): Déception - Le canapé du séjour confortable. La vétusté (robinetterie douche rouillée, frigo odorant et rouille, placard vaisselle sentant l'humidité,...) L'emplacement de l'appartement loin de la plage et quartier trop populaire. L'annonce,les commentaires et les quelques photos laissaient attendre un appartement plus propre et mieux situé.

Non abbiamo avuto bisogno di altro , anche se c era la cucina nel caso avessimo avuto bisogno di cucinare ed era presente la lavatrice in caso fosse servita . Andato tutto bene , l host ci ha guidato e dato tutte le indicazioni per giungere nell appartamento senza alcuna difficoltà . Nel caso non fosse scritto nella presentazione , vi sono due piani a piedi da fare ., si fanno bene perché la scalinata è larga e i gradini non troppo alti, ma nel caso qualcuno avesse difficoltà , potrebbe rappresentare un ostacolo Anche se presenti delle ciabatte per la doccia , si scivolava comunque e dunque io ho rinunciato per evitare di infortunarmi . Consiglio di mettere un tappetino con le ventose . Consiglio anche di lasciare un rotolo di carta igienica non iniziato , poiché eravamo in 4.

Not in vicinity of main centre, but within short distance and close to numerous amenities.. shops restaurants easy access for taxi! Bathroom needs a little attention. Clogged shower, loose toilet, tired overall.. little TLC would bring this place to life.

• Samia (2/5): Un bel espace de vie mais qui manque de confort et dont les commodités sont à améliorer. - Un appartement spacieux Équipement en ventilateur n’est pas suffisant (un ventilateur pour deux chambres et un salon) Manque de confort du canapé et des literies Pas assez de serviettes de bain au vu du nombre de personnes (2 serviettes de bain pour 4) Pas de notice pour l’utilisation de la télévision Des parties communes dont l’entretien n’est pas assuré (présence de cafards morts dans la cage d’escalier)

• Somaya (8/5): - L hôte s est montré parfait. Il a été très agréable et nous a grandement facilité notre séjour. Nous avons trouvé rapidement le logement grâce à ses indications. Le logement est très propre spacieux et bien décoré. Il y a beaucoup de petits restaurants en bas pour manger.

• Sulaiman (10/5): best stat in mohammedia - the accommodation was great and very clean the only thing I needed was a fan which I am used to it while sleeping so I bought one for myself and after I finish my stay I took my friend with me so I request the flat owner to keep one fan at least at the accommodation for the convenience of the customer other than that everything was perfect I like the communication by the owner since I booked the accommendation till I left and I appreciate his kindness

• Ammar (9/5): Great value for money, good experience - Very welcoming staff, professional, the is as described, clean and spacious and has good facilities, double door for extra security. The stairs and the building in overall is dirty, luckily the apartment is not.

• Abdul (1/5): Horrible Scary Scammer Beware! - Well the apartment was enough for us. So we liked the size of it. We stayed there for 2 days. On our day of check-out we left early than 12pm. But since we had to pay, i have to return back along my wife. When i reached the apartment suprisingly i found the owner of the house along another man waiting for us. When we entered the apartment, the owner was rude and was arguing with my wife. I tried to speak with him in english, he told me am in his country and i should speak in Arabic. That was a rascit comment. Then he kept arguing with my wife who is a morrocan until she cried and shouted at him and she went to windows and shouted. He locked the apartment and forced us to pay him 15€ ( 150 MAD ) as a cleaning fee. City tax of 12€ was seprate. I recorded the video so do my wife recorded the whole conversation of him arguing with us. Basically we were scammed. Moreover there is no Elevator in the building, its very old building in a dirty neighbourhood called RAWDAH. furthermore this guy kept asking my wife id card. Also he took my passport and german id card as well as marriage certificate. This was something strange provided no one else ever asked me for these documents although i stayed in two apartments in Park in Mohammedia plus many other apartments in Saudi. He even called me a day before our check-out and talked to my wife in rude way and told her am seeing everything. ( he placed a Motion-sensor camera at the main door of the apartment) invading peoples privacy!!! You can see in the photo he is holding the keys of the apartment and my wife standing at the door which he opened after we paid him a total of 15€ + 12€ = 27 euros. 15€ he scammed us saying its a cleaning maid fee! This was the worst nightmare of my life. We recently got married and had to face this horror. I wish i can upload the video where my wife was crying and shouting and also the voice clips. I can provide all the evidences from video and voice clips to whatsapp chat with this guy. Save yourself and your family and your trip from this nightmare.
• Terezie (8/5): Good value for the money we have paid, we had a nice stay there. Thank you! - Plenty of space, perfect for 2-3 people, well equipped apartment. Economic, good value for the money we have paid. The hallway to the apartment looks quite dirty, which had us worried when we entered the building. The mattresses are not very comfortable and the bedsheet material as well. I would have liked the bathroom to be cleaner.
