• Alvydas (9/5): - Lokacija buvo puiki, pačiame miesto centre. Patogumai kambaryje taip pat buvo geri. Vos 2min. pėsčiomis iki paplūdimio, iki maisto parduotuvių - 5min. Buvome rezervavę abi studijas. Viena iš jų buvo pilnai įrengta kaip butas (su virtuve), kitoje buvo tik gėrimų šaldytuvas ir arbatinukas su kavos aparatu.. Švarūs ir gražūs vonios kambariai. Pritrūko švaros. Grindys nebuvo valytos ir valomos

Op 300 m is een betaalde parking waar je je auto veilig kan laten staan. De gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk geen fysiek contact maar alles wordt goed uitgelegd via whatsapp. Een aanrader Niets

Prasta garso izoliacija nuo kaimyninių durų, reiktų sutepti vyrius, nes labai girgžda ir uždėti gumas ant durų.
• Daiva (10/5): - Modernus ir labai gražus kambarys įėjus tikrai maloniai nuteikia norisi įsiamžinti. Radom dsugiai nei tikėjomis apie viską pagalvota. Lokacija tobula! Iš stoties autobusų pasiekiama pėsčiomis ir prie pat jūros, visos parduotuvės ir restoranai vietoje. Labai REKOMENDUOJU.

La stanza è ampia e confortevole e rilassante, doccia spaziosa. La porta del bagno è trasparente, dunque consigliato per persone con consolidata intimità. La proprietaria è disponibile ed esaustiva. Consigliatissimo.

Kousek od ubytování je také moře, což se určitě hodí. Moc se nám líbilo celkové řešení bytu. Prostor působil větším dojmem a bylo tam vše, co jsme potřebovaly.

Stefania, l'host, gentilissima e super disponibile, super consigliato!

• Tatiana (10/5): Zeer modern en hygiënisch verblijf op een toplocatie - Het verblijf is perfect gelegen in het midden van het centrum, op wandel afstand van het station.
• Corina (10/5): Great place to stay in Pescara - Great location, right in the city centre, 10 minutes to train station and 3 minutes to the beach. The room was very clean, had comfortable bed and pillows, a coffee machine and complimentary water bottles in the minibar. The host was very nice, check-in and check-out went seamless. Not an issue for me as a solo traveller, but the room I was in had a glass wall for the entire bathroom, something to keep in mind if you travel with friends. :)

• federica (7/5): - Posizione centralissima, comoda per girare a piedi. I ristoranti nella zona sono tutti ottimi. Avevo chiesto alla proprietaria di trovare una bottiglia di spumante in camera, che ovviamente ho pagato. All'arrivo la bottiglia c'era, ma era nel frigo che però era spento, quindi la bottiglia era calda, il che mi ha generato un po' di disappunto. Comunque la responsabile ha risolto abbastanza velocemente fornendomi del ghiaccio in busta. Una cosa che non abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è stato il bagno completamente in trasparenza, che non assicurava molta privacy.

• Alexandru Mavrodineanu (8/5): - Near the city center and the host was very responsive. Even if we discussed with the owner to warm the rooms, it was still cold inside the windows. Due to this I don't recommend by winter to book these rooms.
• Irina Alexandra (1/5): I don’t recommend!! - We booked this apartment on the day of check-in, about one hour before arrival. Upon entering, we found the apartment cold. The only heating was via the air conditioner, which was not working and was blowing cold air. It also had a very unpleasant smell, indicating it had not been cleaned for a long time. The apartment was poorly maintained, with dirty and scratched walls. Although centrally located, it was extremely noisy due to poor-quality windows that did not close properly, allowing outside noise to be heard clearly. We stayed for about 20 minutes, informed the owner about the issue, and were told it had worked earlier that day. As a result, we left and booked a hotel nearby. Despite not staying in the apartment and leaving due to the poor conditions, our refund request was refused.

I really liked the interior design of the room. - I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the sea, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. There was a coffee machine, snacks, and drinks in the minibar. The variety of bathroom amenities was excellent—there was even a hair straightener. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious, bright, and pleasant. The only downside was that the bathroom had transparent black glass, so the inside was visible. Our room was cleaned every day, and overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The studio had everything you could need (slippers, toothbrushes, toiletries, hair dryer, clothes steamer, coffee) and it was very cozy and stylish. The host was very nice and helpful. Our host was exceptional—responsive, friendly, and always available to answer any questions. They provided excellent suggestions for local restaurants and attractions, which greatly enhanced our experience. Their recommendations led us to some fantastic dining spots that we might not have discovered otherwise. The location of the room was ideal, just a short walk from the beautiful Pescara beach. It was wonderful to have such easy access to the sea, and there were numerous great restaurants and cafes nearby, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, my stay in Pescara was made unforgettable by this wonderful accommodation and the superb hospitality of the host. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and modern room in a prime location with an outstanding host. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Pescara!
