• Alexander (10/5): - Cozy flat in good location. Great balcony and fantastic host.
• Helen (6/5): - Good location, nice building and was relatively cheap. The kitchen is well equipped. To be clear, It is someones home, it's not a professional let. Because of this it feels like staying at a friend's place rather than paying for a holiday rental - his stuff is still there. We were travelling with a toddler and had to move things like an open alcoholic spirits bottle, and an open cold sore cream tube, out of reach. The coffee table is just a sheet of glass balanced on two breeze blocks - not safe for a toddler.
• Bettina (5/5): Ich würde dort nicht nochmal buchen. - Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur: 1. einen Kaffeelöffel 2. zwei Gabeln 3. Kaffeetassen die nicht unter die Maschine passen 4. Bad sehr, sehr klein! Man kann sich nicht einmal waschen 5. halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier Nicht sehr sauber, dafür teuer.

• Dirk-Gary (3/5): Es reicht, um sich 2-3 Tage Kopenhagen anzusehen. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt allerdings nicht. - Zentrale Lage Ein Bad war praktisch nicht vorhanden, nur eine Toilette, auf der man auch hätte duschen können, theoretisch. Darüber hinaus war die Ausstattung mit Geschirr / Besteck sehr schlecht.

• Steffen (7/5): - Problemloses Check in. Die Unterkunft ist eine geräumige 2-Zimmer- Altbauwohnung mit guter Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung, die vom Besitzer offensichtlich selbst bewohnt und gelegentlich vermietet wird. Das Badezimmer ist mit seinen 1,5 qm schon sehr speziell, sich zu waschen ist dort nicht möglich. Für die vielgelobte Kaffeemaschine fand sich leider kein Kaffee in der Unterkunft. Wenn man mit dem Pkw anreist, sollte einem bewusst sein, dass das Parken in der Umgebung zwar prinzipiell möglich, aber sehr kostenintensiv ist (die Parkgebühren sind nirgendwo angegeben, sondern lassen sich nur über easypark ermitteln.
• Elli (5/5): Not clean enough for the price it has - The place had a nice kitchen and a bbq to use and a huge tv, the beds and couch were also nice. The location is not super central but at least irbid close to tram so one does not have to walk every day a lot before they get to see the city. The staff did respond fast when we had an issue and called them. The place was not super clean when we went. The beds, towels etc were clean, but the floor was not, there were cigarette buds at the balcony and left over cigarets. While we were there the bathroom drain became stuck and since the bathroom is tiny and one united space this flooded the whole bathroom. Also there was a piece of pork in the freezer and because probably accidentally during cleaning someone knocked out the plug of the fridge the pork had gone bad and it smelled very bad. We cleaned everything ourselves except the drain in the bathroom that we called the host. We had tried to ask for help via booking.com to the host but they only responded the next morning when we had called and also texted them on the phone. We were also told that we could leave our luggage there earlier when the cleaning would be over, and that they would text to let us know we can go. They never texted us thought and clearly the cleaning had been done for a long time because when we got there the kitchen smelled bad from the bad pork in the freezer so clearly nobody had been there in many hours and we just waited for the message for nothing. Overall after the host cleaned the drain it worked waaay better so it is clear the drain also was not cleaned before we arrived. This all would be more acceptable if the place was cheaper
• Viciana (8/5): - L'accueil et les commodités. Appartement bien équipé Le couchage pour la 3ème personne n'est pas idéal. La petite salle de bain nécessite un.temps pour s'adapter mais au final elle fonctionne bien.

• Amy (9/5): Nice Apartment in Quiet & Cute Neighborhood - Gustav was very, very nice and allowed us to check-in early after a long flight with our little 2 year old and also to check-out late on our last day. He even bought our kid a little mattress to put on the floor next to the bed for our stay! The location was not central, but in a very cute neighborhood and easy to walk around and also to get the metro/train. I would definitely stay there again! The bathroom was as described, shower/toilet/sink all with the same floor which was a bit uncomfortable. But the shower pressure was good and the water was hot so we made it work!

• Dániel (9/5): Superb - Perfectly matched the pictures, Gustav is very friendly and helpful. It was very well equipped aswell The bathroom maybe. Exhaust fan would be helpful
• Boonyarit (9/5): Superb - Near Nordhavn station and Ostebro with a lot of restaurant. Spacious space for work or gathering. The bathroom is really small but understandable as it is located in the old building.
• Margareta (7/5): Good - The apartment is comfortable in an old building with a historical feel. The bathroom is very small with the shower attached to the sink, uncomfortable to use...and cutlery is missing.

• Christian (7/5): Nice apartment and easy to reach from public stransports - The apartment is very nice and there’s everything one might need during a holiday trip: bbq, big kitchen, huge tv screen in the living room, speakers, and so on… I also liked the fact it is close to the Nordhavn station and very easy to reach from there. Smooth check-in with passcode to collect the key, so no need to arrange a meeting with the owner. The bathroom is a bit too small with shower and sink and WC all together in the very same spot.
