I didn’t have breakfast both days as they said they have to bring from somewhere and it’s available after 8am only. Couldn’t give breakfast parcel either. • Damodaran (3/5): - I recently stayed one night at Treebo Airsuite Airport Hotel, Cochin Airport, and the experience was quite disappointing. The ground floor rooms had visible dampness and mould, so I had to request a change. The first-floor room, though slightly better, still had an unpleasant odour and sticky floors. The bathroom and toilet facilities were below average, and the bed sheet and quilt appeared used. Only one old towel was provided for the stay. Although the price was reasonable, the overall cleanliness and maintenance were poor. Breakfast was included in the room rate but was never served. The staff were unhelpful and showed little sense of responsibility toward guests. Overall, this hotel fails to meet even basic hospitality standards, and I would not recommend it to others. .

• Mp (1/5): - "I had a very bad experience at Treebo Airsuite Hotel, especially for the price of ₹1600 per night. The hygiene and service were unacceptable. The shower gel and hand wash were diluted with water, which is unhygienic and unsafe. The face towel had yellow stains, showing very poor cleaning standards. The floors were extremely slippery with some kind of chemical, making it unsafe to walk. On top of that, the room smelled very bad throughout the stay, which made it very uncomfortable. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the overall service was far below even basic expectations. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone."

• NINS (2/5): Disappointed and unpleasant stay - Location Reception staff - Unhelpful and rude. 45 mins to check in for 2 rooms. Awful I booked for 2 room. We went to use one room and other room was dirty, I went to reception and informed.Asked him to clean and drop the key once room is clean. Never happened. Very unpleasant stay.
