• Dominika (10/5): - Všeč mi je bila lokacija, ob nastanitvi je avtobusno postajališče s katerega neprestano vozijo avtobusi. Prav tako je blizu tudi tramvaj. Sicer pa tudi peš ni prav daleč do centra. V bližini nastanitve je veliko trgovin, gostiln, kavarn... Kuhinja je super, (čeprav je deljena) v njej je mikrovalovna pečica in hladilnik, prav tako tudi kopalnica, ki je bila zmeraj očiščena. Vidi se da lastnica lepo skrbi za nastanitev😁🫶🏻. Počutila sva se super, gostiteljica je zelo prijazna in pripravljena pomagat. Z veseljem se vrneva, če naju pot še kdaj zanese v Valencijo. Priporočam!

• VICTOR (7/5): Si necesitas una parada rápida - Lo que más me gustó es poder tener la opción de coger bicicleta, lo que hace más fácil moverse. La comunicación con la casera fue muy buena. Al final es un sitio con habitaciones con otra gente pegada, si hacen ruido, no duermes bien. Creo que el precio-calidad es alto.. aunque en esta zona es lo que hay tristemente.

• David (1/5): nightmare, stay away - Almost nothing. When I first went to see it, it was a huge ground-floor apartment, and for what I'd spent (we only had to stay one night because of the 5am flight), it was an excellent solution. Then it turned out to be something completely different... After an hour of being there, I heard a knock, and we discovered that 2/3 other people were staying there. My girlfriend and I hate shared apartments/hotels because of privacy, security, etc., and this was absolutely not specified. Also, the dirt around, the musty smell, and when we wanted to rest for a moment in our room, two huge cockroaches jumped out from under the bed. We decided to wait for a taxi at the bus stop for a few hours and never set foot in there again. Keep your eyes peeled in the neighborhood because it's not a nice neighborhood, very dangerous. Also, the next day they messaged me on WhatsApp saying they couldn't find the keys I had left on the table. Luckily, as is my usual practice, I had taken a video of when we left and where the keys were, and they apologized after 20 seconds of watching the video, saying they had found them in the garbage. 😂 If I could put a zero stars, I would.

• Danilo (5/5): Troppo caro per quello che offre - L’host é stata molto cordiale e veniva a pulire le zone comuni tutti i giorni. Praticamente non era un’appartamento ma solo una stanza con nient’altro che un letto, senza una tv un divano o altro. La “cucina” era in comune ma abbastanza inutile in quanto non disponeva di nessun fornello ma solo di un micronde e una macchina del caffè. Il bagno anche quello in comune condiviso fra tre stanze e quindi spesso occupato. La stanza aveva solo una finestra che però dava su una corte interna di 2 m^2 molto claustrofobica e non disponeva nemmeno di una zanzariera. Inoltre tutto l’appartamento mi sembrava ricavato con mura di cartongesso quindi si sentiva tutto fra le stanze.

• Anda Roxana (10/5): Ottimo - Posizione ottima con fermata dei bus davanti alla struttura, appartamento comodo con angolo cucina, macchinetta del caffè, frigo, microonde. Doccia pulita e dotazione di asciugamani, asciugacapelli, bagnoschiuma, shampoo. Ottimo per riposare anche la camera pulita e comoda, raccomando il soggiorno in questa struttura.

• Malgorzata (5/5): - Lokalizacja Niestety pokój był okropny.Przede wszystkim nie miał okna!! Nie było dopływu świeżego powietrza ,było duszno i gorąco. Pokój był mały,bez stołu,z jednym krzesłem i wieszakami zamiast szafy. W wyposażeniu był wiatrak ,który nie umilał przebywania w tym pomieszczeniu. Była też mała komoda i szafka nocna. Gdybym wynajęła pokój na jedną dobę lub dwie mogłabym zaakceptować te warunki. Ja jednak przebywałam tam 7 dni i z przykrością stwierdzam ,ze pomyliłam się w wyborze.

Había un ventilador, teníamos una nevera propia y bastante espacio, el alojamiento era muy tranquilo. Habían unas toallas, había cocina para calentar el agua. Había un aseo pequeño, bastante limpio. Me faltaba una ventana de verdad, pero durmiendo dos noches se estaba bien. Relación calidad-precio. En general, lo recomiendo.

• Сергей (6/5): Непогана кімната у Валенсії за відповідною ціною - Зручне розташування, поруч знаходяться магазини, кав'ярні, автобусна зупинка EMT. На кухні є необхідна техніка для приготування їжі (гриль) та холодильник. В наявності багато посуду для їжі, є розкладний стіл та 2 стільці. Була можливість швидко орендувати велосипеди. Кімната облаштована вентилятором, чиста постіль, рушники. Кожного дня на кухні виконується прибирання та винос сміття, дякуємо господарям! Спільний рушник для ніг у ванній кімнаті для 3 апартаментів був брудний та мав неприємний запах. Неприємний запах у ванній кімнаті та неможливість провітрити кімнату (вікно кімнати виходить всередину в стіну).
• Suso (10/5): Great! - I felt super comfortable during my stay. The room was cozy, spotless, and the bed… honestly one of the comfiest I’ve slept in — way above expectations. The kitchen and fridge had everything I needed. I was also lucky to share the place with amazing people — great atmosphere. Irlanda was super attentive and made sure everything was perfect. An excellent stay — I’m already looking forward to coming back to Valencia and Blue House!
• pedro (5/5): PIENSALO BIEN, NO TE DEJES LLEVAR POR LA DESESPERACIÓN, LO BARATO SALE CARO - No entraré en detalle de mi accidentada llegada al sitio, aunque debo agradecer el personal de Booking por haber mediado con el propietario. contrario a lo que dice el anuncio el lugar (al menos la habitación que me dieron NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO, apenas un ventilador (no se si las otras dos habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado) el baño (uno solo para tres habitaciones) tiene un extraño olor permanentemente. Si vas a ir con la familia y vas a ocupar las tres habitaciones puede funcionarte, de lo contrario no lo recomiendo El lugar es simple, el baño huele mal (no es olor a excremento ni nada por el estilo) simplemente tiene un extraño olor que no logré identificar. No puedo hablar de la cocina o de las otras habitaciones porque no las usé. Es un local comercial a pie de calle en una avenida de alto transito de vehículos, acondicionado como apartamento para alquilar habitaciones por separado, tiene autobús cerca, pero en realidad el sitio no me agradó, sin contar que además la propietaria amenazó con ir a recibirme con la policía, ya que le dije que iba a llegar después de las 18 horas (6pm), pero un cambio en mi agenda, me hizo llegar antes, y la propietaria me respondió que "no era su problema" que ella se había ido porque yo le dije otra hora. La propietaria se sintió agredida porque le dije que "COMO PRESTADORA DE SERVICIO ERA CUANDO MENOS IRRESPONSABLE" y la conversación tomó un cariz bastante hostil, por lo que pedí el rembolso a lo cual también se negó. Al final el personal de Booking hizo una intermediación y pude dejar mis pertenencias en el sitio. ESPERO QUE LA PROPIETARIA TOME ESTO COMO UNA CRITICA ORIENTADA A MEJORAR EL SERVICIO, Y LE DESEO MUCHO EXITO EN SU EMPRENDIMIENTO (IDENTIFICA EL OLOR DEL BAÑO Y CORRIGELO POR FAVOR)

En nuestra habitación había un comedor y una nevera aparte. La ubicación es muy conveniente. La anfitriona es hospitalaria y agradable. Las ventanas de tu habitación daban a un pozo. Los vecinos de arriba hablaban muy alto por la noche.

• Zeng (4/5): Not ideal at all, super uncomfortable with the bathroom, kitchen and the dark bedroom - The personal was super helpful and friendly. The bed was extremely cozy and comfortable. The equipment in the room and in the shared space was so unideal. The light was dark, no other spaces for putting stuff in the room and in the bathroom. The facilitates and kitchen in the bathroom was so bad. Everything was the cheapest option. The photos online look much better than what reality shows. That difference was what most disappointed me.
• Tornike (7/5): Room with Issues, But Clean Apartment - The apartment is neat and clean. The bus stop to the city center is literally in front of the apartment. The tram station is also very close. The room has a window, but it looks out onto a wall. If you experience claustrophobia, this might not be the place for you. The apartment is on the ground floor, next to the street, so it can get noisy.

Esto hace que se sientan todos los ruidos incluso conversaciones del piso superior. La ubicación no es muy linda porque queda en una avenida con mucho tránsito y estaba bastante lejos de la playa, alrededor de 40 minutos

• Daniella (10/5): Amabilidade em Valencia - Geovanna super atenciosa me ajudou muito sem demora em responder. a luz do quarto funciona com sensor de movimento e esta mal regulado. Tive que usar máscara para dormir... E a primeira vez deu muito medo porque pensei que alguém tinha entrado, mas não. De resto tudo perfeito. Super limpo e organizado.
• Aniela (8/5): - Fajny stosunek jakości do ceny, całkiem fajna lokalizacja, dużo knajpek dookoła. Pokój duży, kuchnia i łazienka w porządku. Kontakt z właścicielką mega fajny, szybkie odpowiedzi. Zameldowanie też bezproblemowe, nawet późno wieczorem. Na minus: w łazience unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach. Plus poduszki na łóżku były wyjątkowo małe.
• Zsolt (8/5): Affordable bed and (self made) breakfast - The accommodation is a ground floor flat, feels like it used to be a shop or something. It offers shared bathroom, but there are only three rooms all together, so it's not a big deal. There's a fully equipped kitchen, which offers big comfort. The bus to the old town and the tram to the beach stops right in front of the apartment. The owner lady herself came every day to clean up everything. It's not a luxury apartment, for this price it's a Ritz. Our room was pretty cold even outside was nice weather, but we had an electric heater in the room so it wasn't a problem at all. Time to time we had to wait for the bathroom, but it wasn't any big deal. The place is not in the center, but the bus stops just in front of the door.

Toallas bien y cama bastante cómoda El baño está bien pero cuando te duchas, debes tener cuidado de que el agua no se salga moje todo el baño porque el soporte de la ducha está en una mala posición. No permite ducharse cómodamente. El cuarto no tiene ventana blackout ni persianas, por lo que la claridad ingresa de lleno en cuanto amanece. Y quizás lo más incómodo, el ruido de los apartamento de arriba. Se oye cada cosa! Al tener una especie de patio interno el eco es constante.

• Grasso (7/5): Buono - La struttura si trova a 15 minuti dal centro di valencia ed é possibile arrivarci tramite i mezzi di trasporto senza difficoltà. Nel complesso l'alloggio non é male le camere hanno lo stretto necessario e sono pulite. La signora é stata gentilissima e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Sarebbe un po da migliorare la manutenzione.
