Très bien situé avec un centre commercial au pied de l’hôtel avec un grand choix de restaurants. Xiamen est une ville très agréable à vivre. Le petit déjeuner reste moyen.

• 璧瑜 (5/5): - 飯店鄰近地鐵站，交通相當便利，房間空間寬敞舒適，整體入住體驗不錯，工作人員也非常親切有禮。唯一比較可惜的是，雖然訂房時標示為「含早餐」，但實際僅部分入住人員享有早餐，讓人感到些許遺憾。若未來能在訂房資訊上更加清楚說明，相信會讓整體體驗更加完善。 此次訂房為6位成人，當時選擇的房價標示為「含早餐」，但在入住時，工作人員卻告知只有3位有附早餐，其他3位若需享用早餐必須額外加價。過去我們所選擇的「含早餐」房價，一向是全體入住人員皆包含早餐，因此這次的安排讓人感到相當困惑與失望。若事先明確標示僅部分人員含早餐，我們會選擇不含早餐的房價方案，避免不必要的誤會與加價支出。希望未來在訂房資訊上能更清楚說明，以保障消費者的知情權與權益。

• Kelvin (7/5): Good for a budget stay. Clean and spacious apartment with average breakfast. Facilities are old and dated but the gym is - Great location next to a big shopping mall. Apartment itself is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was average with less selection than a hotel but good for the price. Gym was ok with enough equipment for a workout. They don’t expect you to cook as they only provided one pot. No dishwasher or clean utensils supplied. Facilities are quite old and dated but usable.

We Were 3 families with kids with us. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Andrew at reception, whose kindness and genuine care truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was seamless and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. His friendly attitude and helpful recommendations made a real difference and set the tone for a wonderful experience. The rooms was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, and the hotel amenities were excellent. Whether it was the delicious breakfast, the spotless common areas, or the efficient housekeeping, everything was top-notch. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thanks to Andrew and the rest of the amazing team, we look forward to returning on my next trip!
• Renatto (5/5): I stayed there only for the washing machine in the room - The washing machine in the room, the best thing of this accommodation. People at the front desk and the lady cleaning the room were nice to me and were very helpful. The only reason I stayed at the hotel is for the convenience of having a washing machine in the room, for long trips having a washing machine helps a lot, besides that nothing special about this place. The room was clean, but other facilities not at all, the gym total messy, not clean, lacks measures to keep it cleaned and sanitized. Also at the restaurant the tables were sticky. The staff in the gym and the restaurant very unprofessional and unfriendly, super basic breakfast. The toilet/lockers in the gym swimming pool super basic, not even soap or towels. If you are for a short stay, you can find way better options for a similar price.

There is a washing machine cum dryer in the apartment but the laundry took multiple rounds of drying before the clothes were completely dried. Water speed in the shower was a little slow.

• Sotiris (8/5): Good Location, no English Speakers no Good Breakfast - The location of the hotel was very good, our flat was big and clean and it was next to a big shopping centre with a lot of restaurants and cafes. Unfortunately, no one could speak English so they could help us. The breakfast was awful, not English and Irish, as they mentioned in the details. The bed wasn't comfortable, it wasn't smooth, it was like laying on stone.

I have to commend the staff who were very friendly and helpful especially the security manager, Jack Zhao. He has been very helpful when we checked out to get our transport to the airport. He helped with the luggages, tried to find our driver (who was lost) and also helped to communicate with the driver to get to the correct location. The location wasa bit off. There were a couple malls right by the place but most of the touristy spots are quite far from the hotel. Also, i thought having the washing machine and the dryer in the bedroom was super weird, it made a lot of noise when using and I couldn't sleep well. So we were unable to wash or dry our clothes during bedtime...

The unit was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable While everything was great except the centralized heating was set too high, making the room uncomfortably warm. Since we couldn’t adjust the temperature, it affected the overall comfort of our experience. It would be better l to provide guests with the ability to control the room temperature, as comfort levels can differ from person to person.

Spacious apartment with good furnishing and nice tea making set provided but note the chinese teas provided are chargeable, so BYO. Breakfast has good variety of chinese food and some changes daily. Location a little far from the main attractions but there is easy access to metro or ride hailing. There is a big shopping mall across the road.

• Adrian (6/5): Pleasant - Location to airport My wife fell on a slippery floor where the cleaner didn't display wet floor after moping the floor while she walked to washroom after breakfast at level 7, she had a bad fall which could be prevented, luckily my parents who are in their Eighties didn't go to washroom, if not it'd have been a more disastrous results. The bathroom floor wasn't probably clean and one could feel the uncomfortable sticky feel when one took a shower. The shower water pressure is low and hot water wasn't really hot despite turning to maximum. We checked in a 3-bedroom apartment for 6 pax, they only provided 4 sets of toiletries, breakfast was simple without much choices for foreign travellers.
