• Gary (10/5): - Very chic apartment,, very clean, very well equipped and very well positioned, a 10 minute stroll to Beale St and 15-20 to Sun Records. We had to alter itinerary at short notice and Robert couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful Nothing to dislike

• Darwin (8/5): Reliable, comfortable place, don’t let the entry throw you. - Great room, location, cost. Outstanding bed! Stairwell and lobby are a bit sketchy, has slight feel of abandonment, with a dozen realtor lockboxes, busted PO Boxes and concrete floors.

• Antoinette (9/5): Spacious Memphis stay close to all - Spacious bright and very comfortable apartment short walk from Beale St. plenty of amenities and host was very responsive. Parking garage around the corner, which was included, was super convenient.
• MaryAnn (9/5): Comfy home base in downtown Memphis - This was a very stylish apartment in a historic building. Very comfy and with everything we needed. Thanks for having a Britta filter for drinking water. Took me a while to figure out the Keurig coffee maker.
• Erin (10/5): Great location, immaculate and spacious apartment - Location to Beale Street was great, far enough away so it wasn’t too loud but close enough to walk. Bob, the owner gave us great recommendations as well and replied very quickly. Apartment was immaculate and we loved that we could do a wash whilst there. Nothing, it was great!

• Karen (8/5): Great little apartment, perfect location, just a little difficult to actually access the apartment - The location was perfect and the free parking The drop off and getting up to the apartment. Trying to find a park close to drop off bags was hard. We eventually got a park after driving up and down. Then getting into the first door with a code then getting the key for the second door then a code to get into the apartment was all a little stressful.

• Stephen (9/5): - This location is only a 10 minute walk for Beale Street and its bars. The apartment is lovely and clean predominately decorated in white. Facilities for cooking if required are all ‘catered’ for. Parking was just around the corner and instructions for entry were clear.

• John Stirling (10/5): Just perfect - This apartment was absolutely perfect and abundant. The linen, the bed, and bedding were just so comfortable. It was only a short walk to everything and a short Uber lift to Graceland. It was quiet, and everything worked well. A perfect stay spacious stay.

• Desmond (9/5): Excellent place to stay - . Very spacious and had all the appliances needed, apart from an electric kettle. The old fashioned one took ages to heat up. Being British, tea bags would have been handy The apartment needs some minor paint touch-ups and ceiling repairs
• Daniel (9/5): - Very big space, Well equipped and just a few blocks away from Beale street. Quite a few long hairs left on the floor around the whole condo but soon sorted by putting the vacuum around. (Just being really picky)

• CHRISTOPHE (4/5): Logement Memphis - L'emplacement, la réactivité de l'hôte en nous autorisant l'arrivée 1 heure plus tôt, les équipements et l'eau purifiée était un vrai plus, le parking est facile d'accès. Malheureusement le canapé était hors service, ce que nous a confirmé l'hôte en nous proposant un matelas gonflable. C'est un logement pour 2 personnes voir 3 maxi c'est pour cela que j'ai enlevé 3 points pour la notation.
• Wim (8/5): Een fijne plek om een prachtige stad te bezoeken - Een heel fijne locatie om het centrum van Memphis te ontdekken en het levendige Beale Street. Net ver genoeg van de drukte maar de afstand is makkelijk te voet te doen. De droogkast zat nog vol natte lakens en handdoeken, maar dat bleek de nalatigheid van de schoonmakers. De body wash in de badkamer was leeg.
• Paula (10/5): Great location and beautiful condo - The condo was right downtown so we could walk to dinner and entertainment. Everything that we needed was available. One morning a homeless man was sitting on the steps of the building. I am not sure what to do in that case, I do know I was in downtown Memphis

• Robyn (6/5): Pleasant - The location The bed was way too hard, the bath/shower did not drain. Showered in ankle deep water. Washing machine did not work properly would not go through all the cycles, kept stopping. Plus the last night their was a very intermittent weeping noise frequently.

• P-dot (9/5): A taste of downtown - Loved having an apartment so we could cook our breakfast and eat leftovers. Location close to plenty, especially like Chess Club for extra coffee. Appreciate wifi. Some street noise. Refrigerator opens on the wrong side ;)

• David (9/5): Great location and comfortable stay. - Great location just outside the hussle and bussle and walking distance to Beale Street and Mississippi River. Nothing.
• Godwill (6/5): Nice but the little things - The one-bedroom studio was very beautiful, a full kitchen with all the amenities and located in a great area. It had a washer and dryer, also a nice size bedroom and living area. Also, the parking garage was very conveniently located around the corner. For the price of the studio, I expected a different level of experience. My overall expectations were a little disappointing due to all the little things. For example, the ceiling fan in the living room kept beeping every so often; the A/C stopped working but was repaired quickly but stopped working again; I could not get into the unit because the pin code did not work. I called the owner, but he did not know what was going on and waited for about 45 minutes till someone happened to walk by and let my kids and me in. The next morning one of the tenants that lived there said that the code pin was changed, and they gave it to me. Very frustrating. The last thing was the pull-out sofa bed kept collapsing. For the price that I paid, I expected a little more competence.
