No anúncio dizia café da manhã incluso, mas haviam apenas snacks (muitos snacks) e cápsulas de café. Não considero um café da manhã.

Frigo rempli de boissons variées, mise à disposition de tous ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner. Résidence calme et sécurisée. Rien si ce n'est que se loger à Milan est couteux !

Il titolare è gentilissimo e sempre attento, generoso negli orari e nell'offrire alimenti di ottima qualità per colazione e aperitivo. Per noi è stato un soggiorno perfetto, seppur breve, e torneremo molto volentieri! Grazie di tutto e a presto!

Vários mimos dos anfitriões com lanchinhos de torradas , geléia e sucos , ainda que ficássemos só uma noite. Mesmo com malas fomos à pé da estação de trem . Muito perto. 8 minutos. Show.

• Valentina (10/5): Bellissima sorpresa - Il piccolo appartamento monolocale è perfetto. Luminoso, confortevole, silenzioso e centralissimo, dista veramente 400 m dalla stazione centrale. Ho pensato che ci si potrebbe vivere tranquillamente, è concepito anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Il bagno è grande e la doccia super comoda, i prodotti per il bagno sono ottimi, c'erano addirittura sia il latte che la crema per il corpo! La scelta della colazione con fette biscottate, biscotti di 2 generi diversi, burro, marmellatine varie, zuccheri vari, succhi di frutta e poi tante cose salate tipo tarallini, patatine fritte e, oltre all'acqua, drink vari tipo Sanbitter, Crodino, birra. Macchina da caffè Nespresso con ottime cialde Lavazza, bollitore per tè e caffè con 3 tipi di tè a scelta. La pulizia è meticolosa e ci sono anche i prodotti per pulire. Letto comodissimo, biancheria da letto e da bagno di ottima qualità. Armadio a muro capientissimo e pensili in cucina con tutto quello che serve per cucinare. Cucina a induzione, microonde, forno elettrico. Piccola scrivania vicino alle finestre con addirittura una piantina vera. Il proprietario, Arnaldo, è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La prima sera siamo arrivati tardi causa sciopero dei treni e lui mi ha risposto al telefono alle 23.30 guidandomi fino dentro l’appartamento, l’ultimo giorno, sempre causa sciopero, il nostro treno è partito tardissimo e lui ci ha permesso di restare molto più a lungo dell’orario solito del chek-out, ancora grazie moltissime!

• Sylvia (9/5): Mycket praktiskt läge, tyst, svalt och snyggt. - Toppläge om man reser med tåg, väldigt tyst trots att det är centralt. För oss var det bekvämt med en packad frukost även om den är enkel, eftersom vi skulle resa vidare tidigt. Soffan blev snabbt en extrabädd. Som många andra ställen ska city tax betalas kontant. Så är det nästan överallt, men en lösning som motsvarar 2025 vore bekvämare 😊

• Sylvia (9/5): Very comfortable apartment with all amenities. - Apartment was in a convenient location close to a main road, Railway station, and restaurants. Apartment is well secured. Spacious, clean and modern apartment with all facilities, i.e. kitchenette, utensils, fridge, washer & dryer, and other amenities. Large & clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. We booked with breakfast, but there was no proper breakfast provided, other than crackers, jams and biscuits as substitues.

• Ronny (8/5): Good Place - One night stay!!! - Some biscuits and long duration toast with jam but this is not a breakfast. Drinks also available. Very clean. Lift available in the building. Breakfast is not actually a breakfast. Lift is not in ground floor so it requires to go one floor up.
• Lyubomir (7/5): Good - The place has an excellent location, very clean and quiet, with a view of the inner courtyard. A nice touch were the free drinks, chips, and capsule coffee machine. However, the "breakfast" was very minimal – just some rusks, biscuits, and butter. A major issue was the presence of mosquitoes, as there were no window screens or mosquito repellent provided.

You have all what you need to have a very nice stay. Check-in may be a bit "tricky" for older persons who are not familiar. I think that if we asked for it, there would be someone to guide us.

• Kay (9/5): Wonderful, clean place near train station to stay for our one day in town. - The location is in walking distance to the train station for going to the airport. One can catch taxis there as well. There are several good restaurants located nearby as long as one walks in the right direction! We did not take public transportation. It is a long walk to the Duomo, and we walked home from there. There is a washer but we didn't use it. The bed was comfortable and we felt safe in the building. Recommended! Breakfast consisted of pre-packaged snack-type items which didn't equal breakfast, but they were nice to have.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and quiet, equipped with everything you may need. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The host was kind enough to provide coffee, drinks and snacks for the whole stay. We enjoyed very much our stay and we would definitely recommend the place.

• Amy (9/5): Fantastic base for a short visit to Milan either for work or holiday. - Very large studio room located in a very safe and secure apartment block next to the KPMG offices, 5 mins walk from the train station and 20mins from central tourist spots. Fantastic large bathroom with plenty of good thick towels, large showers and lovely amenities to use. Lovely little kitchenette with a large basket of biscuits, ready made toast, jams, orange juice. Beers and alcoholic drinks in the fridge too! Lovely lady who met us outside the building and checked us in. Nothing!

Very accommodating. We were a little early and Arnaldo made it for us to drop off our luggage and do a kind of early check in. Place was cozy and comfortable. Very clean. All drinks and snacks were included. Coffee/tea were available to be made. Close to main central station and all the tour buses. 20 to 25 minutes walk (depending on your pace) to city center (Duomo, Galleria, ...). All good.

• Patricia (10/5): One of the best Booking.com places we have stayed in (and we travel a lot) - This property is outstanding- fantastic location (7 minute walk from Milan Centrale and the airport shuttle - 4 minute to the Metro, great facilities (beautifully furnished apartment with everything you could need (plus complementary Nespresso coffee pods, juice, beer, water etc)and the best hosts. Arnaldo and Olga did everything to give us the best possible stay. It is a perfect place to stay

This place had everything you needed in the kitchen with really lovely bathroom products included. The host was responsive with every message, and we were grateful for the great service we received, including Olga, who greeted us. The Milan Cental Station is a 5 minute walk, which is very convenient to get around on the Metro. We also dined at a restaurant called Lemone across the road at the back - great food and service. Highly recommend this apartment!
• David (8/5): Modern, compact flat with easy access to tranportation within walking distance. - I had the pleasure of staying in a cozy flat near Milan Central Station with Arnaldo as our host. He was incredibly attentive before our arrival, ensuring that we had a smooth check-in process. The apartment, located within a large condominium and office complex, was initially confusing to navigate, but once we got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing. Arnaldo thoughtfully provided typical Italian breakfast items, and we were able to easily stock up on groceries from a nearby store. The apartment was equipped with all the essentials, including a handy washing machine. Within a short 10-minute walk, we had access to both the metro and tram stops, making it easy to explore the city. While some may find the price aWe appreciated the tasteful modern decor and the cleanliness of the place. But, as previously mentioned, Arnoldo was just a WhatsApp text or call away. I would have preferred to stay in a more central location for tourists, but there is a price to pay. With a multi-day transit pass, getting to and from everywhere we wanted to go was easy. A tram, bus, and Milan Central are all within walking distance.

(They should mark the keys. Fiddling around in dark to see which key fits in not good) Breakfast incl. not good. Better breakfast nest by restaurant.

The location is great if you arrive to the central station by train or with the Malpensa shuttle. The host left food, drinks and coffee for breakfast, which was very convenient after a very long flight! Great place to stay ;-)

The decoration of the apartement is very tasteful and gives a benevolent feeling of peace and comfort. I had to do concentrated work during my stay in Milan and could not have dreamed of a better place. Nothing. This stay was just great. On top of that, Arnoldo was the perfect host who was always available.
